Complaint regarding deduction of money

Money Deducted but Item not Delivered

I made a payment to purchase an app by Internet Banking. Money got deducted from my account of Rs.390 but Item is not delivered. Now in Pay.google.com the transaction details also disappeared. This is a concern of Trust in Indian consumers....

Payment done but product still in not payment status in Playstore

I had just bought Crypto tab browser pro version for 100/- on Google Playstore, payment done from my bank account but the product is still in unpaid status.So, kindly please refund my money.
This is the second time and its strange that why am i not able to get these paid apps in Playstore

Happn Dating App... Transaction successful but didn't receive any service

Its been 3 days since I made an in-app purchase on Happn of 390rs through SBI NetBanking. I haven't received anything yet. I want a full refund ASAP. This is really bad. Never have I ever experienced such thing. Please return my money....
