I have purchased jbl control 1 speakers from cinesound delhi and i have paid all the money through net banking. Cinesound has shipped the speakers through trackon courier and the trackon consignment no:[protected] on 28th jan 2020. But until now 02nd march 2020 i didn't received the speaker. Trackon is not responding well. I called seller (Cinesound delhi), they said he already shipped and he have the trackon tracking receipt and it purely trackon issue. No i'm the loser. I paid money but i didn't received the good's. I need my speaker else my money.

    Courier members are not delivering covers to home. Instead informing people to collect it from their hub. That too after 3pm only they will start deliver the couriers. Daily huge crowd to receive the couriers. Pan cards are couriered by govt via this trackon couriers which is problematic while delivery. Staff is talking very rude for any questions asked regarding delivery.

      I was suppose to receive my pan card through this courier services on 22nd feb, 2020 and which was dispatched on 13th feb, 2020 even after too many follow ups from there customer care still on 25th feb, 2020 i didn't got my card delivered.
      One of the pathetic, useless, careless they are and obviously there management as don't know how to run business in today's competitive market.

      Never ever go for trackon courier.

        Order one product for hdfc bank gunupur branch odisha, trackon bbsr called me regarding the product on 1st feb, she said "no delivery facility at gunupur then i said its okey deliver it to rayagada branch i will receive it"
        Till now i didn't get any phone call or any physical delivery of the item. I called bhubaneswar trackon office then they saying sending but didn't, it's very very urgent.
        I called customer care they also said sending but not moving the stutas of item.
        Kindly look into the matter.

          I had booked a packet from sarai jullena to noida on 11.02.2020 vide docket no. [protected] through trackon courier pvt. Ltd but till date packet has not been delivered.

          I had complaint serveral times to your company but nobody is resolved my complaint, and every-time he is re-opened my complaint.

          I think that this is your regular practice service adopt by your esteemed company,
          I request you to please investigate this case and resolve my complaint.

          Dear Sir,

          still packet is not deliver to the concerned person, trackon company is not taking the complaint seriously.
          every time when i call to the customer care department, they re-opened my complaint, also they are not sending the POD & Signed copy of Run Sheet.

          Sir, It is a clear case of Cheating to extract money from customers and not delivered the documents.

            On the night of 8th february you were called to kolkata to our guest room accommodation at 67 ballygunge gardens and was entrusted to send few of my belongings to tinsukia assam. When it reached back to it's destination, i found to my utter surprise that all my belongings was stuffed inside a plastic sack and the contents inside was thoroughly disorganised and quite a few numbers of items amounting to nearly rupees five thousands were missing from the apparently sealed sack. It appeared that the theft was perpetrated at the site of packing before the package was dispatched (3 lake colony. Sarat bose road. Keyatala near golpark. Kolkata 29) from your end. This is the first time i had suffered this shock of distrust. The rest depends upon your assessment and doing the needful. Feel heavy to convey regards.

              As per telephonic discussion with your delivery boy at 12:02 am for receiving of courier, at that time my office boy was in 4th floor so i told him please wait he is coming down and hand over the document to my office boy but he started arguing and souting at me but in mean while 12:08am office boy came but your delivery boy didnt handover document to my office boy.

              So please take appropriate action on him for contnue courier service with us..

              Looks like TrackOn has a very bad service. Will not going to use and refer it now...my consignment -[protected] didn't reached me even they didn't call me to pick it up from their office ... In result it returned back to Hyderabad office... Kindly resend it to my address soon

                This is regard to to service provide by trackon bangalore braches whitefield and the head office delhi.

                It's been 80 days and i haven't received my books yet. Their was a mistake in the contact number but inspite o[censored]pdating the number in the head office as well as whitefield brach they dont even bother to respond. I have called n number - of times mailed more then 30 times in regard to the issue and i have still recieved any response.

                I have never seen such a worst service in any courier service in so many years of stay in bangalore. I regreat to use such worst service and hope no one ever use this worst service ever again.

                Is it really needed 3 long months just to delivery the books??? Inspite of mentioning the important of the order item their is no response this shows the worst customer service and concern you guys ever have to you customers.

                The most worst thing is last week i got the call from trackon asking if i receiver my order and once i said no not yet they cut the call, is this the way u guys respond, dnt you have minimum common sense to mention more about it atleast for very little consern of we requesting for the delivery or atleast for that little respect for the other person talking. Later after that call i called back batch 5 times for all the number available continuous 2 days and none of them bother to pick up the call. Is this the way one conduct the busniess. Worsttttt.

                I wish i could really cancel the order and get a delivery through some else but we dont have that option but if this late delivery effects any of the examination or studies i think i have to go to much higher levels to get things done.

