I Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on today via internet banking. Costing rs.1949 for uc credit of 1500+300.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was not credited to the game. It shows in my Punjab National Bank account that the money went to times of money limited.

My Bank is Punjab national bank I spent Rs1949 for the UC and my money was withdrawn from the bank the payment was successful but no UC was provided.I asked for help from in game customer service for so many time but they have not bothered to even reply to it.It's been 3 day nothing have happened.No help what type of customer care is this?I have given all the required details but till now nothing has happened.please help

Till now TIMES OF MONEY has not refunded the amount.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.
Please refund the amount of these transactions.

I have done an in app purchase of inr 1250 on dt 16.01.2019 at 21 :36 ist with state bank of india a/c ending with 1070 with a reference id no. Igafevthj1 for a android game namely jaggernaut wars through times of money limited gateway. After the amount was deducted, i could not find the transaction id in google payments center & no activity is shown in order history. I have repeatedly approached the developer (Jaggernaut wars) regarding this matter but they did not help as they require a transaction id for proceedings. Kindly refund the deducted amount as soon as possible.

I purchsed uc two times in the pubg mobile game. But the both two times the purchase is failed where at the both times the money got dedicated from my bank account. I did not recived any uc in my account at the both time.
At the both times it is showing that the money is transferred to inb times of money limited.
The total number of money which got stucked in this case is 1598/-. Please look at this matter that i could get back my money as soon as possible. I am so much worried about this process.
