I have purchased the java programming masterclass for software developers from udemy on 25/09/2019. But after the transaction has been done, i am not able to get the access to the above mentioned course. I want my refund back a. S soon as possible. I will share the transaction details of my purchase below, but i want my money back as soon as possible

On 19 the september i've paid rs. 430 from sbi bank account which was discounted and became rs. 355. But the transaction is not shown on google play a/c. 3 days are passed but no refund is entered in my account if the transition process was not successful. I attached the screenshot of the transaction. Hope you will solve the issue.

Purchased pubg mobile uc for ₹724 on 18/09/2019 at 7pm and waited for 24 hours but uc was not credited but the money was deducted from my account but uc purchase failed Ref#IGAHATMHB5 My account information is showing that money transferred to inb times of money limited.
I have provided reference number of that transaction, kindly look into this problem and resolve this issue asap.

I have purchased uc for 1949 rs for pubg mobile on 19 sept, 2019 but i have not received the uc yet. Got the message from sbi saying that my money has been deducted and went to times of money but i did not get the uc.
Kindly resolve this asap either by completing the purchase or by refunding it since i urgently need it.

On 17th sept, 2019. I made an in-app purchase in pubg mobile worth 1909 inr. I used sbi net banking for the same. Money got deducted from my bank account and was credited to inb times of money. Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 13th september at 11.54 am via internet banking. Costing rs.420 for uc credit of 325.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.
