I have paid 1020 rupees as fee of application form of banaras hindu university for under graduate course via phone pay app. The transaction is successful but payment gateway of ebs ingenico group is not showing successful transaction, the form is still showing fees pending and is creating problem as my application is not accepted until payment done.  | |
Complaint marked as Resolved Mar 4, 2020 Thank you, the fee is refunded within 5 day.
One need to just mention the situation along with the screenshot of the message regarding the confirmation of money deducted from bank.After this the amount will be refunded in less than 1 week | |

I paid my college fee through Google Pay to tpsl.[protected]@icici eve though the transaction is successful, the payment is still not received to the recepient. Pls this is not something small amount for us. college management is pressuring us to pay the fee
