For last two months paper getting delivered around 9 am instead of 6:30 AM. I have raised multiple compliant to Times of India about deficiency in services in delivering newspaper by their authorized vendors. There is no action taken or response despite multiple calls and complaint register through emails. Every time when i raise complaint next day I receive notification to complete the feedback without taking any action. Complaints reference GMR 159026, 01396702, 01387668, 0137189. I have paid yearly subscription and renewed in the month of Jan '24 and asking for refund due to deficiency in services and responsiveness

I had subscribed for 6 months TOI and ET combo on 01 Jan 24(TS3002948A), the delivery of newspapers was to commence from 04 Jan 24. I had lodged complaints on the customer care Complaint No 01389031 dated 05 Jan 24 and Complaint No 01389992 dated 08 Jan 24.However, till date the newspaper delivery has not started. Being a central Government Officer, I am moving out and had requested for cancellation of my subscription and refund of my amount...

I have not been receiving news papers for the past 4 days (4th Jan to 8th Jan)

I have mailed the Chennai CRM...

We have given 2 cheques for 2 no's combo subscription on Aug23. But it complimentary 2 no's double bed sheets yet not delivered.

I subscribed the epaper on 14/11/2023 and deposited the amount as asked.. Immediately I saw that they want another amount of $15.00 to upgrade it . I didn’t want to upgrade and immediately I unsubscribed and requested to refund the amount $ 34.99 . The company did not resolve hence I lodged a complaint against Times of India thru you on Dt 20/11/2023 expecting an early response.

Since 1st dec 2023, i am not receiving papers.
I am the subscriber since day 1 and now subscribed for 2 years from may 2022 to may 2024.

I made several complaints through call centre and via mail to toi crm on 13th dec, 15th dec and today (22nd dec 2023).

Promptly they are acknowledging the complaints and no resolution.

I have not been supplied Times ono f india paper from 19th.

We have been getting the Times newspaper since 2021 and last two months, the paper is not delivered to us stating that your delivery person from Chennai is not coming on time near Pondicherry location and they are insisting the local sub supplier to collect the papers from a different location at Pondiherry which does not meet his requirement. This small tussle between the delivery person from Chennai and the local sub dealer at Pondicherry put the readers in limbo by not getting the Times newspaper. There could be another issue by other newspaper agent not to supply Times to us so that their subscription base can be increased. The net result is we are at a loss not to get Times newspaper. Would appreciate to resolve this at the earliest. I wrote a complaint one month also but there is no response at all nor any improvement. Regards K Vishwanath

On 18 JUL 2023 made a payment online through BHIM UPI Rs. 448 towards TOI Plus subscription. I could not activate the account and hene made a complaint to Times Of India by email. On 24 JUL 2023 by email they required screenshot of the payment which I provided on 04 AUG 2023.- "18 Jul 2023 18 Jul 2023 TO TRANSFERUPI/

Till to day, i.e., 05 DEC 2023 it is not resolved. But on taking up the matter again with CRM coimbatore I received a reply on 18.OCT 2023 as, "YOUR PAYMENT REFUND SIR..."

Till it is not resolved. As it has taken already nearly 6 months, refund me the amount paid immediately.

After buying subscriptions from times of India online. It’s been more than 1 month iam not receiving newspaper.

I have complained many times they just call to close the query not for solving issues

I want refund for my subscription

I subscribed for a e=paper ( news paper ) with Times of India on Nov, 14 2023 & paid an amount of$ 34.99 by a debit card, I was asked to pay another $15 to upgrade . I was not willing to upgrade it & informed immediately about the same & requested to refund the subscription amount paid, It has not yet been refunded .

The times of india paper has not been delivered since three days. My susbcription Id is SCT30567117 valid till May 2024. Please confirm the reason behind this and also share the chennai 600 097 contact details of the excutive to get in touch.

Respected sir paper is not delivered, always this paper delivery person is making the issue, pls change the delivery person

My name is K Vishwanath and I live in Tamil Nadu 17 Kms from Pondicherry and 3 kms from Pondicherry border. We are not receiving the Times of India newspaper in the morning for the last 15 days. It appears to be logistics issue where the papers are not being delivered in the morning from Chennai and the vehicle appears to be moving in the other route. We are forced to get other newspapers which we are not interested. We wanted to know whether solution can be arrived between the Times of India Main and sub agents so that your customers get the newspaper. This will only increase your subscription base if you are proactive.

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I had contributed for TOI newspaper for 02 years and accordingly Rs 1949.00 was paid to BENNET COLEMAN & CO. LTD on 21 Jul 23.
There was an offer of a free full size Bed Sheet on two years contribution within 45 days of payment but after passing almost 80 days nothing is heard from TOI which is viewed seriously.
It is requested that commitment made by TOI be fulfilled at the earliest.
