I ordered 8 t shirts in bunch of two. On first order, i received a track pant and a full sleeve. On second order, 3 cheap quality polyester full sleeve. I've called, mailed, posted on their every social page, but no response from them. None of their phone numbers are working. I've been trying to return the products on app, it's showing error.

    I have sent you several emails regarding wrong tees deliver all 4 of them are wrong and is trash that you deliver me, totally useless. Im just in thought why are you forcing me to complain regester against your company on https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/faq-details.php?fid=E-Commerce and if my problem havent got solved in upcoming days then my surely gonna make it count. Tk1242948 to keep it simple replace this trash with my original ordered products

        I’ve ordered 4 t-shirts worth 1088rs and they have sent a used pajama and a check shirt and when i mail them they’re saying that they are sorry but i have to keep this and they refund 54rs only

        It’s used and useless for me, and why would i keep it i didn’t get a single design that i have selected

          Very worst experience on tkameez.com

          Whenever i ordered from tkameez, all the time i got wrong products.
          Some time i got only 1 or 2 products out of 4 products, and such products are also different from original product.

          They didn't respond to my mail. I sent almost 15-20 times. Not a single time they responded.

          It's worst experience.

                    Sir i am pranab kumar from odisha. I ordered 4 t shirt at the price of 944. Transactions through online mode and at the date 6/08/2020. The money was deducted from amazon pay upi but till now no confirmation updated about my order so please reply or refund my deducted money to my account or place my order others wise i complaints against your company.

                      I ordered a product from Di kameez and got instead of that broke I ordered something else which is I don’t like and And after a long efforts of contacting Tkameez website and they have not taken any steps to contact me I will try to contact them from every platform that I know but they don’t reply so please help me.
                      The website is also not providing Any valid contact number.

                        I have placed an order for 4 tees on July 22nd and received parcel on July 29th which had different 4 tees. The tees delivered were completely wrong and different, I emailed the team immediately with Pictures of the tees delivered and also the order I placed.
                        Received an email from Tkameez saying they are currently not dealing with returns and credited 40rs to my Tkameez wallet. Since then I have been writing emails to them and no one has responded.
                        I also mentioned that I'll ship them the wrong order with my money and requested them to refund my amount. None replied. I sent them 5 emails till now.

                        I need Refund. Please Help.

                          I ordered 4 t shirts. They delivered one full sleeves t shirt that looks used and is so dirty and one gym vest. Those both must be of Rs 100 in total. I paid Rs710 for 4 t-shirts and I got nothing out of those 4.

                          They refused to return them and instead asked me to keep this order instead of what I ordered and now no ne is replying to my emails.

                          They have given a phone number and that is also not working.

                            I have ordered 4 t-shirts from tkameez, they have delivered a shirt and a track pant. I mailed them, but there is no response to mail. Or if they reply then there is the standard response that they give like an automated mail. That says due to lockdown they cannot pick up. As there is no lockdown at least on working days.
                            There is no contact information, apart from the email id given.
                            It all seems like a scam to me. Please look into this issue
