My government document was reached to its destination on time and showing “out fir delivery” since more than a week. Upon contacting the destination office contact number they are asking to come to office to collect the courier and saying they have shortage of the delivery guys. So asking to come to office during covid situation and then why is courier company charges if they’re not going to deliver at home?

Updated by Sneha H Now the status shows “delivered with signature” and I have not received pancard. Important document like pancard can be delivered to anyone?? What service we people are getting from pancard ? How much serious issue is this please help.

PAN card didn't receive even after going to trackon couriers office, they said some delivery guy went for delivery but till date, I didn't receive PAN card. I called many times to all customer care numbers none of them are working and even called to owner of that courier still not reaching. Now more than 30 days gone, still didn't receive and on their site it is showing it has delivered. Please find the attached snapshot that site.

As we know due to Covid NSDL sends PAN Cards thru Trackon Courier instead of India Post. Our ANAND - GUJARAT location Trackon guys are not delivering the PAN Cards to nearby locations and ask to customers that come to his courier office and collect it. After so many times have raised this issue with local person and still the situation is same as it is. Today one of the delivery man Devendra called customer from Bhalej Location and told him that come at Solapura which is far away almost 3 kms from customers home to collect PAN Cards. This is the very worst and hopeless service provided by your company. Pls resolve it on high priority otherwise we'll go to the consumer court as well as local news papers. we've now sufficient proofs to prove our side.

I was provided no updates regarding my order (AWB [protected]), and only received 1 call, which when called back was not answered, and then when I tracked my order on the website the next day, it mentioned that my order was sent back. Extremely disappointed with the service, this is my first time with this courier service.

I haven't received my pan card from Trackon Couriers, on their website it's showing the consignment is out for delivery, it's been a week since then and looks like that delivery is still out for delivery, how disgusting service .
I even tried to call them multiple times to the number of delivery person showing on tracking status but they seems to be deaf or dead.
I don't know what else to say I've never experienced such a bad services before.
I'll hope if they read this complain they'd be better concern about their service quality.

As dharuhera courior team not deliver on mention address and ask me to pick the shipment on his office.

My courier (PAN Card) has not been delivered even though it is showing delivered on 29th May 2021 in trackon site. Raised so many complaints and tried to call customer care but no response. Their representative called me last week to inform me that courier still with them and they will deliver it shortly. i am still waiting for it

It's really pathetic service. please take a strong action against them. How can an important courier like PAN CARD has not been delivered safely?
