We requested for change request of pan dated 6july 2019.. The status of pancard says that it has been delivered on 6 aug 2019 but the card had not been recieved by us even 4 momths later that is now.
When we went to the agent he asked me to go the income tax office. But upon consulting income tax office it said that it has been delivered to the agent. But no one has recieved the pan card yet. I want to know to whom it has been deliverd and what is its status right now..
Pls kindly consider this matter and ask the concerned officers to get it delivered at my residence at earliest. Hoping a positive response.

My courier has reached chennai arrays hub by 21st nov 2019, i was trying to reach your team for delivery status but no one is picking up the call

Eventually the delay is much worst for logistics field will lead to lose hope and credibility

I don't what sort of tracking setup you are maintaining eventually employees doesn't care about review and growth of the concern

Eventually if further delay is caused on my delivery am going to log in a complaint against track on for poor customer support and service and lead you to face the consequences

This is in reference of your courier service i have send a courier through your dwarka mor branch kumar services, wide receipt no[protected] dated 16.11.19. Further your kumar services person called me on 17.11.19 that way bill is not correct so i made correct way bill and send to there executive on 18.11.19. Further after that we followed up regularly with them they said it is in transit but finally on 21.11.19 they said it is lying at ho janakpuri as way bill is not ok.. I had called to cutomer care and they confirmed me that it is going to indore. But today i have again followed up with kumar services regarding further updation now the person (M no [protected]) threaten me that you are no body and we are not responsible for anything i am regularly calling cutomer care no but no response. ([protected]) i think we have been cheated by you office kumar services and it seems they have been sold material to some one else. We are getting penelties from our customer. Your kumar sevices person threatening us not to complaint otherwise he can do any thing. Request you kindly look into the mater or we need to go to legal as materiel was very urgent.

My pan card is not yet delivered. I got a message saying it will be delivered by 11 the nov but i still dint get it. Please look into it otherwise you have to pay for it. I am trying to call your company people and no one is answering my call. I have tried all the numbers on your website and i have got no response. Please look into this problem very quickly

This company is a complete fraudulent company. They have no contact numbers working or no store to visit. The tracking is also fake. They are taking orders and keeping it with themselves for months n weeks at the consignment location but not delivering it. This should be sued asap. I sent a parcel to kolkata and they assured me delivery witching 2-3 days. This fake and disgusting company has been harassing customers and i want strict actions to be taken against them asap. I request to please look into this matter because our valuables are getting misplaced by them and they are doing fraud

[protected] was booked from lucknow to banglore on 12 nov by air for an exhibition from 20-24 nov

We called the office in lucknow yesterday and were told not to worry it will be delivered today (19 nov)

Today we get to know by mistake they have sent by road and don’t know when it will reach???

My exhibition starts tomorrow morning and ends in 4 days and the exhibition ground will be empty

I need it by 20th nov latest
Or else will take the company to court for negligence and loss and harassment

I have book consignment on 16 Nov 2019 from Prime Trackon Courier as per prime norms delivered 18 Nov 2019 after noon but till 3.00 pm this parcel not delivered so please solve this issue also bad services provide the customer from our company

My document was received by trackon courier on 18th of october 2019 and they have not delivered the documet yet.
If i call to the customer care, they said if it is so much urgent come and collect it by yourself.
It is 16th november 2019, still for how much time i should wait??

Im very very disappointed from trackon courier service i send some very important documents to banglore still pending showing out of delivery its also urban address. Pod no [protected] kindly deliver my courier. & confirm the same

Also marked mail to trackon customer care still no revert. Kindly do the needful

A gift was packed with two boxes, only one boxes has delivered and other one is missing in package. The sealed package was torren. I received it yesterday @12/11/2019. I need my product. I tried reaching delivery guy he is not picking my calls also.

I need to the resolving immediately, the missing should be tracked, we are being loyal customers by using your services from many years.

