My shipment was to be delivered at May 29, 2021 but I have not yet received anything. I have no clue about where my shipment is.

I am very shoking, to your delivery agent way of taking, he is not a good person, his taking way is very poor, so please take an action about him, his address dwarka mor sec 14 delivery agent, his mobile no is [protected]...

I had shipped my parcel on 5th April 2021. 2 months have passed and I still don't know the whereabout my shipment. Neither the head office responds nor the local office. I have already made multiple visit at the local office as well, but no support.
This is the last option where I am posting my concern. Will file a legal complaint post this.

[protected] awb no - this parcel has been reached to bhubneshwar on 2nd June but still not delivered to customer. I have tried so may no of trackon courier but some of them are not working and some of them are not answering....

The consignment of the above tracking number reached destination port on 5th of June but it is still not delivered to the receiver....

I did not received my material upto present date having consignment no:- [protected].
Same is couriered on 27/05/2021. Now 12 days has spent I did not get my courier that contains medicine.
Please tell how much days will it take more to reach the courier to me....

This is to inform you that my courier with AWB No.[protected] is out for delivery since 07/May/2021 as per your website but I have not received it yet.

This company is a fraud company. It has fooled me 2 times earlier aswell, but this time it’s a urgent document that I need immediatey.

It is regeatful to inform that one your centre sutuated at chapra at muniapal chowk which is extremly poor remark and also break the renound prestige of trackon currier it is neeedful to inform one medicine sent to siwan on 5/6/2021 at 2 pm sharp consigment number [protected] which was not be reached at siwan yet its is shame for ur organization thanks...

NSDL sent my PAN card via Trackon couriers. The tracking details on trackon website was showing this parcel reached the destination on May 21, 2021. Today, they called me and said I should go and collect it from their centre, that is 10 km from my home. We are restricted to travel because of lockdown. And they said they won't deliver even if it is not lockdown.

I'm not sure why they are calling themselves a courier company....

I have applied for PAN Card earlier this month. I've got confirmation message from NSDL stating that PAN Card has been allocated for me and it will be dispatched. Later I received a message that PAN card is sent by Trackon and got the Consignment number:[protected] to check the status.

When I check the tracking status on trackon website it shows out for delivery on 25th May. I haven't received till now and no one is picking...

Hi sir this company was making scam don't believe this courier...

My courier was booked from Jaipur to kanlog shimla, the delivering agent called and told me that he cannot come to the given address as he is on foot and I was asked to come to the bus stop which is approximately 400 meters from my house.why does one book a courier probably because they need the parcel at their foot step.kindly provide conveyance to your agents so that your customers do not have to suffer....

There is no providing services is good. Not track a product. Location show wrong in tracking....

Ordered confirmation on 14th May..but didn't received yet.. tracking shows it at chennai for the past two weeks...kindly check n do the needful...

Is very astonious to complain that our consignment no.[protected] dtd 2-6-21 from Mumbai to Bangalore, ( as shared by our supplier, Patco pharmaceuticals p ltd, Andheri, Mumbai)is not able to track and we, the Consignee, don't know how and whom to contact its whereabout status as it is for medicinal preparations urgently needed by us..

It's better you shut your courier company down when all over India the customer helpline that is there in the Internet it's not working at all
Pathetic courier just listen to my words and shut down your company everywhere in India it's of no use...

I got message on 22 th April and it was showing that your pan will be delivered in due time . More than 1 month has passed this Wrost service I ever seen .No one doing call me for my pan card and even also my address was correct ....
