I was provided no updates regarding my order (AWB [protected]), and only received 1 call, which when called back was not answered, and then when I tracked my order on the website the next day, it mentioned that my order was sent back. Extremely disappointed with the service, this is my first time with this courier service.

Docket no...
[protected]. Is still undelivered. It has reached destination on 6th July. But not delivered.
Called customer care several time but no body picking the Phone.
Plz deliver the consignment as early as possible.

But my pancard will not delivered still date

I haven't received my Consignment till now which is booked on 28/06/2021.

I am also not able to contact any person and customer care is also not working.

Please look into the matter asap and do the needful.

I had applied for pancard, and it was about to come by your tracon courier, but till now did not come to me, then after inquiry I came to know that the parcel returned office from your place, because they have my home address He didn't get it because of this he went back, it was told, request you to send me my parcel back as soon as possible..shipping number is[protected] please because of that parcel my personal work stopped a lot are you

I haven't received my pan card from Trackon Couriers, on their website it's showing the consignment is out for delivery, it's been a week since then and looks like that delivery is still out for delivery, how disgusting service .
I even tried to call them multiple times to the number of delivery person showing on tracking status but they seems to be deaf or dead.
I don't know what else to say I've never experienced such a bad services before.
I'll hope if they read this complain they'd be better concern about their service quality.

I have applied for my pan card. It's dispatch date is on[protected]. I did not receive my pan card till now[protected]. The AWB no[protected]. Please deliver the pan card as soon as possible.

Inspite of dispatch of my pan card sent by NSDL on 03/07/2021 and receipt at the noida office on 05/07/2021, my pan card has not been delivered.The AWB no. is[protected] dated 03/07/2021.

Hi Trackon Team:

my shipment no[protected] dispatch from tamilnadu on dated 01-July-2021 and reached dharuhera on 07-July-2021.

As dharuhera courior team not deliver on mention address and ask me to pick the shipment on his office.

My address Hero Dharuhera is possitive area and all others courior service available here with trackon.

Kindly ask him to deliver on proper address.

I have sent a courier to dhakholi Zirakpur on 5.7.21. but till today it is not delivered .Two suits are there .my receipt no is [protected] .I am not satisfied with your service.

My courier (PAN Card) has not been delivered even though it is showing delivered on 29th May 2021 in trackon site. Raised so many complaints and tried to call customer care but no response. Their representative called me last week to inform me that courier still with them and they will deliver it shortly. i am still waiting for it

It's really pathetic service. please take a strong action against them. How can an important courier like PAN CARD has not been delivered safely?

above is tracking id if mycourier which is lying at Lucknow office since 29/06/2021 which has not been delivered to me yet. the shipment was booked on 25/06/2021 from mumbai (pan card) and it had arrived at lucknow hub on 29/06/2021.
kindly get it delivered at the earliest.

Pan card is lying at their office for around 10 days and they are not moving from current location although i submitted complaint on their website but their response is poor and pathetic

My pan card dispatched on 25th June and reached the destination but they haven't delivered yet.

1 Reference is made to AWB Number [protected] booked on 05 Jul 21 from Ludhiana on Trackon couriers pvt ltd.

2. Further, with due respect I would like to bring some genuine points which are really a nature of huge failure of courier services as my above mentioned consignment has already been reached at the destination (pathankot) on 06 Jul 21 around 0656 AM but it has not been deliver to my address even after completion of 41 hours after reaching at the destination point.

3. To be very honest these are the main reason I always hesitate to choose Trackon courier services and I always keep this as on least priority as Trackon is still lagging far behind the DTDC and Bluedart and I am sure it is next to impossible for Trackon to cope up with these service providers.

4. On addition, I request to circulate a notice / memorandum to your employee to work honestly to build trust level of customers at paramount. Kindly try to deliver my consignment by tomorrow otherwise I will not accept the consignment and circulate this failure on social media channel and also with the local authorities. Further, kindly provide the show cause notice for such unnecessary and unwanted delay.

My books has came from ICAI it dispatched from Delhi, 28 june 2021 and arrived at Raipur on 01 july 2021 And today its 07 July and i havent received my books
and your service man raipur is saying that is takes more 5 days to be deliver i mean how much time u need to deliver This ridiculous
