Bus driver of above mentioned TMT bus didn't stop at bus stop.
We were two persons waving hands to stop the bus but driver denied by negative head waving and bus went without stopping.
Initially I thought bus would be pack but as Bus passed from stop, we observed bus was not full and could have accommodated 15-20 more people safely. Even though, I don't understand why driver didn't allow two persons to board the bus.
We passengers reply on these public transportation services and plan our commute to office but because of one such act of driver, we loose confidence and be doubt that this bus will stop next day or not.

Handling the bus simply on own mood is not in line with the responsibility of the bus driver.

I need reason why that driver didn't have sense of his responsibilities for his service.

I asked for ticket from kashi Mira stop to jangid circle (Jammu kashmir bank) and first he gave me the ticket to Mira road station (3km a head) and then the attached ticket which is starting 3km before my start and end one stop prior to my destination.

Further he started abusing and above that telling "ke isko police me Jama Kernan padega."

Is the ticket from kashimira to jammu and kashmir not available?

He is not less than some gundaa.

At MullaBaug stop, there is Metro work going on.This has led to all enclosure and barricades being absent.Waiting people are exposed to running Highway traffic.
Request authority to take appropriate action to avoid Risk to human Life.

Hi sir/mam this is to bring to your notice that from thane west railway station to brahmand there is no proper bus timing at night when I come from office I have to stand for 45mins to 1 hour for the bus when we enquire about the bus timing in the bus enquiry department they don't give proper answer and just say "bus aayega" if we repeatedly ask them they just treat us like any beggars so kindly please adress my problem it is not only my problem alone thanks in advance.

There is no bus service during 8.40 am to 9.20 am in the morning from vrundavan society / 2nd Rabodi bus stop, Thane west. Kindly arrange the same during morning peek hours to avoid inconvenience for passengers. Let the passengers reach out on time to their destination.
Kindly take this on high priority & do the needful ASAP.

Buses are not arrive on given stipulated timeline

As per timing chart of TMT Buses, it found that every bus arrive 15-20 Min.

Need to Improve bus frequency.

Request you to please intervene and resolve the complaint.

There is no regular bus facility from Kasarvadvli thane ghodbunder road to thane station. People are waiting from 6.30am and there are no bus facility from kasarvadvli to thane station. Find it very difficult to travel. There are plenty of bus from Anand nagar but there are no people to sit in the bus. Why this discrimination in kasarvadvli stop. There are 100's of people waiting for the bus but very poor facility. Very sad condition from thane station also. No buses for kasarvadvli. 1 bus after 30minutes not fair.

The 88 no. Bus didnt stop today also on pipeline bhiwandi. So I took an auto went to bypass. The other bus came even That didnt stop on bypass. And As I got late for office I had to take an auto. I cant pay fare for an auto every day just because this bus doesnt stop. I will post a daily complaint on this site. So that you guys take a real action

The 88 no. MULUND bus doesnt not stop on Pipeline Bhiwandi bus stop inspite of so many people waiting for the bus. Also two to three buses pass by after 15 mins of intervals but none of them stop. Its very difficult to wait and reach work late. This is disgusting and Need to be solved immediately. You have to stop the bus however. Thats not an option whether to stop or not. Its a rule to stop the bus at the bus stop.

Very bad timing and late come bus at stop...bus come at station after 1 hr waiting ...Pawar Nagar Bus 12 number...very bad experiences at daily routine...everyday i was late for job...

Kolshet are never on time always taking 40 to 50 minutes gap between 2 buses

We all are regularly commuting from Lodha complex to Thane station. Buses are never on time both from Lodha complex and Thane station (Bus No. 112). I am writing on behalf of the residents of Lodha Luxuria, Priva and Iris.

I request the concern officials to look into it.

The frequency of buses on the route of bus number 110 (pawar nagar to mulund station west) is very poor. Buses are not on time. Many times I have to wait 1 to 1:30 hrs. Also the condition of many buses is not good. They run very slow and make very big noise. No maintenance.
there is no punctuality at all. No importance is given to the passenger's time. And no discipline.
Very bad service

Buses are never on time. And people have been used to it. But nowadays there is no number plates on the bus and busses don't stop on all the stops. We have to show hand
Buses have digital number plates which is never working and sometimes they don't even keep a board. How are we suppose to know.
Today I was waiting for borivali bus in tatvadyan vidyapeeth for more than half an hour. 65AC bus came but there was no board at all. We have to guess which bus is it. And i showed hand but still the bus did not stop even when it was empty. Now who is responsible for my time? And what kind of service is this?

The 88 number buses running between Bhiwandi and Mulund do not stopping at all assigned stop points specially Mankoli and Mulund check naka. Buses are not full even they are not stopping. Pls take serious action. Passengers are suffering a lot as this is long route and only 88 number bus is running on this route.

The 88th bus going to Bhiwandi did not open its door after stopping. It was still empty bus.

We have a bus stop near to our society in highland road Dhokali, that bus stop is covered by hawkers in evening time from 6:00 pm onwards on a daily basis,

Due to this we are facing issues with respect to traffic and also TMT buses face issues in stoping at the bus stop.
Can u please look into this.

We were two persons travelling from teen hath naka to thane station. We boarded the bus but conductor not came once to give ticket, but instead we had to ask him about ticket when bus was near the station, he even neglected to give ticket and because of that we were been stopped for going without ticket and then TMT officials were not even willing to listen our statement and we're just going for fine . At the end we had to give rs 100 as fine even after not doing any mistake. This was very rude and biased from TMT as they were not agreeing to punish conductor for his mistake and kept all the blame on us.
We want strict action against the conductor for his negligence.
