I was paying mcgm water bill of amount 5391 using hdfc net banking option. Amount got deducted and post that I got 500 internal server error. Receipt is not generated. Kindly check from your end and reverse the desired amount to desired bank account.

I tried to pay through HDFC Bank credit card.
After paying the bill, site not reverted back to error page and receipt not generated.
I checked in my HDFC bank account, it showed amount paid and also confirmed with axis back customer care they said amount paid.
On MCGM portal, receipt is not generated and hence it is not credited.
Could you please check ref number of transaction given by HDFC Bank with times of money.

On 19/08/2019, i tried to make payment of 6145.9 to mcgm for ccn no : [protected]@0016854

I tried to pay through axis bank net banking.
After paying the bill, site not reverted back to mcgm page and receipt not generated.
I checked in my axis bank account, it showed amount paid and also confirmed with axis back customer care they said amount paid.
On mcgm portal, receipt is not generated and hence it is not credited.
Could you please check ref number of transaction given by axis bank - [protected] with times of money
