I Had purchased a Prestige Pendulum Wall Clock on[protected] on www.timtara.com order no #10390900 but not only did they fail to deliver the product till date but are not ready to refund. Called many times on their coustomer care number but no help....

I have ordered a Mobile through www.timtara.com on 4th Feb 2012, my order#10172937, I was promised by their customer care that the product will be delivered by 3-4 days, it is more than a month now, till date timtara site shows "Awaiting Shipment".

I have put a request for cancellation of the order on 28th Feb, useless customer says it will take 7 working days to cancel the order and another 10 days to refund the...

i have order for a camera nikkon coolpix 510 on 12th december 2012 , but till today i didn't get the product or not even a mail from their side

The online shopping portal- http://www.timtara.com/ is palying fraud with people. I have found out many cases similar to mine. I ordered Win 7 software online on 6/2/2013 and paid Rs.6200.00 yet till 4/3/2013, nither the product has been sent nor the money has been refunded. The customer service people are not allowing you to talk to anyone senior and won't give any concrete answer. It seems all, the owners and the staff are collectively...

Hi,
I ordered a Mobile phone(Order #[protected] on [protected] from TIMTARA.COM and it was promised to be delivered within 21 days.
But I did not received the product till now. I have sent them many reminder mails and called them multiple times but to my dismay they are not able to give response.
They are not responding to calls on number given on site from last 2 days.

Please try to resolve this issue...
