How to get your money from timtara. This is probably the only question the whole india online shopping consumer have been asking.
I have ordered a product from timtara and i have got my money refund within 3 months.
I filed my complaint on Akosha.com. They gave me a call in 2 days and took 499/- from me. I was not sure of paying but somehow i did.
They resolved my complaint in 20 days and i got my money refunded.

If it wasnt getting resolved they even gave me an option of filing a consumer case against them in consumer court where i can surely get my money back from court. But they got my case resolved before moving there.

I am happy i chose akosha and had a faith in them.

    I had placed an order on timtara on 28th december 2012. Order was for Samsung DV100 16MP Digital Camera(DV100)& order number is #10377740. My Transaction Id : 10165906 Order Date: 28th Dec 2012 09:06 pm Payment Mode: Net Banking It was supposed to be shipped within 3 weeks. So far status of the order is shown as AWAITING SHIPMENT. I contacted customer care over phone and also send many mails for cancellation of order in past 4 weeks. Every time i contact to customer care they have only one word the cancellation is under processing there concern department will call you within 24hrs i didn't get any call from there side. I have been always informed that order will be cancelled in 2 days and money will be refunded within 5 days after cancellation. But there's no step taken from timtara to reflect the order as cancelled. So they are no delivering a product nor returning my money back. Its one of the fraud companies that I have ever used for buying online. There has to be strict action taken against such companies and their business should be banned completely. Kindly help me out with refund of my money with cancellation of my order #10377740 as I do not want shipment to be delivered any more.

      sir i have order Seagate Backup Plus 1TB Hard Drive on 2 jan 2013 at www.timtara.com, Order no. 10380474. but till dated i have'nt received it.after all i have complaint atleast 7 times but every time i got the same answer from customer care "sir our concern authority will contact you within 3 days". But not a single time an one contact me either through call or mail.
      now what can i do.

          I placed an order timtara.com (Online Shopping Portal) with following details:

          Order No: 10356780
          Order Date: 11th Nov 2012
          Payment Mode: Debit Card

          I placed an order online on 20 November 2012. And total amount paid i.e. Rs.1893/- through online debit card payment on same day. The delivery time has told within 3 weeks.

          It’s been 2 months the above stated order has not yet delivered at the mentioned address. I thereby requested the authority to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. If in case any issues arise with the product please feel free to refund the amount deducted i.e. 1893/-.in my account. I called more them 50 times with customer care but they are not responding properly and nor they reply to my mails.

          This is sort of harassment, they will not shipped it, as they got the amount prior. They never informed me over this delayed item.

          Please register fraudulent and cheating case against the TIMTARA.COM.

            Hello Team,

            I placed an order at timtara.com for delivery of digital camera. My order no is 10385570. I made the transaction through debit card worth Rs 5200. They have taken my money and have not delivered the order yet. Their customer care executives always made excuses. Their official site promises the delivery within 3 weeks. But its been more than 3 weeks waiting for my order. They gave the contact numbers of their seniors bu they also not responding to my query. I am being fooled by timtara.com. Please take a action into this.

            I have ordered for philips men grooming kit qg3250 on 24th dec. And its been more than 15 working days from the order given. But i have not received any material yet. I receved a confir ation email showing 8-10 days delivery. I tried to contact them but its really hard to reach them. Customer care executive says it will be despatched in 1-2 days. But status is showing awaiting shipment from last 15 days. Please help in refund of my money. I think they are cheating every customer

              Hi,
              I had placed an order on 19-Dec-2012 - Order #[protected] a Portable hard drive with 3 weeks delivery promise - I had paid Rs, 4,840 using credit card and Timtara got the amount also.

              Till date I have not received the product and when I call the customer care they just ask me to wait 48 hours. The customer care also says they are an outsourced company and have no idea about timtara!!! and when timtara will send the product.!!!! One of the customer care personnel asked me to email one [protected]@timtara.com - telling that she is head of backend department and she will reply - had mailed her on 23 Jan 2013 again no response

              After all the mental harassment I decided and placed a cancel request on 30 Jan 2013 - but again there has been no response even after multiple calls - all the customer care says is wait another 48 hours.

              I have booked one Skullcandy In-ear Earphone X2SPCZ-810, order number 10145545 on 13th of December and made a online payment of 404rs.
              The order status still shows as "Awaiting Shipment".

              Please file a fraud complaint and cheating complaint against the timtara and please take appropriate action against the website and do the justice to me.

              Timtara.com — Not received product or Refund

              I ordered laptop from timtara.com on 23-April-2012, first they cancelled my order as they told that they didn't receive the money. But my account already got debited. Later they told us that order is in process. so i waited for the product to deliver. first they told 10-15 days.. then next 10-15 working day and now after 20-25 days when i asked about the product shipment, they are telling that they didn't receive the money. My order status is still not cancelled. How to Proceed to take legal action against this company ?.

