This company is totally irresponsible, does not follow up with emails . I placed an order in May 2018 and I never rec'd it. I had been emailing them regarding this and I get automated response only . Now that email address doesn't work either . PLEASE DO NOT WASTE your Money and time by ordering items from them. They don't have good customer service and you will be very disappointed trying to resolve a problem related to the order .

I ordered a plazzo on 9 march.. Advance payment i have made.. It's still undelivered
Send it asap. I have given order no. Also.. I have shopped from tjori earlier also... But now they are not responding that's so unprofessional

I had ordered some products on 50percent off from tjori.com few days back and paid online but no response from them as when will the stuff be delivered.i mailed askinh for support but no reply and also tried calling but no reply..
I want to know how to cancel the order as I'm unable to do so.whom to ask for refund?

I am shocked to see the post as I have been buying products on this website and my experience is always good with them. Once I didn't like the dress they picked it up and asked me to buy anything in the same range. The email address is [protected]@tjori.com for exchange if you want to do that.
