Money deducted but bio pack for game marvel future fight not received

Bought a special bio pack of worth 760 inr for 30 days through online banking on 13th of april 2019 and an amount of 515 inr (Had google play offer) has been deducted from my account but the respective pack has not been activated. The transaction i'd is: igafrxwlas.
