Using netbanking, yono sbi website i paid 750 rupees to buy uc in bgmi, money is deducted from my bank account but uc not added to my bgmi account,

I purchased bgmi uc for Rs 730 on 30June 2021
My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed.I didn't receive my uc not did I got any refund.Please either give me uc in bgmi or refund my money.

I contacted in game customer support but haven't got a reply.
I also mailed bgmi support and didn't get a reply.
Please solve the problem ASAP....
