I recently purchased 250 diamonds of amount rs.399 on mobile legends game using sbi netbanking.
Amount was deducted in the name of inb times of money limited but diamonds not added. I want a refund. The transaction was made on 22/02/19 at 8:48 a. M.

I contacted the mohile legends customer service but after a long chat they asked me to contact the company in whose name the transaction was made. I checked & found that it was times of money limited.
So i request you to check and provide me the refund as soon as possible.

I made a purchase of rupees 85 in pubg mobile from my phone on 21/02/19, the money was deducted from my bank account but in game it said that purchase was failed and i didn't get my items. When i talked about it to the game costumer service they told me to complaint to google play but there's no order history on my account.. I don't know why.. But my money is deducted to times of money limited.. I've attached a screenshot of the message i got from my bank.. Please solve this issue..

I purchase a course from udemy app.
I made payment throught net banking.. Money had deducted from my bank account. It shows the transsction of rs.800. I didnt get my course while i paid the course fee. When i was doing payment it shows the times of india limited there. I want to refund my money.. Please help me.

The cash has been deducted from my account and even didn't received any refund.

I have purchased gold coin in the app name grepolis for premium using email i'd: [protected]@gmail.com. It charged me an amount of ₹1599 but it didn't give me premium. The app didn't upgrade to premium and instead asking me to purchase again which is quite disgusting. Refund me back if this is not resolved or else i am never gonna trust this app again. The phone that am using is honour 9lite and the transaction is made from a bank called punjab national bank and the reference id is [protected]. Please check this and respond on an immediate basis. For this has caused me nothing but trouble as i trusted this...

I purchased 660 uc from pubg app which worth about 799 rupees but i did not received any uc from them and the mean time purchase got failed.Even the purchase was failed but money got debited from my respective account. Even I can see the money went to "INB Times of Money Limited" and it's a huge amount so I'm little bit worry about it. On the date 14/02/2019 i purchased the mobile app named as fl studio mobile through mu computer online network but after payment through my sbi netbanking of rs.300/- the app not instlled in my mobile and showing the result as pending.
So please understand my what is happened and please install that app or refund my money

I have paid rs. 50 to take a movie on rent from play movies and the details of transaction by sbi netbanking to times of money limited on 07-feb-19 at 19:22 is igafjcudc6. But after the recharge, the movie was not activated/ unlocked.
So further i have to recharge again for rs. 50/- and the details of payment by sbi netbanking to times of money limited on 07-feb-19 at 19:29 is igafjcvgc5.
Kindly refund the money so that further i can use it.

Hi, yesterday on 6th Feb 2019, I have purchased "Quickshift Space" App from Therapeutic Listening site using Google Play account. The App was not purchased but the money was deducted twice as I have tried two times. Each time INR 916.88/- were deducted. So total deduction is INR 1833.76/-.

Please refund my deducted money.

I had used this gateway 3 times for purchasing pubg uc and pubg in game purchasings.
Every time money was debited form my pnb bank but no uc was purchased. Please solve this isssue of mine.
I used pnb net banking. Please find the attachments with this complaint.

Purchased uc cash 2 times via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 31 january via internet banking. Costing rs.1218 for 630 uc

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my pnb account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same plz give my money back.

I bought uc in pubg mobile but didnt receive them in game. The purchase was for 325 uc and costed me 420 rs. Money was deducted from my account.. For some reason my google play didnt record the purchase.. I am attaching an image of mini statement from sbi mobile app confirming of money geting deducted and being transferred to this. It would be great if i can get a refund or if my purchase can be compleated by adding the uc in game that i purchased.

Today I tried to buy some uc in app purchase from pubg Mobile game. Money from my account is deducted but didn't get uc. One my friend got his uc instantly but I don't. I have used my SBI net banking I tried 3 times for purchase that item and spend money for it all the 3 times I got deducted but didn't get money. I am doing this cause there is some kind of offer by Google play store. They are providing 70 rupee free while purchasing item more than 70 rupees.

I paid money for azar app for getting gems but money is deducted and gems i haven't got it kindly refund. Please refund

The money was deducted from my bank account but the uc was not added to my game. The statement of my bank account shows that the money was transfered to times of money limited. Please resolve the issue, i want my cashback to my bank account. I am also putting below a screenshoot of my bank statement.
