Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

Courier is showing reached Destination since past 10 days but not delivered. No update. No call pick up. Nothing.

One item received at payyannur track on but courier team says that item is not delivery in your location. Address is Indus motor co, palathara bridge, karivallur, payyannur. Please check this matter and plz BDO the needful.

A courier was sent from Jaipur with Tracking No [protected].

It shows delivery on 02/07/2021. But it is not delivered. There is no record of the courier boy entering the society. There is no response on the Pune contact nos also.
The package needs to be delivered immediately and appropriate action taken against the responsible persons

I have sent some food item to my sister in rosra samastipur.The parcel received at samastipur hub on 25. 06.21 but the delivery person misbehave whit me & my sister he said abusive language to my sister & whe I tried to call the hub manager he also misbehave with me and said very rough language . After that the said we don't deliver the package.

I have applied pan card 3 weeks ago pan card was dispatched by nsdl on 24th june it's been 10 days i haven't received yet from past 1 week my courier hasn't change the location, when i asked the nsdl office about the delivery they had told 2 week but its now 3 weeks.

This is Ravikant sharma from faridabad, I have applied my credit card, and I got message today that your card on it's way and the delivery boy call me that I'm at your office, I said today is my of[censored] plz delivery it to me on tomorrow but he cut the phone. And I call him again and he said to me that this is not your card and refuses to give me . His name is Amar, he is from Nehar par branch greater faridabad. His mobile no[protected].

मेरा पार्सल मेरे पास अभी तक नहीं पहुंचा है नहीं पता यह कोरियर मेरे शहर में किस तरफ है ना ही इसका नंबर लग रहा है यह फर्जी है फर्जी काम कर रही है आपकी यह कंपनी और कोरियर वाले ने डिलीवर कर के विद सायन अपडेट कर रखा है यह गलत है कोरियर वाले के ऊपर कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए और आपके जो कस्टमर केयर के आपने नंबर अपडेट कर रखे हैं उनसे कॉल नहीं लग रहा है यह गलत है इसको सही करो

Delevery boy is not bringing courier at my home. Consignment No. AWB[protected]. Customer care is not telling the right solution. People are not working properly in this company. This is wrost Company Trackon.

The shipment (bearing AWB[protected] which was dispatched on the 21st of June from Mumbai airport hub has been stuck at their Bhubaneswar hub since June 25, and thus hasn't been delivered till now. Both customer care numbers of Bhubaneswar office are always switched off and even their national customer care number doesn't seem to be working. Please ensure timely delivery of the courier

I called in my trackon nearest office he says i dont where is you parcel... and when i tracking the consignment on website.. show that the same is your nearest hub.

My courier was despatched on 17 Jun 2021 vide Trackon ID [protected] but till date the item has not been received by the recipient. I had called your office to many times but no one received the call. Please do the needful to despatch the item to the recipient at the earliest.

कोई भी कांटैक्ट नंबर सर्विस मे नहीं है। कहा कंप्लेन करे। 28/06/2021 को हैद्रवाद के लिए कुरियर किया जिसका ट्रैक नंबर है-[protected]. लेकिन आज तक नही पहुॅचा। ऐसी चुतियापा कंपनी आज तक नही देखा जिसका कोई कांटैक्ट नंबर सर्विस मे ना हो। डूब मरो सब चुल्लू भर पानी मे, ऐसे कंपनी चलाने वालो। शर्म करो, ऐसी कंपनी तुम सब चलाते ही क्यों हो जब फोन तक रिचार्ज करवाने के पैसे नहीं है।

I am applied PAN card Online for my mother. its arrived on destination location i.e. Sikar ( Rajasthan ) on 11th June, 2021. Courier call me on 28 June.. He say very very Roughly i.e. " COME ON MY SHOP AND PICK YOUR PAN CARD, IF YOU DON'T COME THEN WE WILL RETURN, GOVERNMENT NOT PAY COURIER SERVICE CHARGE" THAT REASON THEY CAN'T DELIVERED ON CUSTOMER ADDRESS.

Really its very very Rough talk by courier person. Due to critical reason i can't go to courier guy shop... finally COURER PERSON MARK " ADDRESS NOT FOUND" AND THEY RETURN MY MOTHER PAN CARD TO MUMBAI.

I AM GOING TO ATTACHED THE SNAPSHOT FOR THE REFERENCE.

Not received the courier even its about to be one month as on 1st July 2021.
Courier picked up from location on 4th June 2021.

PAN Card was dispatched on 2nd June but status is still showing "IN TRANSIT TO ULSOOR(BANGLORE)"

I have not received my PAN Card and when I checked their website it’s delivered. They have delivered to wrong address.

How can they be so irresponsible to handover a sensitive information to someone else.

I have raised a complaint on 24th June on Consumer complaint forum and I have not received any response from Trackon couriers or neither they are reachable on contact number mentioned on their website.

Will I get any response from someone?
