        I made a purchase of 250 rupees in the game last day on earth for premium levels extension, but money deducted from my account and didn't reach to kefir games, money is still stuck with times of money ltd.Iwant my money refunded...below is the mentioned mssg.

                  I had purchased the pack breahthrough bonus pack in the game, Lords Mobile amounting Rs. 1524.00 yesterday i.e. 03/10/2021 via Ref. No. [protected]IGAMDDHLZ4 through SBI Net Banking. While contacting the game support team they updated that the transaction was cancelled. Kindly initiate the refund as soon as possible.

                          I have made a purchase of INR899 on 22nd September 2021 in the game Genshin Impact. Money got deducted from the bank but I didn't receive the content I purchased in the game. I have Contacted the support team of the game and they have said that they didn't receive the payment. I would like to get a refund since the money was transferred To Times of money lmtd from the bank.
