I have ordered a Mobile through www.timtara.com on 4th Feb 2012, my order#10172937, I was promised by their customer care that the product will be delivered by 3-4 days, it is more than a month now, till date timtara site shows "Awaiting Shipment".

I have put a request for cancellation of the order on 28th Feb, useless customer says it will take 7 working days to cancel the order and another 10 days to refund the money to my card.

Till date they have neither cancelled the order nor are they shipping it for delivery.

Timtara — Refund money

I booked HTC mobile handset in timtara online shopping they are not delivered the mobile or not even refund money. they are totally fraud.

Yes, I don't know, what due-diligence is done by banks before allowing access to payment gate-way.

Timtara.com — ORDERED CANCELLED BUT NO REFUND

I have placed an order (#[protected] at timtara.com for a Mobile Handset Sony Ericssion Live with Walkman on 29.12.11 with promised shipment date of 8-10 working days.

Even after 15days they have not shipped the item.I tried to call them many times to know the status of my shipment but no response from the customer care no. Finally on 14.01.12 i have e-mail them to cancel my order and refund my money. Now, its again morethan 15days and they have not refund my money.
I am calling them every now and then but no response...if someone pick up the phone they said its under processing ...they have promised that i will get the refund by 25th but no refund till date..

Please solve the issue..

I placed an order on Timtara website on 1st of Jan 2013, It's been 3 months and still i didn't receive the product.

They mentioned that the product will be dispatched in 3 weeks but its more than 3 months.

Really horrible website...! The customer care don't respond to the emails and receive the calls even.

Timtara — Money not Refunded

I placed a order by trusting timtara ,of huge investment of 21,000/- on motorola xoom tablet wifi+3g they dragged me one month with all bull storiesAs i Requested for my money back.they are again telling stories.please kindly resolve my issue.

I HAD GAVE AN ORDER WITH TIMTARA.COM FOR SAMSUNG MOBILE ON 25TH SEPTEMBER 2012, BUT DUE TO SOME REASONS I HAVE TO CANCEL THE ORDER, AND I HAD CANCELLED THE ORDER SUCCESSFULLY, BUT THE MERCHANT (TIMTARA.COM) STILL NOT REFUNDED THE AMOUNT I PAID TO THEM, PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, AS THE AMOUNT IS VERY VERY BIG FOR ME, ITS MY HARD WORK EARNING, WHICH IS STUCK IN TIMTARA, I HAD CANCELLED THE ORDER ON 3RD OCT. 2012 BUT TILL TODAY TIMTARA HAD NOT PAID THE REFUND BACK TO ME, JUST GIVING THE EXCUSES, PLEASE ITS A REQUEST PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME AND HELP ME TO GET MY REFUND.

Timtara Gosf.in — GOSF IS FAKE - NO VERIFICATION OF PARTNERS

I had bought Samsung Galaxy S2 in 12-12-12 from timtara.com after looking for a deal at Google Online Shopping Festival. I had never made any shopping from Timtara before that, but since google had organized this festival I thought of giving it a try assuming Google should have done the verification. The website said that the order will reach in within 3 weeks. No when I called them on their helplines on 30-12-12, they said it is currently out-of-stock due to huge amount of orders they got during the festival, and it will take them a week to deliver it. For almost a month they kept on telling me the same story. Then on 28-Jan-2013 I wrote them a mail to cancel the order and refund back my money. I called them back again and they said it will be cancelled in 3-4 working days. I called again & again & got the same response. On 27-Feb-2013. I called them again & got the same status. Once I even told them that I will take this case to Consumer Court Forum, still they did not refund back my money. Can you please suggest what can be done regarding. recently I got to know that Samsung has discontinued Galaxy S2 manufacturing. Now after waiting for 2.5 months I have finally bought Samsung Galaxy S3.

I want my money back. Somebody please tell me how can that be done. Order Details are as follows:

I have ordered and paid for an iPAD Mini on the 4th of March 2013.

The amount is Rs. 18690 and the order number is Order #10404184.

They never answer the phone calls and also do not reply to emails.

They told me delivery is delayed because of a problem with the vendor since he has to ship from USA.
