I have made payment as in game purchase, payment was successful but did not get benefits. please resolve this or else refund my money....

I bought an apps called "Bito AxeRing - Bitcoin Mining" on 10/12/2021 that cost Rs 300/- around 1530 hrs, money was deducted from my bank a/c but i am not getting the product.
Recently, i am facing the same problem like this, and i am not going to buy anything from Google playstore from now onwards.
And please resolve this asap.
