Provide fix time for bus no 122 ( bramhand - mulund)
Bus never seems to be on time

I usually travel from Thane station to Boriwade Village by bus No. 61 (Thane station to Hawarecity).
Timing of the bus: 7: 15 PM
The frequency of the bus has a gap of 1 hour
Most of the time the bus conductor and the ground staff move the 7: 15 PM bus before time (10 to 15 minutes early) and we miss the bus and has to wait 1 hour for the next bus.
Again it has happened yesterday[protected]
The TMT staffs are very rude in their behavior

Bus kapurbawadi bus stop la thambat nahi. Mi 7 vajalyapasun ubhi aste bus chi vaat pahat.. traffic laglyamule bus yete 8.00 pm chya sumaras .. ani hath dakhvunhi driver bus thamvat nahi.. ka? Aaj dt. 13.09.21 la bus thambali nahi... Last week madhe hi Wednesday, Thursday la bus thambali nahi.. ka?
Jar bus stop la thambavayachich nasel tr chalvatart tari ka? Ti ekach bus aat madhe yete ti pn 1 2 tasanantar...

Bus comming very late and not to right time, all tmt help very badly, morning all people are going to job but all day and all time going very late to job, resoun is 16 number yeoor village bus not come to morning at the time and very bad behaviour to all tmt helper strictly Action and please 16 number bus extra transport to this root POKHRAN ROAD NO 2, am daily late my job because bus again and again cancel and not come so am daily late my job please humble request to you please help us

Dear TMT public bus transport services, as a regular passenger I observed, 1.Bus are reached late at Borivali station due to traffic or any else. 2. Bus Drivers and Conductors behave as owner not a public servant
3.Bus meaningfully park away from stop
4.After full crowd gathered Bus not depart on time, Drivers and Conductors unite and bus late depart from station they were total aware but careless towards their duty and didn't bother TMT public transport rules.

It’s very disappointing to inform you that,
Today I was travelling with our city transport bus, I have taken bus from patlipada, Hiranandani estate
I have taken ticket from patlipada to Thane station east (kopri)
Till teen Hath Naka almost every passenger has been alighted from the bus,
Only me and one Young girl was travelling in bus, from teen hath to thane station, The young girl was carrying her luggage with her, as she was coming from her hometown.

The driver and conductor forced us to leave the bus at bara bungalow stop 🛑
As they said in very rude manner an rough language with me and that girl.
We had no choice at that point. We had to alight there and come all the way walking from bara bungalow stop to kopri station, me and that young girl was very shocked with that decision, as it was 10 o’clock at night and heavily raining outside,
In that condition me and that girl came all the way walking from bara bungalow stop to kopri station,

Driver used really abusing language, while we asked him to leave us at our desired location.

It’s my humble request to our honourable transport department to take strict action against such People.

Due to such people we are getting our state’s name spoiled.

If any kind of accident had happened to that young girl or me, who had been responsible for that incident, that time??

It is transport department where we feel safe to travel, without any risks in our mind,

Strange thing is that it was a A-C bus, we have paid extra charges for our comfort and safety.

This kind of behaviour is really not acceptable from our transport department

It is harming our prestigious image, for which we are know worldwide.

I request you with my folded hands, to take strict action against such cases.due to such few people whole department name is getting spoiled.

Tmt bus service from thane to highland, manorama nagar, kolshet, Runwal is very very poor. People stands in que for almost half an hour whereas within same time periods there are total 6 to 7 buses passes for vrindavan society even though its go empty without public. At evening time its really very hectic to stand in a que for half an hour. Its really a harrassment. Please look into matter.

The frequency to bus stop no.3 is very less. During peak hours there is big queue. Bus stops with lesser public the bus frequency is more. For lokmanya and kisan nagar its nominal. Plz increase the frequency of buses to this stop i.e. no.3 thanks

The bus frequency at bus stop no.3 is nominal. Bus are at a frequency of 30-45 minutes. Other bus stop though less crowded buses can be seen one after another just 3-5 minutes. But for lokmanya and kisan nagar less buses. Kindly increase the frequency during morning peak hours. Thanks

Hello i am passenger of bus no 112 that is lodha complex. There's is no certain fixed tine for this 112 bus, in morning till now there's this bus which is coming at 6-40 am and now suddenly it shifted to 7.00 am clock there are so many passenger's whom took this bus every day, for us its very problematic. Plz look into this matter and start this bus at 6-40am .requesting youuu! Thank you

