Letter was sent through trackon with AWB[protected]. it is showing it has reached Bangalore on 8th July, it's 22nd today till I have not got the letter

I am kishan babariya from Dhioraji . I have applied pan card may 2021 but I didn't get my pan card .so I want know that where my pan card reach.

I check my pan card where reach but website shows that my pan card was delivered with signature but my pan card do not also return I didn't get my pan so I want to know where my pan card reach

It's almost been a month now, the pan card was dispatched 1 month ago
The pan card statues shows that it is delivered with signature, but I haven't received it, where is my pan card?
Please look upto it, it's an official entity.You moust take it seriously

One packet was sent through Trackon from Aligarh to my address " Sec-7, Sidharth Vihar, Ghaziabad -201009.
Today Mr. Ajay Chauhan called me and advised that there is no courier service to your area, therefore it can't be delivered to given address.
If there is no service to this area why your company accepted the packet for delivery.

Given address is just 1.5 km away to your Vinay Nagar Ghaziabad Office.

Even I requested to Mr Chauhan to deliver the packet at DPS College, which is less than one km away to your office but Mr Chauhan refused to do so. His behaviour and approach was very much disappointing. Although later on when I contacted to your office, Madam, who picked the phone easily accepted my proposal and advised tomorrow it will be delivered to DPS.

Question is unprofessional and disappointing behaviour of Mr Chauhan and why packet cant1be delivered to a distance less than 2 km from your office.

As per the above mentioned subject I applied PAN Card and I received pan number in online and expected delivery on 30.05.2021. Foolishness of trackon couriers they may delivered to wrong address and no one response from courier side the track ID is:[protected]. Pls resolve it …

Doket number [protected] documents not received by customer in Pune. Tracking system not showing evidence of delivery. Showing stamp of receiving by company and name of received person Mr. Gaikwad but it is not visible on your delivery sheet in your tracker. Government court documents very urgent.

Please let me know why I got the message as Product delivered when product has still not been delivered. Also let me know the current status of the consignment.

My Pan Card has reached the delivery location on 14-July-2021 and today is 21-July-2021 and it has not been delivered yet! After calling fo10 times, I was able to get through and reach customer care. She said they do not have delivery guy to deliver. I mean what is a courier company if they can't deliver the Parcel.

Yesterday I Tracked the order and in that it shows that your material is out for delivery and when I call in your office, they are like ki saam tak mil jaayega and I waited till 6pm and after 6pm I tried to call in your office they didn't response me and was busy on call.

Such a worst courier I ever seen. it's been one month it's in the same city as mine and it's not even moved one bit. And their customer care number provided in their official website isn't working. Such a worst courier

It's been 3 days the courier has arrived my location which is not even 2km from my address but the courier is not yet delivered.

Pathetic courier service

I am waiting for one courier sent by nsdl regarding my pan card to bangalore. Courier reached to bangalore 10 days before but still not delivered. I the called many people all are useless finally i got delivery person name raghu who is responsible for delivery but he never pick the call. This courier service is totally unprofessionals .i would request nsdl to immideatly throughout their service.

I have applied for a pancard on 16th april 2021. When I checked the status of pancard it shows my consignment is reached at the tackon courier near to my place (trackon kayamkulam). When I checked with the agent they informed me that it is not reached at the office due to lockdown. i waited for a long time when I checked again it shows the agent had returned the consignment to the sender. How can it possible with out contacting the address . Trackon courier is the worst service provider compared to other couriers.My humble request to trackon courier is to train your agents properly. Kindly find the attached details.

Your PAN card has been dispatched on 03-Jul-2021 by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected] but yet had not delivered I have called Trackon courier indirinagar Bangalore branch he is not responding and I have lodge online complaint in Trackon website there is no response.

I've ordered on 15 July for Jaipur from Punjab . Later on I realized I've given wrong address by mistake and since 17 July I constantly make efforts to deliver my parcel on new address but delivery guy is too professional that do the entire interaction on mail to my company then I'll be deliver. Now I've consulted booking agent he did it today let's see what happened and when my parcel deliver. Actually it was an edible item .. if it spoils then what we can expect from such fast courier service.

I asked to courier man for many times bt he says that he could not able to deliver this due to man poer shortage. Finally he told that he had returned my pan card to head office. I need it immediatly and its very urgent for me. So kindly make it to deliver to me As soon as possible.
