We have couriered one parcel which contains cloth fro Hamirpur (HP) to Chamba (HP) through Trackon Courier Docket number. [protected] dtd. 26.09.2019 and on 28.09.2019 the same had reached their Chandigarh Hub (as shown online) but thereafter I said consignment is not traceable to Trackon and we are following with the concerned person based at their Chandigarh Hub (Mr. Dogra Mob. # [protected]) but yet we have not received any information of our parcel inspite of continuous followup with him as well as to Customer care service number. Most of the time the said mobile number of Mr. Dogra is being switched off which is not expected from the senior most person. Even we have submitted our complain online about the misplace of parcel but no outcome on the same.

That the courier has to be deliver excepted on 24/09/2019 and trackon couriers hub ludhiana received on 18/09/2019 but till today they never supplied our courier and after making inquiry about our package they misguided us by making false excuses and they are supplying some fake mobile numbers for further inquiries those numbers are always remains engaged act of trackon couriers are deficiency in services they should fine for unnecessary harassment of consumer.

I have sent one courier having - [protected] from bhopal to ahmedabad on 25th sep but till today it has not received by me.
Today i register an complaint in customer care and then i got sms from your end that my address is incomplete so call customer care number. I have called almost more than 50 times but no one is responding — number is-[protected].

Requesting your support in this to deliver the same by today. I had an important document in that that need to deposit today itself.

Consignment no. [protected]. I sent a parcel from chandigarh to bangalore. It was promised to be delivered the next to next day. It has been 4 days but it hasn't been delivered. It says its in madiwala hub since 3 days. I tried calling the customer service but no body picks up or the phone numbers are fake. Worst experience ever with a company. Atleast let the customer know the exact time of delivery. Please resolve the issue. I really need the parcel urgently.

There was 1 courier dispatched from Jaipur on Dated 19th Sept'19 (Consignment No – [protected]) and its should reach by 21st Sept’19 as per urgency of Medicine of Sr. Citizine

Here are the Events-
They have mentioned Address not found on 21st Sept and Courier Guy even not called to confirm address if he is not able to find it

On next 2 days, dated 23rd Sept, its sent to Delhi Head office, I called on customer care no ([protected]) and again verified dispatching address and Contact no ([protected])

After 4 days(Dated 27th Sept), I got a call from Courier guy that please collect your courier but i was in office and no one was available to collect it, so I asked him to please come on next day (28th Sept) and same i requested to Gurgaon Trackon Courier team also.

Today on dated 28th Sept, I waited him and then called that courier guy but he told that it will be deliver on next Monday as its not given him to parcel
I called Delhi and Gurgaon office but no one is hearing my request and my courier which was medicine of Senior Citizen is not delivered today as well and same old remarks (Address not found/ require Contact No) is mentioned in Tracking iD and again sent back to Delhi HEad Office.

Its Really frustrating that no one is responding in correct way and there is no hierarchy to escalate to their Sr. person.

Please help me and take corrective action on them.

I don't. Know why they guys accept order when they are not willing to deliver it.in my case delivery boys didn't try to deliver not then they update on site that we try to deliver but due to door close we can't make it. If you had tried to deliver then why don't you make a call to receipt
After all these i am try to contact pune branch number their all numbers is either invalid or busy whole day. By chance you could connect then they comite to call back. But call back thing ever happened 😠😤
From yesterday 11 o'clock i am trying to connect them i still i don't have proper conversation with them

Sir i am from panipat. Your courrier service in this area is very poor, they didn't deliver any courrier to address, they make a call to customers to collect there courier thereselves, even sometimes they didn't call customer informing about there courier and sent courier back to dispatch address
You are requested to give your attention to this problem and resolve it by talking yo your staff working at panipat branch

I got a call yesterday from the anjar branch but not from tracking the person was saying that he is calling from pavan courier and they are unable to provide the courier at my delivery address. I insisted them that please transfer it to gandhidham branch as that is more convenient for me to collect.

When i am calling back today then both the branch persons are not responding properly and saying that don’t call on this number again.

I am unable to understand what kind of service is this. People are not knowing how to talk with customer and if you guys are not having any branch in anjar or no facility to deliver the product to customer then why you people are accepting it at the first place.

Please confirm that my courier is exactly with which courier agency right now.

Please resolve the issue at earliest as the consignment is for books and i need them on urgent basis as having exam in two weeks.

Early resolution is highly appreciated.

My trackon courier package containing awb no : ‪[protected]‬ is misplace... It arrived to guwahati hub 05/09/2019 but it is misplace from guwahati trackon service courier... It's urgent messages... Please do response and give me valid results... The courier packages contain my distance education anscript which i have to return to the university in a limited period of time... The dateline is already passed... I have got 1 weeks time period after request and formal application from the university... I have contacted guwahati trackon hub many times but they denied... Please its a humble request to the concern authority take a serious action against those and immediately send my parcel to my destination within 3 days...

I have send parcel to my friend but till now she did not get the courier. Courier date 12/09/2019

Dt 9-9-2019 par parcel surat se book huwa tha par aaj bhi aapki ekdam ghatiya service ne nahi customer ko deliver kiya aur nahi muje return mila.. Aak kayee din ho gaya hai, aapko baar baar complaint ki hai, lekin aapke trackon ki itni ghatiya service mene aur koyee courier me dekhi nahi. Ekdam cheater compny trackon hai, jo mera parcel facha diya hai... Mere parche ka hame value refund chahiye..

On behalf of my mother (Ananthavalli sundarampillai) i am writing this complaint to the trackon courier team. My mother has applied for a pan card which is not delivered still by the trackon team... It is almost a month still the local courier office people is telling we will check and update, but from nsdl that pan card has been already sent on 23rd august thru the trackon courier. Kindly find the below details which we received from nsdl and let me know why it's getting delay to deliver the courier. If this issue not sort out then we will go with the next level..

Jis ka pan card use nhi balki parpeth se ek admin ata hai wasim nam ka use ye pan card kuch comission par de de raha hai
Jis admi ka pan card hai use phele trackon service par dekhna pad raha hai uske bad use parpeth mei jakar wasim nam ka ju ladka hai uske pas dekh raha hai
