We have booked the consignment from Delhi to Hyderabad and the docket no mentioned in subject we were unable to trace the consignment and as we require the material urgently you are requested to deliver the material on top priority basis.

Sent a courier on 16-mar-2020. Courier person said it will be delivered at max by 2 days so opted it. It's almost 3 days now, i called them to tell that courier not delivered and to ask when they are delivering it. Executive was rude and said there is no service available and they will send weekly once only to the area (It hub and sez zone). This is ridiculous and very prompt way of cheating customers.
Please take strict action on this trackon couriers.

This parcel was sent on 07 feb 2020 from gurgaon.
But till date it is not delivered to Ahmedabad.
On enquiry with the Ahmedabad office i got to know that it was returned with reason that address is incomplete but company didn't contacted me for getting the full address and returned without contacting, behavior of the person answering was very rude.
Second thing it is 17 march 2020 till date courier is not returned to the consignee as well.
They are charging for the service but not giving proper reponse / service
Kindly compensate for the inconvenience caused to the consignee and consignor

I booked a consignment on 11th march, today is 17th.It has reached the delivery location but they are denying to door delivery saying that they have no service in our area pincode. Then why did they accept the courier while booking?

I will have to report it to complaint status of government if not taken account of delivery of my acknowledgement no n-[protected] of my pan card auvpb3060c. As it is question of tax. I need it urgently. As i have no other kyc to produce for my aadhar card preparation. And last date of 31st march is approacing. If i face any harm from bullies of tax department then may i know who will bear my responsbliti on their shoulder. So please do it as early as possible. I have heard from mumbai call centre of track on that consignment is in transit between mumbai and thane. Atleasr late me know where it has reached now.

I recieved acknowledgement of my pan card work accomplished and delivery of same on 13th march at my residence at, 403, kanchanpushpa, ghodbunder road, thane. I confirmed with pan department for same 3 times. It means issue is with courier. My acknowledgement no is n-[protected]. And consignment i'd is[protected]. I am tracking status from last 4 days. I am not receiving proper support from your customer relationship manager. I need urgently to link it with aadhar which i have to prepare on pan base only as my kyc documents are stolen in transit along with my wallet. Please arrange for delivery of my pan card no auvpb3060c as earliest as possible. I am ready to support you legally for same. Please do it as earliest as possible and favour my consideration or else i will have to face income tax bullies.

I am shubham chaturvedi, my trackon courier awb no. [protected] has been dispatched from mumbai on 10 th march to ujjain but delivery person has done himself fake signature of me on 12th march and not delivered my consignment yet.
I don't know why they are doing such things, they are making fool to customers who are believing to them for transferring important data's.
Please take such strict action on it as soon as possible.

I can not receive my courier from trackon couriers of pan card the message i was received at 6/03/2020 in which mention the expected delivery date of your pan card is 15/3/2020 today i was check my delivery details bye my trackon awb no.[protected] in which i was see my courier was returned and i was shocked please help me i want to get back my pan card courier. I did not receive any single call from trackon courier

I have ordered for ca books and on the awb tracking it shows it is ready to deliver from nearby tambaram hub on 2nd march. But it has been 10 days and they have not still delivered. If i call them, they ask us to collect from that place and they will not deliver. If i asky why they would not deliver the reply is "that's how it is". They outright say that they will not deliver and we should only pick it up. Upon inquiry i discovered they do this to all customers. Please take severe action as their one job is delivery and they are not doing it.

After asking the courier shop person told me that 99.9% it should reach by saturday 7th march or if not maximum by monday 9th march. But the packet was delivered late on wednesday 11th march in the afternoon.
And it was delivered in a very bad condition. The box was broken and the two inside plastic boxes were nibbled by rats and eatables inside were also eaten by rats. We have to throw away everything.
We are very disturbed. Please do something about it asap.

He is refusing to deliver the courier and misbehaving. Saying that u hv to come in our office to collect the courier else we will return to the department.. Also using the word that "make the complaint anywhere, we dont care".
Now see where is customer service if there is such type of staff who harass the customer with their bad behaviour.

My client nexus from mumbai booked a courier for indore to design attitude with ref no [protected] dt 3 march 2020. But this courier is send back to mumbai on same date of delivery with saying as of non reachable area
Even i hv visited on same date for collection but not received
So kindly help me resend the courier back to indore.
If same will happen i will discontinue the trackon courier service for any inconvinience

2 days ago delivery man call to me ans said your courier are comes so please told your home to pay 20 Rs for delivery I am refused there request for paying money then he will return my courier. Why please help me.

My AWR is [protected].I book a courier on 29/2/20. Still company not deliver my courier.In date courier very urgent paper inside..I made a call to Bangalore courier company staff behavior was very bad.she told me that today my courier will be deliver.Rite now its 10:00 PM and still not deliver my courier..what I do now ???

This is to inform you that mr. Kuldeep has not deleivered my courier at ludhiana with awb no.[protected]. I have not prior called by courier service. Only single attempt was made by mr. Kuldeep ludhiana. Afterthat he told me that you have to pick the courier at our office. He was very rude behaviour towards customer. Kindly look into the matter and get the courier deleivered by today itself.

I have not received my pan card delivery yet.!!!

It has to be delivered on 20th february, but till date i have not received it.!?!!!

Also the costumer care person was also rude while talking to me,
She was saying to reach office to collect the same, but i have paid for delivery, so why should i go their to collect my pan.!!!.

My pan card has been shipped through trackon couriers and was expected to be delivered by 21th feb 2020. While tracking, it shows that the courier has arrived at patna khajpura branch on 14th feb only but it has not been delivered till now. I tried to contact them but their phone numbers are also not reachable. It's disgusting. I need my pan card as soon as possible.

I have purchased jbl control 1 speakers from cinesound delhi and i have paid all the money through net banking to cinesound and cinesound has shipped the speakers through trackon courier and the trackon consignment no is:[protected] and parcel shipped from new delhi on 28th jan 2020. But until now (02nd march 2020) i didn't received the speaker in hosur location. Trackon is not responding well when i call them. They keep asking time and keep said they want to search manually. I called seller (Cinesound delhi), they said he already shipped and he have the trackon tracking receipt and it is purely trackon issue and cinesound don't take any responsibility. Now i'm the loser. I paid money but i didn't received the good's. I need my speaker else my full money. Every day i spend atleast 30 minutes to call hosur trackon office, bangalore trackon office and new delhi trackon head office. But no one providing the clear answer. Finally i heard from hosur trackon office, the parcel (Jbl speaker) was lost and trackon also declare as lost. If trackon lost my goods, trackon should pay the cost of my speaker else buy new speaker (Same brand). Worst service from trackon. I need my money back.
