I'm filling this complaint about my recent purchase coins of games in temple run apps... I paid rs. 430 of two times. Ive transaction total rs.860 (430rs.+430rs.) dated on[protected]. The amount was deducted from my account. But i need return my money. My account details last four digits 8320 and your reference no. Is 91648223 & 38878753....

Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 25 july at 3pm via internet banking. Costing rs.799 for uc credit of 660.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my pnb account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

Customer care centres are unreachable.

Sir on 18 of july i purchased an in game pubg elite pass and the money was deducted too but didnot receive the elite pass i waited for 24 hours but elite pass was not delivered and then again i bought elite pass and o got my elite pass plz sir this os kind request plz refund my money back please i beg you.And i will send screenahot of my pirchases.thanking you...

I have a complain about my net banking payment that I have payment ₹75/- for MI band map, the amount was deducted but purchase was not done. I tried to check wheather the app is getting install, but it did not, I was then disapointed with the service of payment. Kindly do the needful and make my refund. I purchased uc of 799 rs which is equal to 600 uc but for some reason i did not get the uc in game and google play does not show any record of this purchase.
Money has already been debited from my account and i cant understand where to connect with this problem as its a third party app.

I am surprising to note that an amount of rs.30/- has been from my sbi account on 18th june 2019, 23rd june 2019 and 11th july 2019 without giving any information to me. I don' know how it is possible to deduct rs.30/- from any account without giving any intimation.
It is requested to look into the matter and refund rs.30/- in my account as soon as possible....
