मी नेहमीप्रमाणे माझा मुळ ठिकाणाहून ठाणे स्टेशनचा दिशेने बस मधे बसलो. पाठीमागचा भागात जागा रिकामी आसल्या कारणाने मी मागे बसलो होतो व तिकिटाचे पैसे बाहेर काडून ठेवले होते, परंतु बस वाहक (1004) हा पुढचा सीटवर प्रवाशांचे तिकीट न काढता स्वतः प्रवाशी सीटवर आरामात मोबाईल वर खेळत बसला होता.
थोड्या वेळाने येवून मला म्हणजे प्रवाशाला तिकिटा वरून वाद घालायला लागला की, मला तिकिट काढण्यासाठी आवाज का नाही दिला. हे प्रवाशांचे काम नाही असे त्याला मी सांगितले असता, मला त्याने अर्वाच्य भाषेत शिवीगाळ केली, व मी माझा मोबाईल द्वारे चित्रफीत काडू लागलो तेव्हा त्याने माझे मोबाईल हिसकावून मला मारहाण केली. आपणास विनंती आहे की आपण तत्काळ याची दखल घ्यावी.

I R, D WAGH (61) was travelling by bus from Thane station to Vrindavan by bus no MH04 KF 0081 AT 1817Hrs, I gave 50Rs note but bus conductor no2052 gave me 10 ₹ 4 coin I requested her to give me only 2 ten ₹ coin and remaining 2 ten ₹ note or two ₹ coins but she refused and asked me to take ₹ 20 from depot, I asked her number she refused and arrogantly argued with me. TMC need to educate this newly recruited females con ductors to behave politely with passengers. she had bundles of Rupees but she refused to give two note. raising her voice as such bus is her own property,
please concern authority look in to this matter and to educate and instruct this staffs. before making them permanent job.

मी कृष्णा शिंदे मनोरमा नगर मध्ये राहतो आज सकाळी मी बस स्टॉप वर आलो 6 वाजले होते त्या वेळी बस अली बस वर 96 नंबर चा बोर्ड होता मी बस मध्ये बसलो पण ते मला बोले को एव्हरेस्टला जाणार आहे बस मी विचारले का असा 96 नंबर आहे मग का तर तो बोला की रोड चे काम चालू आहे पण काम तर कुठे चालू नाही तो खोटा बोला माझा सोबत आणि मी बोलो असा काही नाही तो बोला ढोकाळी ला उतार नाही तर बसू नको खाली उतार हे चुकीचे आहे ...

Dear Sir,
Pls start bus services from Thane Railway station (up side) to Kalher or Khaseli toll naka. As currently bus services available from Sidco but not much frequency and also buses are not in time. So there is lot of people travel they getting problem for limit buses, this result to crowded buses. There is no social distance maintain.
Also there is one more problem, that current bus route getting very heavy traffics due Metro line works & Road Works going on.
So pls i request you to look into this matter at earliest.

1)No service of bus between thane to Manorama nagar on regular basis .
2 )no time table provided by TMC when asked on above route
3) please run bus one this route on regular basis

According to the given time table for the bus no 52 ( thane - Bhoomi Acres) from Bhoomi Acres timing of bus are 7:05 than 7:30 than 7:55..I am standing at the bus stop since 6:55 and now it's 8:30 not even a single bus has arrived..its disturbs the entire routine.. please look into the improvement for the same

Please start the last bus of mulund to narpoli which comes on teenhath naka at 11:15pm . Nowadays it is not coming daily so please start that bus daily.

The TMT bus driver was very negligent while driving the bus. I met with an accident where my scooter was waiting as there was traffic near hari niwas circle Thane West. The driver came from behind with speed and dashed my scooter and me which was waiting for the cars to pass. I have injured my leg due to this. I request you to take proper action against them as due to their negligence a person can die.

Regularly facing problems for irregular timings for tmt buses especially for bus route no 110 & 122 for bus route vasant vihar to mulund...plz look into improving the same

Dear Sir,

I Mrs. Shraddha Dinesh Inde, resident of Nirmal Apt, Old Mumbai-Pune rd, Near Dagadi School, Charai, Thane (W) 400601 would like to lodge a complaint regarding insufficient water supply in our area since last one month.

Since 1 January, 2021 the water supply is been reduced to less than 1 hour. It makes us very difficult to mange house hold work and other tasks. It also very challenging for the senior citizens of the family.

I'm not aware where to lodge official complaint about this issue. Please guide & help me regarding this.

Today I went for my college, I reached the bus stop near railway station, I reached there at 2 :03 pm for khidkali bus then I asked bus conductor when it will come..he replied with a very rude words that we will inform you when it will come...we said okay..there was a unknown leady with me there who is pregnant and also along with her daughter she was waiting there till 1 30 pm approximately.
I again went to the conductor to know about the bus detail he said that.. बस आके ग गई.. don't know how..he said that bus will come at 3 pm we said okay again but the bus arrived at 3:55pm..we the student were horribly tired and the pregnant lady too..If any handicapped or pregnant lady lead to any serious illness by waiting too much there who will be responsible..you people?
I am writing you this letter to draw your attention please make frequent bus network in khidkali from thane as soon as possible..I am going to send this letter copy to the home ministry and the cmo office for further risk.

Driver not halted buss at shailesh nagar mumbra stop rhough buss was empty and had standing space available

Bus driver not the bus on stop even less people on stop they directly move on it's happen in many times we are facing issue stop like power house, pipe line, swayam siddhi clg stop and also sai baba in bhiwandi so plz take action on this complain and improve your TMT bus service v

Hi sir I was wating for 110bus for upwan in mulund St bus stand 9.00am, 21/12/2020 as bus has came 40min before the time v ware wetting for bus, as all people ware wetting, my request is pleas allow the people to set in the bus as v r standing fo 40min, as bus is at bus stand so y v can not settle in bus, y u r employ is eating in bus and v people r wetting out sid the bus, pleas try to allow people to settle in bus by the time bus is at bus stand, as ther is no place to set out side the bus

Dear sir/mam
I would like to say that we have faced many problems to traveling from mulund to Bhiwandi, after 4:00 pm it is very difficult to get a bus for Bhiwandi.
Many busses come but only for Bhiwandi-Kalyan Bypass.
How can we travel like this because of we are already tired on duty.
I hope you will look at this matter as soon as possible.

At Brindavan bus depot, driver parked bus rashly damaging the car at 9.45 am. But when questioned, he was very rude and over smart and has asked to complain in the attitude that nothing will happen to him. Bus number MH-04 KF-1754. The driver of MH-04 KF-1751 interfered without not knowledge in between and provoked argument using abusive language. Bus drivers being government employees have attitude that wrong things are allowed for them. Kindly take action.

10.15 च्या दरम्यान खारेगवला येणारी no. 88 ची बस गेले चार दिवस थाबवत नाहीत.

There is no bus from Pawar Nagar to Thane Railway Station from 5:20 am to 6:20 am on November 25, 2020. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to the passengers

I am at Thane station waiting for Boriwali Bus since 6.15pm now 7.45 pm there is no Bus in between there is 3 bus gone for Mira road why this is happening no board or number on bus

Wat is gap between to bus for Boriwali don't know... If I ask service person here they replay you can get down at kashimira and go by another bus why you waiting ... Is this a joke or what
