[Resolved] TPSL — payment done for ug form of banaras hindu university

I have paid 1020 rupees as fee of application form of banaras hindu university for under graduate course via phone pay app. The transaction is successful but payment gateway of ebs ingenico group is not showing successful transaction, the form is still showing fees pending and is creating problem as my application is not accepted until payment done.

Thank you, the fee is refunded within 5 day. One need to just mention the situation along with the screenshot of the message regarding the confirmation of money deducted from bank.After this the amount will be refunded in less than 1 week

I paid my college fee through Google Pay to tpsl.[protected]@icici eve though the transaction is successful, the payment is still not received to the recepient. Pls this is not something small amount for us. college management is pressuring us to pay the fee

I made a transaction to tpsl.[protected]@icici on 7 March 2021 . I had to pay for CHS entrance exam fee. The money had gone from my state bank but my fee had still not submitted. Please help. It was 612 rupees

I made a transection for my rmc registration on 22 may 2021...first my money 1014 is debited from my account but my fees is not deposited...but second time my money is debited and fee is deposited...so i made a payment twice...so kindly request to u that refund my 1014 rupees
