      Sir, i had purchased cp in call of duty mobile for ₹3, 200. I had used net banking (Sbi), the transaction had taken place and ₹3, 200 was taken from my bank account but i didn't receive the cp in game. There was some issue with the purchase. Please check it, i have attached the screenshot of the bank transaction. Please issue a refund. Please help me as soon as possible. Thank you

                Yesterday I purchased Minecraft Game from Mojang in Google Play Store. I made a payment of 459.56 INR from SBI Net-banking and got a message of confimed payment (Screenshot attached) . But was still not able to download the game. It is still asking me to purchase it. Hugely disappointed as I don't even know whom I should complain to... Google Play or TimesofMoney.
