One mr venkatesh is arranging supply of the hindu newspaper to my residence daily. On 3.12.2017 (Sunday), the delivery boy supplied only the edition 2 of the sunday paper instead of 1 and 2. After 3 months of calling and emailing them several times also l had not received the news paper till today (30 jan 2018). It is really disappointing to see that no step had been taken to send the news paper to us even after reminding and complaining about it many times. You desperately made calls to receive the subscription but never bothered to send the paper. It is almost 50 days since the subscription is collected from us. I think this should be taken to the knowledge of the consumers for cheating the subscribers.

We have renewed our subscription for a year in september 2017 under your 50% off offer. We have been receiving the newspaper till january 10th 2018 and suddenly the delivery was stopped and the reason stated is “expiry of the subscription”.
