My parcel had been shipped from Rajasthan. it came to Hyderabad quickly but no progress after that. Order id:[protected]
I tried to contact both Hyderabad and warangal branch but no one answers. And it's very difficult to find numbers of customer care no one responded properly.order is booked on[protected]. And it's already June 9th still i didn't recieve order.

    I have not received physical copy of pan card shipped by nsdl through trackon couriers vide airway bill no[protected]. It has already been dispatched on[protected], but till date it has not been delivered. And i have also not able to contact the courier agency.

      Dear sir,
      I have send one courier ([protected]) from Pinjore 134102 to Kichcha, Rudrapur, Uttrakhand 263148 on 23.05.2021, this courier was delivered to 28.05.2021(as per tracking record) to wrong person. After a lot of communication still this courier was not delivered to right person. Please look into the matter as this is very important and urgent.

        The courier has already been received in Ahmednagar on 2nd June 2021 but even after waiting for 7 days not received the courier. And even after having a call with Courier person on 4th June the irresponsible staff is not providing correct date to delivery.

              I had shipped my parcel on 5th April 2021. 2 months have passed and I still don't know the whereabout my shipment. Neither the head office responds nor the local office. I have already made multiple visit at the local office as well, but no support.
              This is the last option where I am posting my concern. Will file a legal complaint post this.

                [protected] awb no - this parcel has been reached to bhubneshwar on 2nd June but still not delivered to customer. I have tried so may no of trackon courier but some of them are not working and some of them are not answering.

                  As per portal the consignment has ARRIVED AT DESTINATION on 5th of June. After that there is no update at all.
                  Can some one update please. Why this register portal is created when no one is responding. No one responds for toll free number as well..

                  I request everyone not to use Trackon, worst service compared to other courier companies.

                      To whosoever it may concern

                      This is to inform you that my courier with AWB No.[protected] is out for delivery since 07/May/2021 as per your website but I have not received it yet.

                      This company is a fraud company. It has fooled me 2 times earlier aswell, but this time it’s a urgent document that I need immediatey.

                      I have a call recording of call received on 16th May from Khirki Branch New Delhi.

                      Kindly deliver my courier as early as possible. None of the phone numbers are working as I have been trying to call the customer care since a month now.

                      I have also sent an email 2 times before but this fraud company is not replying.

                      Immediately give my document or else I am going to take it to next level.

                        It is regeatful to inform that one your centre sutuated at chapra at muniapal chowk which is extremly poor remark and also break the renound prestige of trackon currier it is neeedful to inform one medicine sent to siwan on 5/6/2021 at 2 pm sharp consigment number [protected] which was not be reached at siwan yet its is shame for ur organization thanks

                          NSDL sent my PAN card via Trackon couriers. The tracking details on trackon website was showing this parcel reached the destination on May 21, 2021. Today, they called me and said I should go and collect it from their centre, that is 10 km from my home. We are restricted to travel because of lockdown. And they said they won't deliver even if it is not lockdown.

                          I'm not sure why they are calling themselves a courier company. And I don't know why NSDL is sending PAN cards via these untrustworthy carriers when the India Post is there.

                            I have applied for PAN Card earlier this month. I've got confirmation message from NSDL stating that PAN Card has been allocated for me and it will be dispatched. Later I received a message that PAN card is sent by Trackon and got the Consignment number:[protected] to check the status.

                            When I check the tracking status on trackon website it shows out for delivery on 25th May. I haven't received till now and no one is picking up the call.

                                    My courier was booked from Jaipur to kanlog shimla, the delivering agent called and told me that he cannot come to the given address as he is on foot and I was asked to come to the bus stop which is approximately 400 meters from my house.why does one book a courier probably because they need the parcel at their foot step.kindly provide conveyance to your agents so that your customers do not have to suffer.
