I had ordered a lens on 12th December. The website had promised delivery within 2-3 weeks. I have made the payment already. However even after about 5-6 weeks, the product has not even shipped yet. I wanted lens for a particular occasion and not having lens at that time is a big loss to me.

I have called customer care several times. However customer care executives keep repeating the some internal reasons. They are not at all co-operative and refuse to escalate the calls. Customer care executives also give false promises that some one from timtara.com will give a call back within 24-hours but I did not receive any such call after 5-6 such promises.

This is clearly a fraud website which has taken my money but is not delivering the product nor is co-operating with me. Customer service is also very weak and gives false promises.

I had ordered Apple Iphone 5 16 GB on 3 NOV by paying 41300 INR and was promised that phone will be delivered in maximum 3 weeks. Even after 4 weeks when i did not receive the phone. I had requested to cancel my order on 29 NOV. They did not cancel my order. After reapeted attempts phone calls and when i treatenened to them that i will file the complaint in consumer court then they cancel my order after almost 24 days that is on 20 December. But now it is almost 26 days again but they have not refunded my money. The status till shows the refund is pending. i had called atleast 20 times and every time they promise that they will initiate the refund in 3 days but the never happened. I have mailed mutltiple times and no body is listening. to me this a FRAUD SITE WHO IS CHEATING US PLEASE DO SOMETHING. I AM GOING TO GO FURTHER AND TAKE THIS MATTER TO ANY LEVEL TO TEACH TIMTARA.COM A LESSON. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. I AM PASTING THE SNAPSHOT OF CURRENT STATUS.

I ordered 2 products on 19 Dec. 2012 from timtara.com :-

10372626 Seagate Backup Plus 1TB Hard Drive(Backup Plus 1TB)
10372628 Belkin USB 4-Port Powered Desktop Hub F4U040sa(F4U040sa)

They were not able to ship the product within their promised time frame & now they are not refunding my money.

I used SBI net banking for payment.

Plz. help me proceed further.

TIMTARA has been very problematic and its not delivering items within time.
I have tried to cancel my order, but they are not doing that even.

How can we have e-commerce site, without cancellation policy.? They got the money and not its been 1 month from the moment i placed order. Still its not been delivered.

Please take some action on this site. It desperately needs to be banned.

I am waiting to hear back from you. I am sure, loads of complaints lodged on this already.

Timtara.com is not giving customer satisfactory service. i have ordered one BSNL tab from here on 12th Dec 2012, Order No# 10368718.
It was mentioned that this will deliver in 3 weeks, but it crossed more than 1 month now. If i am calling to them, they are saying its out of stock, now when i am saying ok no issue plz cancel the product and refund the money.

But from last 2 weeks daily i am calling, i sent lots of mail to cancel my order, but still its not cancelled, even no one is replying for my mail, no one is giving proper answer on call, we cant able to talk to their higher authority member. they said you will get call in 24 hrs. but no one is there to call you back.

I am pissed off from this website. I paid Rs. 12596 and now daily im investing money to call him up..

Plz if anyone is there, solve my issue and push pressure to close this fraud online shopping portal so that in future also no one can get affected.

@timtara People- If you have 1 point of shame, then reply and solve my issue.

On December 18th I have booked two Vizio Android 4.0 Tablet - VZTT103G11706 (Dual Sim Tablet) and two Vizio 7 inch Android Tablet keyboard (Black), since now I have not received these items. Today is 29th day of purchase. Previously I have contacted timtara.com customer care executive regarding delivery of these items, he assured that within 3 weeks these items will be delivered. I had also written to timtara.com as following and again received same assurance from your side, though the time limit of assurance from you peoples has finished, but till now no delivery of those items, why such type of delay?

I have purchased new Karbonn A11 from timtara.com of Rs. 6719/- on 19/12/2012, my order no[protected] They assured delivery within 3 weeks, which did not happen. When i started following up with them, they kept repeating the same standard answer - "wait for 2-3days". Every time they stated the same and frustrated me to the core.
One month back i called and asked them to cancel my order and refund the money. They asked me your order will cancel within 48 hrs, and money will refund in 7-8 working days.In spite of 2 days gone, they are yet to cancel my order itself. Now its about a month still i am waiting to get my refund.

Plz guide me how to get my money back. I really am not in capacity to lose this hefty amount for no reason.

We have complained and called umpteen times and nothing happened. We request to take our complain on very high priority and proper action so this would not happen to any other customer. I purchase item Speaker at dated[protected],with full cash i pay 1500 at same day but still i does not received product. When i call them they sail there person will call in 24 Hr but no one can call and there response in call is very bad.

