COMPLAINT AGAINST BEST BUS DRIVER (BUS NUMBER- MH 01 LA 6333)

Dear Sir,

Request you to draw your attention towards the accident caused due to rash driving by a BEST bus driver on side lane opposite to D Mart – Kavesar, Thane at around 8.15 PM on 26th August 2021. The details are stated below:
1- I was in my BALENO Car R/C MH 04 JV 2634 on the side lane opposite to D Mart along with my wife and my Car was in extreme left on the side lane as I wanted to enter in the parking lot of D Mart wherein I was supposed to purchase my house hold items.
2- A BEST Bus with Registration Number- MH 01 LA 6333 came from the opposite side at a high speed and without waiting & judging the available space to negotiate smooth going, hit my car from the right side which I was just going to park.
3- As I understand, side lanes are not meant for Buses and is meant only for small vehicles & I fail to understand how a huge bus can enter into a side lane and how come a bus driver decides to drive a huge bus in Side Lane which is meant for only smaller vehicles.
4- After hitting my car, the concerned driver neither stopped his Bus nor bothered to verify the quantum of damage caused, instead drove the bus fast to run away from the accident site.
5- Upon realising the undue behaviour of the Bus Driver I chased the bus and stopped the driver at Anand Nagar signal crossing (Opposite Prashant Corner). At this moment instead behaving sympathetically, driver & conductor both started using harsh language, soon after local public and 1 Traffic Constable (who was on duty at the Signal Crossing ) intervened and then only driver realised his mistake. This scene was witnessed by few people who also came forward to help me and bring the situation under control.
6- Since there were few passengers in the bus who were obviously getting late to reach at their destinations, we decided not to hold the bus even for 5 minutes & allowed bus to move forward as calling the police from the nearby police station or gathering would have caused delay for the passengers and traffic jams, hence we decided to report the matter to you to take appropriate decision.
7- I trust prevention of accidents are of prime importance for BEST, as such an attitude and undue behaviour of a driver coupled with negligent driving can lead to much bigger accidents
8- The driver’s details are mentioned below.

    I am leaving at wagle estate jaybhawani Nagar. Everyday I am transporting from jaybhawani Nagar to court naka early morning 5.45am but bus is not available on the rime somtime we are waiting 30min also. Wagle agar management and thane station management is not doing work properly. Please I request to you interfere with both management.

        मी तुम्हाला सांगू इच्छितो की माजीवडा गाव येथील बस स्थानकावर सकाळ सुमारास 2 बस येऊन थांबतात पण ते 9:50 ला निघतात व महानगर पालिकेने 1 ऑगस्ट पासून सुरवात केलेल्या 113 नंबर ची बस सुद्धा एक ही येत नाही.
        आपण कृपया करून ह्याची नोंद घ्यावी जेणे करून सकाळी कामावर जाणाऱ्या माणसांना त्याचा उपयोग होईल.
        व बस सेवा सुरळीत पद्धतीत चालू करावेत ही विनंती

          I had been travelling from vehicle no 0462 .on date 03.08.2021 and some how forget my wallet on seat . bus route no 65 time started around 11:30 and reached borivali at 1:00 pm . please ask conductor for the same.

            Everyday/time I come to kalwa naka there are hardly 2-3 buses every hour to diva/mumbra and they also don't stop at kalwa naka because of the rules of travelling in pandemic. bus travellers who can't afford to travel in rickshaw everyday are facing this problem a lot and are frustrated.
            I humbly request you to take some strict action against these bus drivers or increase the number of buses to diva/mumbra to ease the tension for the people of Thane.

              I am working at gokulnagar near castle mill. it is very difficult to travel from lokmanyanagar to Gokul Nagar because very less frequency in buses for these route.even lokmanya nagar depot staff are not responding properly.Increase the frequency of buses for this route even for office timing.