My pancard was sent by nsdl through trackon couriers on 2nd nov, 2019 and i am yet to receive it. Received an sms that the delivery date is 11th nov, 2019 (Is this really a courier service? 10 days for a cover to be delivered from mumbai to chennai?) the tracking status was "out for delivery" on 5th nov. Expected the delivery on 5th or 6th nov. But, it didn't happen. Thought, the delivery would be done only on 11th, as per the sms. But, on 9th, the status was changed as r. T. O due to door lock. 9th, i was out for a couple of hours and was checking the cctv to see if i get it delivered, while am out. Neither did i receive a call nor i could find any footage in my cctv that they tried to deliver.
Called customer care and asked why wasn't i called on my mobile. And the answer was, your mobile was out of coverage area, which was as well impossible. When asked what could be done they said, if it is in chennai, we will try to deliver else, you need to co-ordinate with mumbai nsdl. How would i know where the courier is? When asked, there was no proper response. Haven't received the card yet.
Not sure why nsdl ties up with such guys, who are cheating, without even trying to deliver? Our indian postal service is far better than these guys.
Not sure, if i could get my pancard on hand.

Worst customer service ever.
I couriered my packet on 20-oct-19 and after 2 weeks i came to know that my packet is lost in transit. When asked for refund they are just giving me 35% of the total value of my product, packet is lost from there end not from my end so why should i bear the rest of the cost.. Marked lot of mails but no response.
It is the responsibility of the courier company to deliver the courier.
Please return my packet or refund the complete amount. I can share the bill also.

My brother sent some important documents from indore to sonpur and when after 7 days we checked the status it was marked as delivered but i and my family members did not received the curier..Complaint for that but did not got any response yet.. 12/11/19 i called up to customer care but no one is picking up the call..and got a msg recently that i have to collect the courier by my self but when i called to Nearest trackon office they said they did not receive my currier...what is this???

Hi All,

This is the first and weird experience with a Delivery service company named "Track on".

Please find the following complaints:-

1) Worst web portal to track the consignment
2) Tracking system shows the parcel has reached the "Track on" office on 6th Nov 2019 and the parcel is not delivery in 2-3 km radius until 11th Nov 2019.
3) Calling the Trackon offices as mentioned in the portal - Call 1 office and the same gives other number and things are like a mulberry bush.
4) Calling the Trackon local office please expect a rude reply from person named Mr Surbhi at the Ghatkopar West branch on +91-[protected].

No clear indication of the parcel.

Overall the worst experience ever and would never recommend anyone to use this courier company.

My shipment has been canceled and further due i have not been called and the package is urgent give my package soon and hive the delivery boy contact number so that the consumer can contact with them. This inconvinience is not caused by me. Reply on this asap as the franchise has returned my parcel without any notice. I need my package to be sevice at passabhai petrol pump track on courier centre it is the closest to my house pincode is 384002

I tanmoy sarkar, my pod no[protected] and dispatch the document by trackon couriers on 30-10-19 and arrived my location on 01-11-19 but till date not received my document so request you please solve my problem as soon as possible...
I'm very disappointed with the service. They did not even try to inform me about the delayed service.

My currier awb62004237 reached at deli on 23 oct as pr company's site. I didn't received it til 25 oct and lodge complain with custmr care with ticket no t1023833 on 25 oct. Later i again spk 2 custmrcare on 02 nov for my complaint. He ensured that due to holidays inbetween the consignment got late and will b deliver within 2 days. Now i got msg that my consignment got rto.

Courier no. [protected] was not received but status updated as delivered. Need pod details. It was sent from chennai to banglore. No any response from track on service. Even it was not delivered they updated as delivered in status. We need our parcel immediately. Give person on delivered and pod details immediately. The contact number posted in website are useless. Very poor service

Worst courier service. Pathetic managers. They have no sense to talk to the customers. Very irresponsible. Never going to chose thos pathetic courier site again. Yesterday the manager was continuously busy in phone and when it was ringing was not picking up. I have already destroyed my terms with my client and today i have called up but was replied in an arrogant way
