Hello...I have booked parcel from Delhi to ranchi tracking no.[protected] but it is on hold...and my other parcel also hold...ranchi service is very very poor they do not deliver product at home...they make excuse...y u take so much money i[censored] r not able to deliver...very bad service Trackon..
Pls I request u deliver my parcel today ...I need this urgently.

          Tried contacting Trackon couriers after its been almost 2 weeks since my pan card has not arrived. Cant register a complaint on their site and the number given on the site is not working.

                  Item has come at station (PUDUCHERRY) since 07 Jun 21. However, item is not being delivered. Calling all the customer care number PUDUCHERRY, Chennai as week Delhi also. But no call is being picked up.
                  The complainant number is also given but not able to track (C1687301). There is no lockdown and restrictions of movement. All other courier services are running well except Trackon.

                        Hi, am a reseller and I have sent a courier to my client on 26th of May 2021. I have been tracking the shipment daily and I see no improvement on the update on tracking system from 1st of June 2021. Pls take necessary action on the same.

                              My name is Sanjay Goplani.
                              I sent a parcel on dated 05.06.21 via Prime Track from Jaipur to Pilani. It was delivered yesterday. It was told to me that the parcel will be delivered on Monday. Nonody was picking my call neither jaipur office nor Pilani office.

                              Satveer Saini ([protected]) from Pilani office did not respond to atleast 20 calls and my regular msgs

                              Strict action should be taken against him..
                              Jaipur office will no. [protected] did no pick 100 calls from my side..

                              I want strict action to be taken against them as soon as possible otherwise i will fire an FIR against you and file a case against you

                                  I send all my courier through Trackon courier service. But they never deliver on time when it arrives at the destination. Neither they call on the mobile number provided to whom the courier is sent .
                                  The take more than 10 days to deliver the courier locally.

                                    We tried calling local courier office in Surat, Ms. Jolly have been assuring us from last two days that the courier would be delivered immediately. But so far the courier has not arrived at my house(VESU, SURAT) although it has arrived in surat on 5th June, 2021.[protected]

                                    If this is the status of TRACKON COURIRES, how me, my friends and family members will entertain your good company.

                                    The courier contains VVIMP books of JEEIIT ENTRANCE EXAMS.

                                      Calling the Kannur tracon courier for daily . They mentioned "If you need the courier just come and collect it"

                                      Is this the way they do a services.
