I have made a purchase in arena of valor.
580 rs of vouchers. The money got deducted from the bank account but the purchase did not happen. I'm attaching the screenshot of the money deducted msg. And also the aov in game screen shot. Please refund back my money.
I have made payment via online transaction from axis bank.
Previously also this happened. I have contacted bank. They won't take responsibility. And i have emailed the game company they are demanding the recipt of the purchase. But i dnt have it cause the purchase did not happen. The money got lost in between. Please help me. It's hard earned money. I want my refund back.
