I bhargav purchased pubg uc @ rs 799. But i didn't receive any uc in pubg game. I got deducted money ₹779 from my sbi account. The money was transferred to inb times of money limited through my sbi account. So do take a action and help me out from this problem. My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my State Bank of India account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

Customer care centres are unreachable.

Hey, I bought 799rs pack of 600 uc but I didn't get any of it and moreover the money from my account got deducted. Please refund me my money or give me the ingame cash. I've waited for hours for that. The reference id for that is IGAFRPXXU4 I contacted PUBG support from games messaging service but there was no reply. I hope posting this makes the money come back to me or either I get the ingame currency that I paid for.
