Hello Team,
My Pan card is send through your courier and Tracking ID:[protected]. On 25th June, it's status is in out for delivery and till now I didn't received my parcel. When I try to contact chennai office, they said that the parcel is in courier boys hands and they gave me his number. I keeps on following him, he said he will deliver if he got time to come to my area. I never expected this kind of response. Pls hand over my parcel and it is very crucial document

    My Parcel is not delivered and in the track options, it shows parcel is delivered, After contact with Rohtak office, Haryana, they said parcel is lost by our delivery boy, you have to complain to the consignor office for the lost product, then may be, you will get your refund,
    My Parcel has Some medicines Amount to Rs.700, they charged Rs.160 for the courier service
    Please let me know ASAP what to do to get my refund

          Air shipment from noida to kolkata done on 25th and 26 th noon reached to kolkata. Delivery address being with 1.5 km from there distribution center yet not delivered and wrong update is done when started to follow on 29th afternoon and without the material out for delivery in tracking system sms is received due to door locked. Attachment is self explanatory

            I got a call that your courier is Hanuman Courier & Fancy Store.

            And my office is just 1.8 kms from Hanuman courier in which they have said that it is no service area. This happens every time, madam, the courier has come from your place somewhere. Trucks for me but every time I have to go to get it.

            on 24th there was a courier from your place which is today 30th and it is showing me online that it has been delivered and still not delivered to me. May I know the answer to this?

              A courier was booked with details from Mumbai for Solan with consignment number 15478293. The local person at Solan said that they do not have delivery in this area.
              Are they educated fools to accept such couriers where their services are NOT THERE; charge for the courier and still not deliver.
              Worse company.
              Can someone give me their owner or chairman mobile number or email id ;
              so that one can write to him and explain this silly business practice in this computerdised era.

              This number can't be tracked as it says it is PRIME TRACK. I think it is a fraud company. Sandeep Gupta should get his business model right as in India; the bad reputation spreads very fast. If PRIME TRACK is their premium service; why NO COMPLAINT on their website. Can someone guide me to a lawyer as I will like to file a court case in consumer court

                What I don’t understand is inspite of so many complaints why NSDL dispatches important documents like PAN via this pathetic service provider like Trackon courier?
                No one picks the call, alternate number is out of order, no one provides an update on Twitter, no other way to communicate. Highly disappointing service. My consignment number is[protected]. It shows delivered to self. I did not receive anything neither anyone in my family recieve anything. What am I supposed to do now?

                    IMy parcel was despatched from Rishikesh on 21st June.Tracking number shows it reached here on 25th June.Till today it has not come.Tofay tracking number shows it is out for delivery but I have not got it till now.I have tried customer care number several times today but of no use.Ibcalled up in your offices today from the numbers that I got from your website but no one is entertaining my call.I am a female senior citizen.I am helpless.Please treat it as urgent and resolve the issue

                      Firstly why has the company provided customer care numbers if none of them are valid? My order has arrived in my city and the delivery boy is asking me to pick my own order or wait. I have waited for more than 10 days and now he is saying why I made delivery from this company???? This is insane.

                          The parcel that was sent by Hawkins is there at Chamarajpet hub, Bangalore since 19 july. Not even a single Phone number from Bangalore or Delhi is reachable, one of the WORST courier company - if there is an award it should be given to these people. Totally IRRESPONSIBLE

                            I shipped a product to my client to odisha on 10 june 2021. But she did not receive that till date and now we are not able to track that they are showing the same thing since 21june2021. We are trying to contact with them and call to customer care number too many times but either they are not picking up the call or their no. Is busy or not reachable. What can i do my client is asking fir refund how will pay this loss to me and with this relation between me and my client will be spoil. How are responsible for that. The are very irresponsible and not trustable.
