I have placed an order on timtara.com for Seagate Backup Plus 1TB Hard Drive on 3 jan 2013. Its already 56 days and still the product is not deliver. I have called multiple times to check the status.Now they are not responding my call.

I ordered for a Micromax Canvas 2 A110 Mobile Phone from www.timtara.com on 14-Jan-2013 and I paid the amount of Rs. 9189.00 using my credit card. Here are the order details: Order #10384852 | Order Date:[protected] | Current Status: Awaiting Shipment.

I was told that the product would reach me in 21 days from the date ordered, and it is more than a month now and I have no idea when I would receive the product. When I call up the customer care, their behavior is very rude. I have called them more than 50 times, sometimes they just stay mute and I have no other option but to end the call (I will have to pay a hefty phone bill for all the STD calls I make from my mobile). There is no communication from their end on the whereabouts of my product and they are not willing to give a confirm date, the customer care executives keep telling me to wait for another week every day.

Please can something be done against www.timtara.com?

I want my product and also I would like to know if I can charge interest on the amount I already paid them.

I am booked Order #10371428 on https://www.timtara.com. Item:- 1 x Prestige PSSFB Sandwich Maker Order Date:[protected] amount @ 639 INR as per their commitment they are delivered my item with in three week of working days, But they are not send me my item. I am complain on their customer complaint management but no one are hear me. mY complaint no on their site is (1):[protected]:- 65202 for my item not delivered, they are every times new commitment for after one week, But no result please kindly do the need full for my item or refund my money.

I booked a Micromax Aisha A52 ( Order #[protected] on 29th May,2012 . After 20 days when I called them , they told me that they don't have this gadget in their stock so they are cancelling the order and will refund money in a week. Still then I am waiting till now and I haven't received my 4100 rupees back.

i had paid RS. 1490 to timtara.com on 01/02/2013 through inb times of money limited. the transaction ref. no. is [protected]IGF8646127. the amount has neither paid to to TIMTARA.COM nor refunded back to me. kindly refund the money as 23 days has been passed and no communication has been replied by the seller.

I booked a Dell laptop from timtara.com on june 10th. 2012 and made payments by credit card since there was no option for COD. After 18-20 days I was informed that the model I booked after selection from their site was not available with them and I was offered another one with an extra payment of around Rs. 3500/, for which I refused and got my order cancelled. At the time of cancellation they told me that the refund will be made with in 7-10 days but, since than even after more than 10 months ,the refund has not been made.
I have booked so many times my complaints on their site but they do not give any response. I also called them with telephone again and again and the customer care every times tells that the refund will be made in a week or so. Even the person on telephone once asked me to do whatever I want to do in terms of making complaint elsewhere or to opt for any legal action.
This online shopping site, i.e., "timtara.com" claims to be number one in customer's experience but, I am sure they are making money only by cheating the customers after getting payments by their credit cards. I have not only suffered a great financial loss, but also have beenvery much annoyed with these people.
I suggest you to stay away from this site.

I have placed this order# 10382844 with Timtara.com on 9-Jan-2013 and delivery was to be made in 2-3 weeks. More than 45 days have passed and the order is not delivered yet. I have made numerous calls to their customer care which is pathetic to say the least. They are rude and have no clue to orders. They repeat the same status which I can see myself see online. In the name of escalation, they never transfer the call to manager/supervisor, no one exists it seems. All they do it to raise complaint to some 'concerned' department which I think is just fictitious as they never have any update on the complaint raised.

I have put in hard earned money on this purchase and am harassed daily due to the attitude of these people not to mention breach of trust.

I demand refund of my money as I am no longer interested in getting the product. With the attitude of this website and people running it, I cannot trust that they would send a new product without any defects. I don't want to get in more trouble.

