I lost my money ( Rs.380/- ) when iam purchasing cu in BGMI to unlock elite royal pass.
1st time and 2nd time transection is failed but 3rd time my money debited and credited in times of money account, but 300UC are not come to my BGMI account.
So
I want my money or UC

I am Ramesh Das Bairagya. I Have Purchased 300 UC from the UC section in BGMI. I use Netbanking as my payment method. The payment has been deducted from my bank account but UC has not been credited to my account.
I am very much in tension now about getting my UC / Money. I am attaching a Screen Shot and I have marked the Payment I have done From my Battleground Mobile India account ID :- [protected]

Updated by محمد مجيب على Reminder for payment has done to purchase UC of battleground mobile India, Rupees 380/- dated[protected], to purchase of 300UC. I didn't receive the UC in BGMI, but payment has been deducted from my state bank of India account. if you want the proof I will provide screenshots. Kindly request you to refund the amount 380/-.

I have made a purchase of RS. 490/- through Time of Money towards the Neo Monsters game from my I'd [protected]@gmail.com. Although the amount got debited from the account and the purchase was shown as successful it did not reflect on the game.
Please resolve the issue or arrange for refund of the same.
