I did a transaction of rs 620 on 25 sept, 2018 to purchase an in-game feature of game boxing star.
I was informed by the server that money will reflect within 24 hours but nothing happened.
Kindly add my in-game feature or refund the money.

I tried to get the contact details and speak to them. Now i got full information to make a complaint. This happened twice.

I have made a purchase of Rs499 in the game Masala Express to purchase unlimited food on 18.09.2018.

Money was deducted from my bank account, but the feature was not added in the game.

Reference number is IJAEJWTKI1 dated 19.09.2018.

Do the needful as soon as possible.
Payment was made via SBI netbanking.

Either refund immediately or add the feature immediately....

Yesterday on 29 august at 7.41 pm i purchase a pack from lords mobile of rs 79 but i was not able to enjoy the benefit as the pack was not purchased. The reference no. For the transaction is igaegcvwj3. This is the second time i am facing this problem. Hope you will resolve it as early as possible.