I have ordered Micromax II A110 smartphone on Jan 19, 2013 and till now they have not delivered the phone. Their maximum delivery time is 3 weeks, but no response or not bothered even after 4 weeks. I have been calling almost every day since last week and their standard answer is "your complaint will be forwarded to concerned department and they will response to your complaint within 1-3 days". Agents handling calls dont share when the phone be delivered and they do not allow us to talk to supervisors / managers. Timtara is one of the worst online shopping company under this sun. I need help to either get my money back or phone delivered. I have spent 2 to 3 hours per day since last one week in following up. They asked me to write to [protected]@timtara. com and nothing happens when an email is sent to this email address.

Nisha, is this a real or fake company? I don’t get any calls or response to many calls and emails. Agents on the phone is not ready to connect to anybody and they keep saying the same thing “ awaiting shipment”. How many days and weeks do you want me to wait after paying full amount?

This is becoming really frustrating. I do not see anybody is bothered about customers. Your website is fake, your business is fake and you are all must be cheating customers by looting money from citizens who spent their hard earned money.

Nisha, I need somebody to call me within 24 hours else I will be lodging a complaint and will take legal action on Timtara.com

This is with total frustration of me paying the huge amount to buy a Micromax A110 mobile from Timtara, I am wrting this email. It is already 3 weeks passed, there is absolutely no response. I neither have the product delivered nor my money is returned. I now started to wonder if this is a real or fake company.

Your customer service associates are very arrogant and is not bothered to even listen. All they have to say is “you just wait for some more time some more weeks” and no details beyond this.

My request of talking to supervisor is also turned down by your associates. They will not give it to supervisors and tells me “do whatever you want to do”. I told them if this is the way you behave without providing proper details, I will have to give a police complaint and the gentlemen on the phone from Timtara says “I don’t care, you do whatever you want to do. You have no choice but to wait till you get the product”. He did not even given any assurance and committed date of delivery.

I don’t even know who you are and what is your position. Everybody says, write to Nisha and that’s it. I don’t have any clear answer from you as well.

Please for God sake, either delivery the product or return my money.

I have already burnt my fingers and lost my peace of mind in dealing with timtara.com and WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANY PRODUCT EVEN IN MY DREAM.

Hi..I have been a victim of timtara.com.I purchased a product (Micromax Canvas-II Mobile phone for Rs 9189/-) on[protected],which was supposed to be delivered to me within 3 weeks i.e by 12th feb. But till today,they haven't shipped the product to me and the status on their portal shows 'Awaiting Shipment' for more than 3 weeks.Whenever I call them,they never give a clear justification.And I get frustrated by listening the same replies from them every time.The customer care on every complaint, reply that "the concerned department will get back to you in 24 hours. But no one ever calls me back. It seems that this site is cheating the people out of their money [as apparent from the complaints seen on the internet]. I have already made the payment by credit card whose bill has also been generated & I have neither received the product nor my money. The said amount is also blocked with them for this time period. I want to get my product delivered at the earliest. Please HELP me as I want to teach them a lesson so that they could never be so insensitive towards the consumers.I also request you to guide me to legal actions that I can take against them.Thank you. TIMTARA.COM ecommerce website having address Infosecure Consulting Pvt. Ltd., B-26 Second Floor, Sector 8, Noida, Uttar Pradesh -201301 India with contact no.[protected] &[protected] have defrauded Rs. 40,700/- from me. They have taken order no. 10363792 for a APPLE IPHONE on 05 dec’12 by E-banking (Credit card) and promised to deliver by 26 th dec’12. Till date they have neither supplied the order nor refunded the money despite several promises. They seems to have cheated us by giving fake commitment and duped the money. Kindly register a case for cheating, fraud and duping money by wrong commitment and take appropriate action against the company.

I had booked 2 mobile phones and a webcam online from www.timtara.com on 15/11/2012. I had made a payment through netbanking for Rs 12687.36. The shipping was to be done in 3 weeks. However I called to cancel my order on 23/11/12. The agent informed me that he has raised a request and I will be contacted in 48 hrs and after that in 7 days I will receive my refund. I did not receive any call back. I again called on 27/11/12. Here another...

My order id is 10333314. This order was done in the month of septmber 2012. I had contacted the customer care department for more than 30 times for. Till date no refund is received.
