30/09/2018 i brought some game offers of 300 rs for gold offer (Guns of boom). The igg support team said the payment is not processed from the google pay. When i checked the payment is pending and i tried every tricky way to contact you. The few details in the attatchment, which i have to cont. Your costumer num. But num did not exist. And the few moments later the history of pending google payment activity was erased. But i still did not get the refund massages from the axis bank.

Please solve the issue as soon and refund my money. My cont. Num. [protected]

I was informed by the server that money will reflect within 24 hours but nothing happened.

To transfer-inb times of money limited — reference [protected]igadyahyp9 rs.130/- deducted from sbi savings a/c no[protected] through net banking. App did not downloaded but amount deducted from account. When tried to download it the app is asking to pay money again.
I tried to get the contact details and speak to them. Now i got full information to make a complaint. This happened twice.

This transaction also through google play store.
My two transactions failed and money deducted twice from my account.
I would like to consult an advocated and proceed through consumer form.

Today i have given a complaint . i have purchaged candy crush saga from candy shop and i pay rupees159/- from my state bank of india net banking on 21/09/2018. they wont send the candy crush beginners bundle or.but in my previous complanit i am wrongly quoted as 20/09/2018.actual deduct my account on 21/09/2018 transaction no..IGAEKESCB5 so please return my ammount into my account or candycrushsaga beginners bundle from candy shop.

I have made a purchase of Rs499 in the game Masala Express to purchase unlimited food on 18.09.2018.

Money was deducted from my bank account, but the feature was not added in the game.

Reference number is IJAEJWTKI1 dated 19.09.2018.

Do the needful as soon as possible.
Payment was made via SBI netbanking.

Either refund immediately or add the feature immediately.
