I write to put forward a complaint regarding a one of the recently published photo as the winning entry of TOI's my tiger tale contest.

- the photo tagged as 'fierce hunter: Taruna Mathur' actually belongs to well-known tiger photographer Mr Harsha Narasimhamurthy. You can see his watermark name in this picture as well near the antlers...

Only on first day ie on 13/07/2023 paper is delivered...after that no paper is delivered. I even don't know my vendor.

Hello Sir,
My subscriber ID is HY[protected]. I had renewed my subscription on the 11th of May for the year 2023-24, which starts on the 16th of June '23 and ends on the 15th of June, 2024. I also received the confirmation from ToI and an assurance that the paper will be delivered without fail starting 16th June.
Beginning yesterday i.e. 4th July, i have not been getting the paper. The newspaper agent said he is not receiving the papers!! Request you to despatch my daily Newspaper without fail.

I am Shoma Bhattacharjee, i live in Adyar Chennai, My mobile number is [protected]. I had recently renewed my Subscription for TOI (16.06.2023) my subscriber id is [protected]. Sice my renewal i am not been getting my newspaper, i have raised several complaints with their customer suppot number. one Ms. Sathya from customer support told me that the issue will be resolved, but they just do not bother to return their call or to reply us. My subscriber id is HY[protected], my old subscription ended on 22nd june. I have done my annual subscription renewal on 15th June 2023 and paid an amount of Rs.1199.00 to TOI. Delivery person is not delivering paper to me. I have called and send massage to TOI rep Mr. G Venketsvera Rao which no.is provided in a massage from TOI, but he not responding at all. I have already sent a email to crm.[protected]@timesgroup.con, no response. I have registered a complaint on customer care on 24th June 2023, complaint no 01242351 bu still not resolved. Delivery person told me that he is no haveing any information about my subscription.
I have got frustrated from TOI services and irresponsible response. Pl ensure the paper delivery otherwise refund my money.
If it is not resolved in 2 days, I will registered a complaint in consumer court.

As a newspaper, it is good but as an organisation, it is failing its subscribers.

I have been a regular subscriber of Chennai edition of Times of India and had a very high opinion about the organisation.

My recent experience has completely changed my opinion and I am writing this to caution other readers who may be thinking of paying Annual or long term Subscription.

Times of India just don't value their customers. I am facing Irregular paper delivery Issues for more than 6 months. Made multiple calls, Multiple Complaints, Multiple Mails. But all in vain. They just don't bother about these. Every time you make a complain, a complaint Id will be generated and then within 2-3 days, it will be closed automatically from the company end without any resolution. Nobody will call you or ask you about your problem....

I have been trying to get the yearly subscription for the newspaper but no one is sending the paylink for making payment

Dear Sir, Am a resident of Hyderbad, FLAT A501 HALLMARK SPRING FIELD APARTMENT RD 14 ALKAPOOR MANIKONDA. Hyd. I have taken your 6 month subscription. However, the delivery frequently gets delayed also at times they dont deliver the paper for instance today there was no delivery

There is clearly mentioned on top page, reader will get Maharashtra times instead of economic times in times of India news paper, but vendors are denied the same thing. This is showing how we indian s, specifically such full news paper brand, are motivating youths towards future world which is completely in dark.
From today on words a iam not going to by times news, I will enjoy it on digital platforms.

I subscribed Times of India newspaper through Online on 15.04.2023 and paid one year subscription. I got message from Times of India that my subscription will start from 23.04.2023 itself. Till now I not yet received. In this regard I registered a complaint through Customer care service on 24.04.2023(complaint no:[protected] and then there is no response from your side. I made a call more than 10 times to customer care and their response is not all satisfactory.

Please arrange to supply newspaper immediately or refund my money.

From the beginning of economics times subscription, haven't recieved paper properly .this was escalated multiple time to crm but no proper response so far .kindly cancel the subscription and send me remaining amount .

Regarding non delivery of newspaper from 24 APR 2023, I have registered a case with Times of India office. case id 01195237 on 26 Apr 2023. No action taken. So have requested for cancellation of subscription. They replied action will be taken. But still now, no action taken. Kindly do the needful for refund of my amount by cancelling the subscription.

I have not received the newspapers regularly hence I have raised a complaint with Times of India -
The Staff named Suresh - +91 +[protected] was making harrassment calls asking as to why I've raised the complaint and although I have explained the situation.

I have waited a long time of more than 45 days as per your email.Furthermore I have been speaking with your CRM staff(Sonia, Akaksha, Mayuri etc)and Tulip Raut Madam etc only to be given assurance and buying time of furthermore few days, 5 days and 10-15 days thru email, watsapp etc.Now its almost 2 months since 9 th March of your first commitment.Only reply l get is it is pending with Finance department. How much days it takes to refund an amount of Rs.1749.l paid it with in minutes you take 2 months and only diplomatic answers. All the time had to ho throughlot of mental agony and sleepless nights.If my refund is not possible l am helpless and have no other option but to go to consumer court and initiate legal action against you and the onus will be on you all .l am a retired pensioner and this amount makes a lot to me.

I just want to reiterate what scores of readers have said: we are being overcharged by our local vendors.
The vendor charges a flat Rs 195 for toi, irrespective of whether the month has 28, 30 or 31 days, or even if the papers are delivered at all. If we question him, we are threatened, and told to take it or leave it.
It is, therefore, with great regret, after deciding enough is enough, that I am going to cancel my subscription to what has been a family staple for at least 80 years.

I have taken 3 years subscription yet not received the pillow covers and 2 bedsheet yet
