I deposit 2000 rupees in octa fx trading app now these rupees are not showing in my octa fx trading account...

I made an purchase of Rs.879 from PES2021 via Google play store.But the money was deducted on Time of Money Limited account.And I didn't get any confirmation mail from Google play store and any one.So please check it and refund my money.I am also submitting an screenshot of message received of money debited....