              Transfer through - STATE BANK OF INDIA (Netbanking) for the amount Rs. 26445.

              however online banking details show the amount transferred to INB INFOSECURE CONSULTING PRI

                Hi,
                I had done shopping from timtara.com on 12-Dec-2012 and had not received my product.
                I had ordered a digital camera "Nikon S6300 16MP Digital Camera (Blue)(S6300)" + 4GB SD + Case + HDMI Cable and at the time of placing order they said delivery will be in 3 weeks. It is close to 2 month and i haven't received the ordered product.

                I spoke to their customer care several times. Every time they give different reasons or no reason at all. Now also they are selling the above product in their store. Even i have spoken to customer care that i am ready if they can give me the same product with different color.

                  I have ordered a lemon mobile GC333 on[protected] & they said that the product will be delivered to you within 3 weeks but till now It has not been dispatched yet... So, I called them many a times n they said that please wait for some more days n ur product will be delivered soon, So I told them to cancel my order, then they said even if I cancel my order then my money will be refunded only after 15 working days... So, please I request you to do some needful against these fraud company... Order No. #10383042.

                  Timtara.com — cheating

                  I have not received my stabilizer, which i purchased from you. i have ordered the product on 31st may 2012. I called many times to customer care, they assured me that stabilizer will be delivered before 22June 2012, today is 22nd June.

                  I am disappointment with the kind of services and false commitments.I have very good experience with many e commerce portal, where usually things deliver at my place within 4-7 days. I inspired many peoples to buy items from e -commerce site , where they get things at lowest price. I hope after this horrible experience with your portal , i will never suggest anyone for online shopping.

                    I had booked an online purchase order on M/s Timtara's website for purchase of a Samsung 28 Litre Microwave on 04/11/2012. The booking order No. is 10348752. Payment was made online at the time of booking. The material was expected to be delivered with in 21 days of the booking.

                    I chased the order more than 10 times at the customer care of the Timtara and at every they ensured me for the deliver with in 6-7 days. Till now, I am awaited for that.

                    I emailed them so many times but all in vain. I had also visited the office of M/s Timtara's on 18/01/2013 Saturday. They again assured me to deliver it upto next Tuesday. But not yet.

                    I had approached with you so many times but it seems that TIMTARA has decided to cheat the customer. Once the money received from customer then it is of TIMTARA. If you think so then you are committing the mistakes.

                    Now let me know, that why should not I proceed to Consumer Forum to take action against TIMTARA? It is for your information and necessary action please. Please revert-back to me with in 02 days or earlier.

                        I had purchased several mobile phones worth Rs. 25000 from Timtara.com on 16 september/2012. but till now they only send me the product of only Rs. 9000 after complaining more than 100 times and invested 1500 rs to akosha.com to get my money from Timtara. More than 500 rs i wasted in calling and mailing to them. I met one of the employee of timtara Mr. RITESH, he also giving only dates and making me fool. I had wasted my 5000 rs for train fare for 4 people to go to delhi to their office.
                        Timtara makes me mentaly disturb from last 5 month.

                              This is Kondareddy from Bangalore. I ordered (Order Id:[protected] a mobile which is worth Rs. 9200 from Timtara on Feb 1, 2013. Till May 1, 2013 issue was the same as with u. Now i got the refund. U can also get the refund i[censored] pay thrue credit card.

                              What u have to do is:
                              1. Call to credit card customer care and tell the issue with timtara.
                              2. They have an option called (Credit back the Transaction after doing some research from their side).
                              3. They ll ask u to submit one form (Name: Cardholder Dispute Form) along with proofs of order like email proofs.
                              4. they ll credit the money into ur account within 10 working days.

                                    Despite reading so many complaints online, I went ahead and bought Philips home theater at timtara.com. I thought all others who complained were just rare unfortunate guys. Now I realize my mistake. I had ordered philips hts 5131/94 on 15th of December (Order number:[protected]. When I did not recieve it even after 3 weeks, I called them up and have been calling them every single day. They just give one answer (same words, same phrases like a parrot speaks). They say some one would call in 24 hours and product would be shipped in 2-3 days. Now, its nearly 2 months. It is still 'awaiting shipment'. Tomorrow, I am going to raise a complaint against timtara with CBI online fraud section, Direcpay, Credit card company. Please suggest if I can complain anywhere else.

                                    Also, for all others, please do not think that you might get lucky and get the product. Better spend some extra bucks and buy at flipkart or any other reputed site. Like, me do not learn from your own experience. Be smart and learn from others' experiences.

                                      I have booked a product in Timitara.com on Dec. 25th 2012. They have comiited to deliver within 3 weeks but it had been over 38days, they have not shipped my order. After it I have canceled the order & spoke to their phone executive, he said me that I will be getting my refund with in 7-10 working days but its already over 2 months (over 60days), no refund yet. when i called them again, they answered me that it will take another 7-10 working days & this is the repetitive answer for my every calls.

                                      This is really a cheating. I think the Owner of the company Arindam Bose (name given by Phone Executive of Timtara) has very good relation with Local Legal Department which leading him to cheat/ bluff customers.

                                      I got several calls from different customers, they are facing the same problem since long long time. Still they are giving huge discount to lure customer. Can't Govt. take any serious action on this company? Is it serious or not? Timtara killing us, my sincere request to Govt, please help us to get rid from such fraud Timtara.com.
