I have booked two courier orders by air from Pune. Details as per given below.
1. Tracking No [protected] From Pune to Chamba booked on 11 Jun 2020. After one month till date courier is still pending in Pathankot.
2. Tracking no[protected] from Pune to Singrouli on 30 Jun 2020. After 17 days the courier not delivered.

If the courier not delivered on time, I have to face the financial loss of order and courier charges extra.
I fill courier service is a wastage of time as well wastage of money.
You are requested to pls take early action.

Hie, i would like to complaint for the parcel what has beenreceived in such a damaged shape. I i want to claim refund for the entire thing. The courier was sent from delhi to jaisalmer via trackon courier. My courier charge was 1120/- and the goods contain in the parcel was 10032/-. Its very embarrassed to see the condition of the goods as i have to bear the loss. Please refund my 11152/-. It is very sad to see when u spent so much and do such a hard work and we have to face such an embarrassment. Your courier person should have taken care of the box and its condition as it has been received in bend condition. I am attaching the courier receipt and the videos and photos sent from the client. I would never ever use this trackon service for courier further. I want full investigation for the same.

Till date parcel not delivered.
This is essential product. Very pathetic service by trackon.

Day 1: i received tempered package with missing items. They checked and said when package was sent from origin it's weight was 2.7kg and when we received it in delhi it's weight was 2.4kg. We'll investigate.
Day 2: they said "we forgot, give me some time i'll check"
Day 3: didn't picked calls, after trying 5 times they picked up and said "we forgot to check"
Day 4: they said nothing was missing and package was not tempered.
And blocked my number.

My courier was booked on 24 june 2020 by mr mohd nadeem in sikar.
The courier was supposed to reach from sikar to secunderabad. On 1st july 2020 courier reached uppal hyderabad hub in hyderabad. Transaction no - bn35163400. ​since 1st july 2020, there are no updates of my courier. I

None of your branches pick up the phone. So i had to personally visit uppal track on warehouse in hyderabad, and then i am told that parcel is not there. Might be in paradise office where again i called and they said they dont have parcel.
Today is 10th july 2020 still there is no update of my courier. So called uppal track on warehouse manager rama rao deshpande. Who very nicely informed me that my parcel must have been stolen. It had four sarees worth rs 11350 (Bill enlosed).

Track on as a company is full of theifs, irresponsible people, ignorant people, extremely rude and cunning people who are trying to fool people, who put their trust on you.

Track on i am going to find every single consumer platform inclusing complaning in consumer forum and defame you for what you have done to me. I will go to consumer forum and give police complaint.

Track on head office in delhi you definitely need to address this problem and inspect uppal hyderabad hub. Its full of theives they are working together in this.

Give me my parcel or repay the amount.

If this is the way track on works best of luck to last in business you are not going to last long.

On 3/07/2020, a consignment (Awb no. [protected]) was booked in varanasi center for the delivery in sonbhadra u. P.in that consignment the life supporting medicines were packed which are very essential to reach the destination in time, after 6 days we had not received the consignment, while on tracking the same from last three days it was mentioned that the item is out for delivery.
Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible and deliver the same in the given address.

My trackon parcel[protected] is not delivered yet. It was dispatched on july 2nd from delhi and had to be delivered in prayagraj up. Please let me know the status of the package

Worst service i have seen, they all are very irresponsible and uneducated people and also they are using abusive language with customer.
Mr mahesh from trackon mob no. [protected] is using abusive language with me, i will go to consumer court for this and also sue in court for mentally harassing .

I had received message from NSDL on 06-5-20that my pard card will dispatch shortly from 4th June status start getting update in their website my tracking I’d is[protected] on 03.07.20 their statue showed that finally my consignment reached to KOLKATA from the day I am continued calling nobody pickup the calls from any their number provided in website today on 08.07.20 they showing status that my pan card out for delivery I was expecting call from them but no body called nor delivered my PAN Card too and they are updating the status in their website that address not found need contact number requesting please lodge my complaint I totally not understanding what they are trying to do is they are not interested to deliver my PAN Card please look in to I need my PAN Card please

My consignment number is - [protected]. It was booked on 24th june 2020. It reached uppal hub in hyderbad on 1st. Since 1st i have been waiting to get my courier. Nobody lifts the phone in the hub. So i had to go there and pick it by myself. Turns out they are not able to find the my packet. Extremely irresponsible courier services, extremely ignorant people you have employed. Even though it is your duty to send the parcel to the house. I had to go there which is 11 kms far from my home. Then i come to know that parcel is missing.

I ordered books from icai new delhi the trackon courier has done the shipment and from 27th june it is showing in transit when i tried to call no one is answering the calls

My Parcel is lying at Trackon couriers Kalyan (Maharashtra) Branch for the past 3 weeks. I had lodged a complaint online with Trackon Couriers to no avail as no one contacted me or resolved my issue, I somehow got hold of the telephone number and in charge of this branch and was told him they won't deliver the parcel at my place, this is the first time I have come across of a courier company not delivering at my place, furthermore this guy does not provide his name and is not even allowing me to come at the branch to pick up my parcel nor is he returning the parcel so that I can claim a refund, he just giving excuses. lately, he is not picking up my calls FYI this trackon courier employee number is -[protected]

It's been 3 weeks my parcel is lying at the kalyan, maharashtra branch, the person in-charge says he won't deliver the parcel to my place neither does he agree me coming over to take the parcel, lately he is not picking up my phone too. I had even lodged a complaint with trackon but no one contacted me and their customer service just does not exist.

The product is at only one place ie noida hub for 29th june 2020. The tracking event is only showing "delivery manifest prepared for noida (Sec-66) ii" from 29th june.

Please deliver my product as soon as possible.

I have shipped multiple parcels from Surat, Gujrat to Imphal on 11/03/2020, 12/03/2020, 20/03/2020, and 16/06/2020. No update on their website after Kolkata/Guwahati centers. No number provided on their website is working, every number is switched off. No response to the complaints placed on their website. I have tried calling all Trackon centers, every number is switched off and the Delhi number they won`t answer. The receiving party is getting Impatient as they are waiting for 4 months. Even though we have this lockdown situation, every other courier resumed their services slowly and parcels are moving only this trackon courier service is still stuck with no proper update or with no one to answer creating trouble. please sort this asap.

Trackon courier jammu return my parcel back to mumbai without informing me... As I had ordered it in march and it was very urgent for me.. I am very upset now... So i need immediate action against them... They are totally fraud ... I talk to someone Sanjiv and pawan on phone.. But they told me do what u want to do... We have return parcel from where it came
