My subscription id - [protected]. I had subscribed for hindu newspaper for one year. The delivery of the newspaper was to start from 01 january 2019.
Despite repeated complaints to your chennai office and bangalore office, the delivery has not started. Also, the service staff at chennai office and bangalore office are neither cordial nor courteous. Every time i call, they just tell me that they have informed some person (Give out some name). How do i contact that person? What am i supposed to do? What is the next course of action?
The contact at bangalore conveniently chooses not to attend my calls, and this has been happening from 3-4 days.
The whole system is rot and obviously, there is very less effort to streamline it.
If the newspaper cannot be delivered, at least refund me back my subscription.

I have subscribed for the hindu tamil daily for one year. Delivery of paper stopped all of the sudden 20 days back.
The agent is not responding properly. My efforts on taken up the matter with customer care through mail and phone didn't yield any desirable result. Really i am disappointed with this incident.
Why it is happening? Who is responsible?

Hai, i have subscribed for tamil hindhu newspaper. I have paid the amount in advance. My subscription is valid til april 2019. For the past 22 days i did not receive my paper. Worst response from customer care. I have called them 8 times. There is no response for the mail also. Having elders at home and they are not in to social media who are waiting for newspaper in morning.

Again the delivery of the paper is discontinued. It appears whenever the paper boy is changed the agent do not updates him with all the locations and addresses of costumers.
Probably this is the third time i am lodging the complainant regarding poor and discontinued supply of the paper. If the management do not ensure regular uninterrupted supply of paper readers have to search some other alternative.

I have not been receiving the the hindu new paper copy since 1.5 months, i have called with the hindu bangalore office 8 times and every time customer care executive said, he will talk to local supplier but there is no action yet. I have called area supplier also and he was initially saying "you will get the new paper from tomorrow", not sure which tomorrow, i have not got the new paper yet even he is not picking my calls now.

I am really frustrated with customer care executives and local supplier, i have lost my faith on the hindu group which not able to solve the issue after 1.5 months also.

Please reimburse my money so that i will switch to other vendor.

Subscription made on 27.10.2018 and order no is t20181027esub7536 for half yearly subscription for hindu sunday magizine school. Magizine has to provide to from 1st week of november onwards. But, so far not received any. I have been requested vide their service request no. A295121. But, neither the hindu news agency neither provided the weekly sunday magizine nor intimated any information. It is requested to arrange to provide the hindu sunday magizine as per subscription order.

I have booked hindu newspaper for 1 year subscription my subscription date start from 1 st of november i have got newspaper for only 3 days from 4th day i didn't get my newspaper till today i have contacted the person who got cheque from me it's name saravanan for koyambedu and nerkundram area nearly i have contacted him 30 times but nee didn't response to him now i have go to register complaint for this issue.

I have repeatedly calling but neither they are responding nor refunding my subscription charges too. It has been 10 months still no solution. I have called them uncountable times still they are not willing to refund my money. Customer care executives are least responsible and not taking actions in this regard.

When i am thinking about a english newspaper, the first thing comes to my mind is "the hindu". I have subscribed the daily for long back. Customer care executive informed that i will receive my paper from 16 November onwards.Still i have not received a single day's newspaper. Complainted 4 times to the toll free number also. My complaint reg no is A297632, also sent a mail to the hindu. They are not providing proper response for the subscribers. Worst customer service from the paper.

I had subscribed weekly school tabloid for school kids on oct 8th, 2018 for my kids relative in patna
Till today i have not received the the same.

I would like to bring to your attention that i had subscribed to the hindu newspaper online in oct 2016 and i had renewed it again in oct 2017; however, after renewal, i had some issues with beginning newspaper delivery and after quite a lot of emails and phone calls to customer service team they resolved it in mar 2018, i. E., technically my subscription started only on mar 7, 2018.

With that being said, on oct 14, 2018 i was informed that my subscription has ended and they stopped delivering newspaper again. A week prior to the subscription renewal date itself i had spoken to cs team, explained that my subscription only started in mar 2018 and requested extension of the current subscription till mar 2019 and they verified the details and said they will escalate it for extension but it's been over a month now without the daily newspaper and all my calls and emails to cs team are not yielding any results.

I request you to kindly address it on priority and resolve it at the earliest.

I had cancelled my subscription and requested refund few months back. They customer service team keep saying that there will be a call back from hindu and refund will come in 2 weeks. But nothing had happened. I have requested many times. I have sent my account details also to customer care email. But still no response. Always they say, we will get back in 2 days. I have subscribed in online. I think it is better to go thru local agent that online.

I had renewed my subscription for the hindu daily on 19/10/2018 vide ref id: t20181019esub7057.
Yesterday, on 15/11/2018 our newspaper boy informed that i will not be supplied with the newspaper from today onwards due to non-payment/non-renewal of my subscription. Immediately, at about 8.00 am i had contacted on toll free no:[protected] and informed the customer care executive about the incident. I was assured that my complaint will be attended to within 24 to 48 hours. But did not receive th daily issue.
Incidentally, subsequent to my telephonic complaint, i had received message and e-mail stating that my interaction regarding change of address is registered with reference no: a296386, which is absolutely absurd. I had simply asked the executive to correct the pin code as 560 100 instead of 560102 wrongly mentioned in my address. Today, (16/11/2018) at about 9 am also i tried to contact the customer care but invain, since i did not receive today's issue also. Um

I would like to request you to kindly restore supply of daily newspaper as well as to compensate for non-supply of today's edition.

My name is s v ram mohan, my residing address is flat 2a, door no 50-96-4/7/3, sairatneswara residency, north extension seethammadhara, visakhapatnam 530013. I am regular reader of the hindu news paper, but since last three days i am not receiving my daily edition. I have discussed the matter with the concerned agent of this area, every time he is commits me to send the missed copy but actually he never sends.
If this is the affair of paper delivery in the heart of visakhapatnam, then what would be the the status remote areas. This state of affairs forces me to change my choice of news paper. This is the status of "india's national news paper since 1878"

I have subscribed for [protected]@school online and haf paid the amount long back. After continuous follow up i received a copy of the same on 4.11.18. But the next edition dt 11.11.18 is not yet received. If there is any difficulty in servicing my order please refund my amount because for each and every edition i need to do follow up. I did not expect such delays froma reputed paper like hindu.

Dear sir,

I am a resident of district pathanamthitta, kerala.
For 2 weeks now, i have been receiving only the main section of the sunday hindu news paper. This is about 22 pages. The rest of about 23 pages of the hindu paper (Supplements etc) are not delivered.
My assessment of the reasons for this deficiency are as under:-
1. The agent deals with different newspapers and periodicals. As a result, he is unable to keep a track of the supplements of any particular paper on any given day.
2. The boys who put the supplements into the main news paper may not be aware. They may also be in a hurry to finish their job.

My suggestion is that as you are currently doing with supplement edge and opportunities, you may like to insert the supplements into the news paper, and make it into one whole.