                    Last week the delivery man from the above company contacted me over phone that a PAN card is received for delivery addreesed to me and also asked to pay Rs.30 as delivery charges. I informed him that I will pay Rs.30 as asked by and wanted a receipt for the amount. He informed me that he will not issue receipt. Also informed that he will not deliver the PAN card if the demanded amount is not paid to him. I informed him that I will lodge complaint for which he said ne never mind for lodging complaint to whom I make complaint. He did not bring the article. Then I contacted the Mangager, Trackoncouries, Sathuvachari, Vellore 632009. He requested me to wait for one more day for delivery of the PAN card. Till today, the PAN card was not delivered to me. I have tried to contact the Manager several times, he did not attend my phone call. Finally, today I went to his office and asked the other person available in the office about the PAN card. He phoned to other delivery persons and found the the PAN card is available with Mr. Aslam and has given his phone number to contact him. I tried several times over phone to contact him. But he did not respond. The service is worst. If my Pan card is not delivered immediately, I have no other go except to approach consumer forum for my redressal.

                      My mother sent me a courier from jaipur to coimbatore on 29th january, the company took courier and bring it to coimbatore and send it back to jaipur saying its in no service area, it was a very important parcel and this transition took 20 days but i haven't got my parcel i tried tracking it online and on calls regularly, but got no proper response from the company, today i got call from local vendor it reached back jaipur.
                      My delivery address clearly mentioned on parcel while giving if my area was in no service zone why the company took parcel on first hand, it cwas very urgent parcel for me and costed me a huge loss, i want compensation for all the problems and loss i went trough.

                          I am waiting for my courier with consignment no: [protected]. From last few days i am tracking it online, suddenly it return to main office with updating address not found without contacting a single time. I received on same address many times. If you are not able to find the address then you must have called me. I also tried to contact on the toll free number around 30-40 times, not a single time any one picked. Worst courier service i have used. I have very important documents in it and i have to show them on this friday for my document verification.

                            My parcel is not delivered since last one week.If it is lost or damaged I need compensation. It contains valuables.I have called the customer care several times but they are not giving me any satisfactory reply. If I do not receive my courier within few day the I will be forced to take the matter to CONSUMERS COURT.

                              The most ridiculous way of showing commitment is with trackon that the article doesn't get delivered but on tracking it's usually past 1 day of delivery and that too delivered with signature when in real time it's yet in transit. Then you have to call each and every station to confirm that it has crossed that station where it would probably be lying. And then after whole day of your actually tracking and calling and nig nag the item gets delivered. And they have done their duty to deliver after so much of your wastage of time.

                                My trackon awb no[protected] expected del on 06.02.2020 but yet not recieved my pan card. While tracking it shows that address not found on 12.02.2020 at 19.17, then why didnt they called me on [protected]? Pand card is very important document and delayin in delivery for nor reason it could cause a great loss to the customer.

                                    Items missing from my package.
                                    4 items in total are missing, one blue levis shirt, one zara orange sweatshirt, one denim diesel jacket, one titan silver watch are missing. When i have received the package the zips of the packege were tampered and were broken even though there was a lock. Someone tampered with the package and has removed the items from the package.

                                      This is regarding Surface Consignment No.[protected] which was delivered on 5th February 2020.

                                      Sender : Mulund, Mumbai 400080, Maharashtra
                                      Destination : Thakurpukur 700063, Kolkatta

                                      The Package was packed and handed over in Trackon Mulund west office itself with the help of an employee and was weighed 16.18 kg on 25th January 2020.
                                      We had tracked all the items being sent along with Declaration form. A copy of which was provided in Mulund Office as well.

                                      The delivery was done by delivery boy named Abhijit (Phone : [protected]) on 5th February 2020 around 12:30 pm.
                                      He just asked to check if there is no bomb inside and made a unnecessary hurry in getting the paper signed as delivered correctly and said all others issues to be reported directly to Trackon Office.
                                      as their job is to just deliver package from office to destination.

                                      The issue is that the Package was tactfully altered in the transit between and many of the valuable items are being stolen from the parcel.

                                      Over all Missing Items :

                                      Food:
                                      Fig bars - 8 missing out of 12 sent
                                      Lind packet - Packet opened and more than Half chocolates missing

                                      Cosmetics :
                                      4 Assured lotions - Entire Box Cartoon missing
                                      1 FH shower gel - 1 missing out of 4 sent
                                      5 Hand gels - All 5 missing

                                      Clothes :
                                      1 Blue Denim - missing
                                      3 Net Shrugs - missing
                                      1 Black spaghetti - missing
                                      1 Red Suit dress - missing
                                      2 Black gloves - missing

                                      We are also attaching all the photos :
                                      1. Individual boxes and Items Sent along with List, Declaration Form.
                                      2. Final Package that was packed at Trackon Mulund office
                                      3. Package received at destination (internally altered)

                                        I have ordered an item for which the "printsway custom gift" courier from trackon service. The parcel received to the destination miyapur track on dept. But the person s not delivering the product. Trackon is not genuine a sit does not have any active telephone number nor customer service