Dear Sir,

Request you to draw your attention towards the accident caused due to rash driving by a BEST bus driver on side lane opposite to D Mart – Kavesar, Thane at around 8.15 PM on 26th August 2021. The details are stated below:
1- I was in my BALENO Car R/C MH 04 JV 2634 on the side lane opposite to D Mart along with my wife and my Car was in extreme left on the side lane as I wanted to enter in the parking lot of D Mart wherein I was supposed to purchase my house hold items.
2- A BEST Bus with Registration Number- MH 01 LA 6333 came from the opposite side at a high speed and without waiting & judging the available space to negotiate smooth going, hit my car from the right side which I was just going to park.
3- As I understand, side lanes are not meant for Buses and is meant only for small vehicles & I fail to understand how a huge bus can enter into a side lane and how come a bus driver decides to drive a huge bus in Side Lane which is meant for only smaller vehicles.
4- After hitting my car, the concerned driver neither stopped his Bus nor bothered to verify the quantum of damage caused, instead drove the bus fast to run away from the accident site.
5- Upon realising the undue behaviour of the Bus Driver I chased the bus and stopped the driver at Anand Nagar signal crossing (Opposite Prashant Corner). At this moment instead behaving sympathetically, driver & conductor both started using harsh language, soon after local public and 1 Traffic Constable (who was on duty at the Signal Crossing ) intervened and then only driver realised his mistake. This scene was witnessed by few people who also came forward to help me and bring the situation under control.
6- Since there were few passengers in the bus who were obviously getting late to reach at their destinations, we decided not to hold the bus even for 5 minutes & allowed bus to move forward as calling the police from the nearby police station or gathering would have caused delay for the passengers and traffic jams, hence we decided to report the matter to you to take appropriate decision.
7- I trust prevention of accidents are of prime importance for BEST, as such an attitude and undue behaviour of a driver coupled with negligent driving can lead to much bigger accidents

I am leaving at wagle estate jaybhawani Nagar. Everyday I am transporting from jaybhawani Nagar to court naka early morning 5.45am but bus is not available on the rime somtime we are waiting 30min also. Wagle agar management and thane station management is not doing work properly. Please I request to you interfere with both management.

मी तुम्हाला सांगू इच्छितो की माजीवडा गाव येथील बस स्थानकावर सकाळ सुमारास 2 बस येऊन थांबतात पण ते 9:50 ला निघतात व महानगर पालिकेने 1 ऑगस्ट पासून सुरवात केलेल्या 113 नंबर ची बस सुद्धा एक ही येत नाही.
आपण कृपया करून ह्याची नोंद घ्यावी जेणे करून सकाळी कामावर जाणाऱ्या माणसांना त्याचा उपयोग होईल.
व बस सेवा सुरळीत पद्धतीत चालू करावेत ही विनंती

I had been travelling from vehicle no 0462 .on date 03.08.2021 and some how forget my wallet on seat . bus route no 65 time started around 11:30 and reached borivali at 1:00 pm . please ask conductor for the same.

Everyday/time I come to kalwa naka there are hardly 2-3 buses every hour to diva/mumbra and they also don't stop at kalwa naka because of the rules of travelling in pandemic. bus travellers who can't afford to travel in rickshaw everyday are facing this problem a lot and are frustrated.
I humbly request you to take some strict action against these bus drivers or increase the number of buses to diva/mumbra to ease the tension for the people of Thane.

I am working at gokulnagar near castle mill. it is very difficult to travel from lokmanyanagar to Gokul Nagar because very less frequency in buses for these route.even lokmanya nagar depot staff are not responding properly.Increase the frequency of buses for this route even for office timing.

Dear TMT team,
It's a matter of concern the way bus conductor are behaving with public. Today it happened with me daily I used to see with others. So why public is suffering with this kind of rude and ### behaviour of conductor the story is I was traveling from Gopal Nagar bus stop Bhiwandi at 10:40 am to Mulund check naka he given me note which was not in good condition when I said to exchange the note he blamed me that I torn that note and he started shouting and raising his voice and used bad word blah blah.i don't know his name as he was not wearing his badge and the behaviour is same with women's also.
Please take an action and train them in proper discipline and manners

Bus no-88 time 10:40 at Gopal Nagar bus stop he was not wearing badge so I don't know his name. He was thin short heighted.when I told him to exchange the note was not in good condition so he blamed me that I torn then he talking very rudely and using very bad word that gutted my sentiments and when I asked to driver about his name he said I don't know. They do the same with women's also I saw in daily travelling.
Please take an action.
And train them to be polite with public

Mi unnathi greens chi rahvasi asun mi roj kapurbawadi bus stop la 7.00 pm pasun ubhi aste bus no. 61 sathi. Ti yete 7.35 pm chya aas pass. Ani gammat kay tr driver bus ubhi karat nahi ani jari keli tari seat naslyamule punha bus madhun khali utarvatat. Ka tr standing allowed nahi. Fine lagto mhane ladies conductor 10000 rupaye. Mala ek sanga pudhchya stop la manpada chya 5 te 6 jan aramat utartat, mg hya lokkanna eka la standing ghyayala...
