Dear team,
My courier is not delivered to me and returned without any information. If my town is not in the service area then don't accept my couriers. My company shared kiosk banking branding which is most important thing if track on can't delivered then deny for any courier of my address.

I have booked courier on 23th oct from palampur to shimla and the status shows out for delivery from 25th and status as on 30th shows the same
The tracking no is [protected] and it is so urgent packet that was supposed to be delivered on 25th so kindly take the matter on priority and deliver my courier by tomorrow max and also where is the office in shimla so i can personally collect it

First: the customer service is really bad. I have been trying to contact them for days and no one has reverted back regarding my courier.
Second: never to trust their service or any managers. They charged us extra assuring that they would deliver our parcel same day (Fast deliver service) where as its past a week and our parcel has not been delivered. We would like some action to be taken agains them since they hardly seam to be organised with their service. The senior customer executive ([protected]) he ask me to pay a penalty of 1.5 lakh because there were perfumes bottles despite of them being aware of the items in the parcel as bills were provided to them. This is a mare case of fraud since they dont want to accept there fault. We have made 100 calls and yet no one within the company has any idea whether its track on noida or track on indore.

Sir a courier was dispathed on my home adress on 24 oct at my temparory adress at hisar haryana. But the same is not received to me till date. Courier was so important for me so i choose the courier service for delivery of the item on the time. I facing much problem due to not availablity of courier. I have already check tracking the same and found that courier has been reached to hisar. But no any call or delivery received to me till date. That's not good i will take necessary action on the company and submit a rti.

I had sent a package from coimbatore to pune with consignment no.[protected], but the package did not reach the destination within the time limit promised. Further when the package arrived at pune it was kept at the warehouse for 2 days and was still not delivered. When the package was finally collected from the centre as it wasn't being delivered, it was noticed that the package was opened and items were missing. Three packets of dry fruits worth rs 1800/- were missing. Further, on checking the weight of the package at the centre we realised that there was a significant difference in the weight also which clearly proved our case of items missing. The complainant service of the company is not accessible and even though we tried complaining there was no outcome.

The parcel related to the consignment no : [protected] is currently showing as ' delivery manifest prepared for zenith ent" currently i see under bangalore ro. 560064. I am trying to call them but non of them pick the call.

From past 10 days the parcel is in same hub, no improvement.

Request you to look into it asap.

Dear sir/medam,
This is about porbandar couriers service, there are person miss behivore to ask my pan card.. There are no computer, not history maintenance and not deliver address, and no call by my couriers. Many pan card his collected and he talk such your pan card there...
This is not good of service in porbandar trackon couriers, change of your staaff...

I had sent courier urgent basis to mumbai goregaon and secunderabad both are not delivered even after 8 days. The customer care is pathetic no one picks the calls. U keep waiting for long in to connect the call and after so much of wait the call gets disconnected. No answer to issue despite registering online complaint on trackon website. The couerir status is not mentioned properly on tracking portal. Disgusting these ppl don't understand that it's festival time and deliveries on time are important.

I sent some urgent package using their prime service on oct 3, 2019. Until the time of writing this review package has not been delivered yet. No customer support, no one will entertain u.

Courier sent from jhansi (Up) to tirupati balaji. And the funny excuse which i saw on tracking comment is that delivery address is out of range area.

The worlds renowned place tirupati balaji is out of range for trackon.

Sender send me a parcel around 15 days ago from delhi receiver adress - Silchar, assam
Parcel took 7-8 days to reach guwahati from delhi.After coming to guwahati it is still stucked in guwahati since last 5-6 days
In the tracking details it is written preparing for silchar hub from a long time but still they are not dispatching it why why why??? Called guwahati hub last Monday they said it ll reach by this Wednesday or thrusday but still it is in guwahati only. Today I tried to call them they are cutting my phn calls ignoring it not picking any calls
Tried to contact customer care but there also a computer voice was speaking n then it's goes on ringing n ringing no hlp from any where
N u people says that u r ready to hlp your customers .writing this complain for the 3rd time last 2 time when I have written it an email came where it is written short complain doesn't get resolve easily often ignored by the company
What is this ha short and long a person have complain all complain regarding ur courier should be solved it is ur duty but no u people mostly see those msg those messages which are long .
Yes I know my order is coming by surface but what is this ha its get stucked in the same place for 5-6 days n no one is picking the call of that hub is that a joke

Tracking no.[protected] It's been 14-15 days sender send me the parcel it reached guwahati 4-5 days ago but still not dispatching for silchar hub why so late? Tried to contact guwahati hub but they are not receiving the call tried to contact trackon customer care but only the computer voice speaks n then it's goes on ringing no one pick the call never expected this from trackon courier

Due to important things & Emergency we have Choosen for prime facility for courier from Delhi to Mumbai. It was promise from TRACKON end that courier will get at Mumbai by 23.10.19 Afternoon. Basically this courier needs at Nashik. To get the early we have choosen the option of picking the courier by hand at Mumbai. Accordingly on 23.10.19 my person is sitting for whole day at your Andheri Office & further sitting their to get the courier at an earliest. However till the time we have not received the same.

It is understood from your Mumbai office that courier is at Delhi & Delhi office saying Courier is at Mumbai.

After paying & opting for PRIME Service also we are not getting our courier on time.

Extremely poor, unreliable and irresponsible courier service and irresponsible staff
Since I had to send an Inporyant and Urgent document from Panchkula to Delhi[protected] I booked Trackon Prime paying 4 times normal charges but even after 24 hrs neither there is any tracking nor reached destination in Delhi though normal courier from Panchkula to Delhi reaches in 24-36 hrs, highly irresponsible staff who inspite of my 3 visits simply say they have dispatched and can not ensure timely delivery even for Trackon Prime which is premium service of trackon courier with 4 times charges

Bearing docket no:[protected] consignment booked from up to bbsr.

As this consignment is so much important taht we booked it through air and expect should deliver deliver within 2 days. But no one hear in bbsr pick up the call till saturday and as we able to get some one answering after trying several times for 2-3 days got some response from your, and the person on the call says you send it by air or any mode of trans port. It will take 6- 7 days time to deliver, this is our process.

Also your executive said if you cant wait don't book through track on. Which is very disappointing.

So request please look into this mater and teach your representative to speak, behave properly. It feel bad when you play with emotions.

My parcel isn't delivered yet. Courier no. - [protected]. I parceled it on 11th october, 2019 from moradabad to delhi.. Today is 19th oct, parcel isn't still delivered, it is still showing in paschim vihar hub from 12 oct, i have contact the office through they said will delivered today but still not delivered & i have call to mr chandan to this number [protected] & he guys never interested to resolve the issue..

Hello i have a parcel from dehradun to bhubaneswar odisha on 16th oct 2019.til today no tracking is seeing.the tracking number is showing invalid. Tracking number is [protected].i want it in time.your customer care number never works.it automativally cuts after 20 sec of automayed robert talking...

My parcel id sent from mumbai has been dispatched long time back (About 1 weeks) which is not yet delivered.

dtd 05thOct19 and today is 15th oct, I regret to inform you that still I am awaited my important docket..
Very Pathetic Service of trackon and this is not first time every time I am facing such issues for pathetic delivery..

Not getting proper response from customer care. Courier not received yet. AWB No: [protected]. Compliant No : T995149. It is showing courier was delivered on 1st Oct, but not received yet. Customer care service is very pathetic.

Kindly response and help.
