I made two purchases on the game Last Island of Survival, one on 29-January-2021 (an amount of 420 rupees; Ref or cheque no: [protected]IGAKJNZFA5) and the other on 27-March-2021 (an amount of 430 rupees; Ref or cheque no: [protected]IGAKVHBNS9). In both the purchases, the purchase was shown to be successful, the respective amount was credited from my bank account but I didn't receive the game tickets which I paid for.
I kindly request whosoever that concerns to look into the matter and either give me the game tickets which I paid for or give me a complete refund of both the purchases (430+420=850 rupees).
TimesofMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Jack Harrison The money wasn't credited to my account but debited from my account by the company. Sorry but I got the terminologies wrong and I wrote ‘credit' instead of ‘debit'.