Please Who have complaint for this SITE Timtara pls come together and make POLICE complaint for this site. then only they will understand.

We would like to bring you notice on one thing that in todays cyberworld we required some legisation system to have control on frud online shopping websites which are taking advantage of hide faces from customer.



Lets start one story of my friend,



We have purchased a external hard disk from this timtara.com (order No[protected]. Usually I am the one who shops from trusted websites like ebay etc... . but from the webpage of gosf.in I came to know about this and from there I ordered the hard disk.



After two weeks of order placed I enquire about delivery then they told me that It will take 3 week time to shipping the product. My first catch came here generally If you have stock of product then it will take maximum 3 days to shipp and within week it can be delivered to you . On safer side you can have 3 week maximum duration which includes your safety limit of shipping time and all. My product is fast selling one and also I lived in Ahmedabad so shipping or stock issue should not be there.



Then I checked review on the net and found that this website is know for delay and not delivery of online order.

But as I alrady have paid the amount I have to wait for 3 weeks then only I can take any action. So I have waited till 01/01/2012 and then I asked for refund my entire amount but till date I have not received amount.



So I had taken few steps

1) Logged Complaints against this website on National Consumar Helpline ( Docket No[protected] &[protected].

2) Any website and magazine who have pramoted timtara.com please share this news which users not to use this website.

3) I have informed my collegues and friends that please not use this website. ( timtara.com ).



What I need from this website is

1 - timely delivery of product odered (As mentioned in http://www.timtara.com/pages/Shipping-and-Returns.html) also some punishment for non-delivering or delay in product

2 - Correct status by customer care executives ( I called atleast 10 times but not a single satisfactory answer )

3 - Higher authority mail address and direct call no as it is necessary because calcelltion of order routs outside customer care area they dont know the status.

I have purchased a TV from timtara.com and paid Rs.25,200 for it.... but i have not received my product ..... near about 2months completed ...my order ID is 10352636... when i call to customer care of timtara.com they always tell that you will receive your product in a week... for a month he is saying the same line... now i am thinking that my money is sunken ....

I have purchased a mobile phone from timtara.com on 01.12.2012 order no.10361800
for Rs.1655/-. However till date they have not shipped the product and neither they are cancelling and
refunding my money. The due date of shipping was 21.12.2012.

I have called their customer care several times but they are not responding to my requests

Dear sir,

I had ordered sdhc memory card from timtara on 28th-october-2012, they assured me about the delivery in 2-3 weeks. After one month I called customer care regarding status of the order then they told me that product will be delivered in next 4-5 days. Again after a week I called customer care and they again assured me the same.I followed the same procedure for 3-4 times, but nothing worked.

Then I decided to cancel the order, but I'M not able cancel the order from timtara portal because I had already raised the query regarding the product delivery on approx 28th nov, then I again called the customer care and ask them to cancel the order and they gave me the request no. I tried the same procedure also 4-5 times and every time I got the different request no.

Then I found some email from web ([protected]@timtara.Com; [protected]@timtara.Com; [protected]@timtara.Com; [protected]@timtara.Com; [protected]@timtara.Com) and asked them about the refund at least 25-30 times, but it doesn't work.

Today on 7th jan 2013 its almost 2 & 1/2 months and still amount is not refunded nor the product is delivered,

I have placed an order for a mobile handset along with a sd card through timtara.com on 8th of December 2012. The payment was immediately done via credit card. I was charged Rs299 per item as shipping charges which is extortionate for local shipping. When we did not recieve the product in the stated time, i raised a complaint. to wich they asked for a week. I kept on calling the customer support but did not get any response. Now its more than 5 weeks and I have not recieved product, and customer care is not responding, they hang up when I make a call. And they are not even refunding.

I had ordered a product from www.Timtara.Com on 11th june, 2012 for rs 5149 and payu gateway was used. They DID not ship the order thus the order was cancelled and till now they have not refunded the money.

Non delivery by timtara.com of 1 x BSNL Penta IS 701R Tablet since 7 MONTHS – company does not respond Company is supposed to deliver within 3 weeks. The Tablet is freely available in the market (PUNJAB)
I booked/paid with net banking the order Order # 10268852 with timtara online for a BSNL Penta IS 701R Tableton the 8th of JUNE 2012 Despite several confirmations that it would be delivered, it has not happened. the stipulated time was within 3 weeks.
Finally I was told that GIVEN REFUND BY [protected]@timtara.com. Again noT RECEIVED REFUND, Their helpline either puts down the phone or says it is escalated. I have been complaining on their website regularly but I have received no reply. As per what I have been finding on complaint sites that several hundreds of people are facing the same issue.
