Yesterday I was stunned to notice that my account has been used by the above company either fraudulently or by wrong clicking had managed to get my account debited by an amount of Rs1796/- within two days ie on 11/06/21 they have been able to debit two enteries of Rs449/- and again on 12/06/21 two enteries of 449/- from my account. Kindly do the needful and help in getting the matter solved so that a senior citizens money is restored...

On 11/06/2021 two enteries of rs 449/- and again on 12/06/2021 two enteries more rs449/- each total rs 1796/- got credited in your account through e banking wrongly. Which may be reversed and credited back...

i want to say last month in May 2021, my child mistakenly did 8 transaction of Rs. 4000 each(Total 32000/-) for top up in free fire online game on dated 07, 08 and 9 the May. Out of these 8 transactions, amount of three transactions of Rs. 12000/- returned back in the account.
further in the month of June the same transactions of Rs. 4000/- have been done on 08th and 9th June 2021 automatically and no otp were received...
