            Hi this is jatinder singh. I recieved a parcel which i booked from Amritsar to Mumbai - goregaon west
            The vendor called me to know the directions of the adress.i talked to him very nicely but after few seconds of conversation he started talking to me very rudely.even before disconnecting phone he used abusing words too

            It was the tracking no:-[protected]
            Hope strict action ll be taken against him asap
            I am a regular customer of “trackon”
            I dont want to defame it.bcaz if company do not take action i ll take legan action against him.

                  I was supposed to receive a courier at Nagpur,
                  The trackon courier services charged us for Door to door delivery, but are asking us to pick from their office.

                  And the office lady has not even given the address, she is not answering the call or is hanging up while we are talking.

                  Irresponsible and rude behaviour or Nagpur services

                    My pan card has been shipped by nsdl but from 10th June its showing bhopal as the location and my city is just an hour away from bhopal and its more than 20 days i haven't got my card

                      My parcel has been dispatched from Pune on 22 june. Usually it takes one single day to reach at my address by every other courier service. But it's been 4-5 days now still showing the parcel at same hub. Showing in transit only. Very slow service according to me. Please resolve as early as possible.

                          I have applied for card And department has sent card on 14th May consignment number[protected].still we are waiting for the shipment to be delivered. Not sure why its taking more than a month to deliver. Pl confirm when it be delivered. share the escalation details to reach and customer care also not picking the phone.

                                      But after 6 days bag is returning to Jaipur to Delhi HO .. Even Sirohi also having Tracking service.

                                        Hi team Trackon

                                        I know you guys are doing great working day and night to deliver the best of services possible. But the people who are working for the delivery are just crappy and useless.

                                        Last few days I am tracking my Pan Card, I checked today also it's been showing door locked, I'm working from home and having a day shift. Since morning to night. No one rang the bell. As I am waiting for the pancard as for my bank's documentation.

                                        I'm requesting you to please look in this matter, the delivery people aren't checking or ringing bells. And creating wrong comments .
