Dear sir, the order 10372862 was placed and an amount of 21,990/- was duly deducted from my credit card account. Unfortunately, i need to change the product and hence cancel the order on 22 dec 12. vide cancellation no.63290.I waited for 3 working days for the cancellation to be updated so that i can go for other product from timtara. Since then i have been waiting for the update. neither the product is cancelled and the amount is credited nor the product is delivered (if the cancellation doesnt take place). hence i determined to go legally (through consumer court), and charge timtara 2.5% of the amount from the date the amount must have been credited back into my credit card account. Numerous calls have been made through customer care executives to raise the level or to transfer my conversation to the head of the departments to escalate the issue, but, timtara seems some other motive in mind. Hence,i also decided to solve this issue consumer forum and thus lodging a complaint against timtara. Please help me in solving this matter.

This is really urgent i really need your help... I placed order for a product (Micromax mobile a110) on timtara and paid for the order online.. 9198 rs...
According to their policy they deliver the products in 21 days on the 21st day i called them up and cancelled the order.. since then i am following up but there is no update... i really need my money back..
i placed the order on 1st feb 2013,, it is 8th Feb 2013 today and amke calls almost everyday nobody reponds back to the calls, even if they do the customer care agents are really pathetic... i am really in a fix.. please help me in getting my amount back...

On[protected] I placed an order with timtara.com for a Panasonic VIERA 32 Inches Full HD LCD TH-L32U30D Television for Rs. 24,699/- duly making payment through their gateway using my ICICI Debit Card. My order was accepted and the status started showing "Awaiting Shipment." When this went on for too long and I began to suspect whether I'd get the product I wanted, after much haggling with their Customer Care team, I managed to cancel the order on[protected]. Ever since the order status says "Payment Refund Pending" and remains so till date. Every time I call up the Customer Care they ask me to wait till the end of the week for a favourable outcome, which never came. Once they gave me a Telephone number[protected] purported to be that of their Billing an Refunds Department, calls to which remain unanswered till date. I have come to the conclusion that they have no intention of returning my money and their sole intention and purpose of existence on the cyberspace is to cheat and rob gullible people (like me of course!) of their money. These people should be brought to book, made to pay for what they've done to the innocent public. Their website should immediately be closed to prevent them from defrauding more people.

This is the worst site for online shopping I ever shopped with. No order shipping, no response from customer care, no Order status mails or followups, even after cancelling the order, no refund of money.

I ordred JBL earphones on 17th Jan 2013(order no[protected], and they asked to ship the item within 3weeks, but many times I called and asked the status, they said next week it will be delivered, but finally on 18th Feb i have asked them to canceled my order(req no: 69324) as they do not have any intentions for sending my item, they cancelled it and said that ill get my money within 5 working days, but till today 5th March 2013 no money is credited by them in my account.
and even they are not picking up the phone.
Really hats off to you, how you ppl make fool of customers.

Timtara.com — ORDERED CANCELLED BUT NO REFUND

I have placed an order (#[protected] at timtara.com for a Mobile Handset Sony Ericssion Live with Walkman on 29.12.11 with promised shipment date of 8-10 working days.

Even after 15days they have not shipped the item.I tried to call them many times to know the status of my shipment but no response from the customer care no. Finally on 14.01.12 i have e-mail them to cancel my order and refund my money. Now, its again morethan 15days and they have not refund my money.
I am calling them every now and then but no response...if someone pick up the phone they said its under processing ...they have promised that i will get the refund by 25th but no refund till date..

Please solve the issue..

I placed an order on Timtara website on 1st of Jan 2013, It's been 3 months and still i didn't receive the product.

They mentioned that the product will be dispatched in 3 weeks but its more than 3 months.

Really horrible website...! The customer care don't respond to the emails and receive the calls even.

The online shopping portal- http://www.timtara.com/ is palying fraud with people. I have found out many cases similar to mine. I ordered Win 7 software online on 6/2/2013 and paid Rs.6200.00 yet till 4/3/2013, nither the product has been sent nor the money has been refunded. The customer service people are not allowing you to talk to anyone senior and won't give any concrete answer. It seems all, the owners and the staff are collectively playing fraud with outstation customers. My adivce, do not buy from them. I am in the process of repoting this web site to cyber crime cell, Bhopal. I have all digital proofs about the site and my communications with them.

Timtara Gosf.in — GOSF IS FAKE - NO VERIFICATION OF PARTNERS

I had bought Samsung Galaxy S2 in 12-12-12 from timtara.com after looking for a deal at Google Online Shopping Festival. I had never made any shopping from Timtara before that, but since google had organized this festival I thought of giving it a try assuming Google should have done the verification. The website said that the order will reach in within 3 weeks. No when I called them on their helplines on 30-12-12, they said it is currently out-of-stock due to huge amount of orders they got during the festival, and it will take them a week to deliver it. For almost a month they kept on telling me the same story. Then on 28-Jan-2013 I wrote them a mail to cancel the order and refund back my money. I called them back again and they said it will be cancelled in 3-4 working days. I called again & again & got the same response. On 27-Feb-2013. I called them again & got the same status. Once I even told them that I will take this case to Consumer Court Forum, still they did not refund back my money. Can you please suggest what can be done regarding. recently I got to know that Samsung has discontinued Galaxy S2 manufacturing. Now after waiting for 2.5 months I have finally bought Samsung Galaxy S3.
