Dear sir,
Last year i had enrolled and paid the specified amount for young world. Sadly i had not got a single issue till yet.A lady had rung up last year once asking for my vendors name which i could not provide. i would have expected a refund at least from your prestigious paper.
Please look into the matter and if it can be utilized for this years issue, i would be grateful.

indifference to complaint on poor/late delivery

The only time promptness was displayed was until i swiped my credit card to make payment of sub
Thereafter your toll free number response reminded me of calling a government department
Thoroughly indifferent and after 48 hours i have not had a decent human responding
All i received was a call from an obnoxious caller claiming to be from your office and he banged the phone on me

copy of editorials

Last year in the month of november, i ordered two copies of editorials from the website of the hindu. I did not receive those yet. Also, i made the online payment of rs. 759. No on e responds on the customer care toll free number and the same goes with the emails. I have sent atleast 15 emails but i didn't get a reliable response. Either, i want my payment to be refunded or my order delivered....

Hindu online subscription - no paper & no refund despite of multiple requests.

Its been 3 months since i subscribed for the hindu news paper online.
Not a single paper has been delivered till date.
I had requested for a refund of my money 2 months ago.
From then - the customer care keeps telling me that i will get the refund in the next 10 days. Whenever i call them - they keep repeating the same statement.br...

no home delivery of newspaper

Hi
The hindu is the only news paper that is not providing home delivery at thidanadu puchayath of kottayam district which is the land of letters. Even if complaints were lodged through proper channels no action was initiated by the news paper authorities. When other newspaper companies are serving their customers with all facilities the hindu is not giving any attention for its customers. I think this is a mismanagement in this company...

Since we family are subscribers of hindu for the past 45 yrs. We come under subscription renewal category.

The hindu newspaper - english and tamil - have not been delivered today (5th may, 2018) so far - it is already 10 am. The mobile phone of vennila newspaper, who deliver the newspaper daily by 6.15 am, is not reachable and the sms i sent them at 8-15 am about the non-delivery of the newspaper has not produced any result so far.
