Clash of CLans Gems Purchases

I made a Purchase of Gems for 499 and also yester another purchase of 79 Rupees did not go thru bu amount deducted. The other Purchases of Gems went thru

Gold pass / amount deducted but didn't recieve the purchased product

I recently made a purchase of rs 399 on 12th october in clash of clans to buy a gold pass, the payment was processed and the amount was deducted but I didn't recieved the ordered product nor i received the google invoice confirming the purchase i would like a refund please.

Money deducted from my account without me knowing anything about it

Money from my bank account got debited. It's, showing that ₹500 4 times got debited from my account that is total ₹2000. I don't even know why. I have not placed any order....

Money deducted but chips not received

I treied to purchase chips on Ultimate teenpatti app and made transaction through internet banking on tbe app. My money was deducted but chips not received since some error was shown at the end. But to my surprise money was debited and credited to INB TIMESOFMONEY as per my passbook. Kindly refund my money keeping in view the ETHICS of business....

Purchase done but product wasn't receive

I purchase golden pass in clash of clans on 6oct2020 of amount 399 at 6.19pm. My money get deducted from sbi bank account ref#igajonrat2 but didn't receive any product. I can't see that transition related information in purchase history also didn't receive purchase invoice from google. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
