Payment made through SBI internet banking for a purchase from FREE FIRE game on 10 SEP 2021 to Times Of Money Reference number IGALYOLNN9 for RS.190.

Kindly refund the amount as the payment was not credited in FREE FIRE.

    I have made a purchase of Rs.2399 ALPHA SQUAD RANKUP BUNDLE today using net banking REF ID- IGALZSQVB8, the amount was deducted from my bank account but I did not receive any items. I checked on the google play purchase history, it showed pending for a while, after few minutes when i checked again, it showed transaction cancelled on the google play purchase history, but i have not received any refund, neither i am able to apply for refund from google because it has been cancelled from your end. please resolve this issue asap, either refund the amount that has been deducted from my bank account or proccess the ordered items in the app.

                    On 15th september 2021 i purchased a top up of 600 ingots on Legend of Phoenix( Modo Global). According to the scheme i was supposed to get 2 times the amount, but did not mention that VIP exp would not increase to VIP3. Now I find it wasteful and return the reward. I just need my amount (INR 899/-) back.