                Dear TMT team,
                It's a matter of concern the way bus conductor are behaving with public. Today it happened with me daily I used to see with others. So why public is suffering with this kind of rude and ### behaviour of conductor the story is I was traveling from Gopal Nagar bus stop Bhiwandi at 10:40 am to Mulund check naka he given me note which was not in good condition when I said to exchange the note he blamed me that I torn that note and he started shouting and raising his voice and used bad word blah blah.i don't know his name as he was not wearing his badge and the behaviour is same with women's also.
                Please take an action and train them in proper discipline and manners

                  Bus no-88 time 10:40 at Gopal Nagar bus stop he was not wearing badge so I don't know his name. He was thin short heighted.when I told him to exchange the note was not in good condition so he blamed me that I torn then he talking very rudely and using very bad word that gutted my sentiments and when I asked to driver about his name he said I don't know. They do the same with women's also I saw in daily travelling.
                  Please take an action.

                    Bus number MH 04 EP 0818 started from Thane rly station to Diva at 8:20 pm . Since Rear door was closed other supervisor asked me to get into first door, when I tried to get in the bus driver immediately closed the door and I got stuck in between and got hurt. Again I went back and got in the door driver instead of saying sorry got into argument when I tried to make him realise he was not ready to listen other part is he allowed many customers to get in from the first door. Secondly cunductor ask me to travel through train, when I said him to giv in writing he kept quiet. Both of them were arrogant. Kindly make a note of this. A copy of this complaint will be escalated

                      This is to inform you that there is no TMT Bus Service from Kalwa Railway Station to Places like Kharegaon, Parsik Nagar Kalwa Naka Etc People have to travel from Thane Railway Station all the Way to this mentioned place which indeed take lot of time in travelling. So this is to urge/request to start bus service from Kalwa Railway Station to above said places to ease transport.

                      I'm from bhiwandi and work at majhiwada thane, I'm daily up down TMT but BCZ I'm Shivaji chowk Bhiwandi so I cache TMT daily basis, today I'm when I stair up front of driver side( due to back side door closed 🔒 ) with blue jumbo Cary bag ( in bag some college 5/6 book) driver Sayed to me "AYE PRIME MINISTER DEKH KE CHRDH" mai kuch nahi bola age chala gaya mai bolta bhi key, mai to khud sock me tha, ki usne muje ayesa kiu bola mai na chasma lagta hu na running bus thi, upar se mai office se thaka hua tha. Muje kuch samjh nahi aaya ki is driver ko hua key, ye itna rudely kiu bol raha hai, bolna hai to politely bhi to bol sakta hai,
                      Mai chaheta hu ki TMT management in ki counciling karwaye taki ye acche se apna kaam kar sake aor kisi ko koi khatra bhi na ho, kay pata ye ek galti se kuch nukshan kar bethe.

                            Bus No. 88, Starting from Bhiwandi-Shivaji Chowk

                            This complaint is regarding Bus No. 88 running between Bhiwandi and Mulund. The bus starts at Shivaji Chowk in Bhiwandi. It has next stop on Vanjarpatti Naka, Bhiwandi. However, since, few days the bus which starts at 10.45am is not stopping at Vanjarpatti Naka Stop, even though there is ample of sitting space available inside.
                            This has created loss to many people in respect of time.

                              I work in a retail store in Viviana mall. Since two days I’m seeing the TMT bus no. 88 is not stopping to take passengers towards bhiwandi. Yesterday i waited about 40-45 minutes. In between 2-3 bus passed from there. Thoda sa slow karke chale jaate hain. There isn’t much light there. It’s too difficult to read the which one is which by the time I realize it’s bhiwandi bus woh fast kar ke nikal. This problem needs to be resolve as not able to afford come by riksha everyday.

                                Dear,
                                This is regards to on the Conductor who travels on 60 Number Bus from Borivali to Thane. He never allows passenger to sit as he himsel[censored]ses the seat. We stand for hours for the bus to come and he rudely says that he doesn't allow them to sit even upon request. I was unable to get his batch number as was not visible.

                                Today the bus no 60 left at 9:25 AM MH02 HY 7026.

                                  I am Nitin from Nallasopara East. When I go to catch bus on 3MAY from Nallasopara Station to Thane, conductor tells us only government employees allowed. But BEST buses allows each and every one, you need to learn some thing from BEST buses. Government employees already have facility of train, why they will go from your TMT buses.
                                  This is my humble request please don't make normal people to suffer more, as they are already suffering too much. If they don't work what they eat.
                                  Please ask your conductor and drivers allow all employees bcz they too need to work for there family. Allow them with only limited passengers (1 passenger in 2 seats).
