I am sundar from Bangalore I applied pan card
Before 1month and I got message of pan card and dispatch message also but still I did not get my pan card I also called to trackon delivere service in Bangalore but they didn't pick my phone call

My pan carf naled priyanka nikumbh arrived in nashik since 1 month.

still i didnt get it..

i very much requiredmy pan card.

Dt 9-9-2019 par parcel surat se book huwa tha par aaj bhi aapki ekdam ghatiya service ne nahi customer ko deliver kiya aur nahi muje return mila.. Aak kayee din ho gaya hai, aapko baar baar complaint ki hai, lekin aapke trackon ki itni ghatiya service mene aur koyee courier me dekhi nahi. Ekdam cheater compny trackon hai, jo mera parcel facha diya hai... Mere parche ka hame value refund chahiye..

On behalf of my mother (Ananthavalli sundarampillai) i am writing this complaint to the trackon courier team. My mother has applied for a pan card which is not delivered still by the trackon team... It is almost a month still the local courier office people is telling we will check and update, but from nsdl that pan card has been already sent on 23rd august thru the trackon courier. Kindly find the below details which we received from nsdl and let me know why it's getting delay to deliver the courier. If this issue not sort out then we will go with the next level..

Malkapur ki trackon service wale kuch kas service nhi de raha hai
Jis ka pan card use nhi balki parpeth se ek admin ata hai wasim nam ka use ye pan card kuch comission par de de raha hai
Jis admi ka pan card hai use phele trackon service par dekhna pad raha hai uske bad use parpeth mei jakar wasim nam ka ju ladka hai uske pas dekh raha hai

Dear sir.. I am mohini jadhav from yavatml maharashtra as mentioned above. Plz give me my refund or return my product which is lost by ur courier service on 10 august containing hp laptop worth 23500 with bag 1500 and having 2 parker pens inside worth 1500.. I submitted application there at yavatml center as i sent parcel using this center.. But until now they doesn't initiated any action regarding my refund.. So plz do it as early as possible.. Otherwise i will go to court for my justice.. Thank you.

I placed an order through @theicai icai - cds service on 9 september 2019. On 13 september 2019 i got an email from icai that your order# xxxxx has been dispatched through trackon courier @trackonindia. On 17 sept i emailed trackon to confirm the status of my order. I did not recieve and reply from them until 2 days. I had to call them again and again. Neither the status is clear when i tried tracking the courier online. On 19 sept i tried calling them thrice in a gap of 3 hours approx., got reply that please provide your contact details, we will get back to you shortly. I wasted my whole day to try and contact them and i live outside india, so spending on international call as well. Icai should look into the service provided by this courier agency and hire some better and more responsible courier services agency as it has been 10 days now but i did not receive my courier. I do not understand, how is it so difficult for an agency providing services to reputed institute like icai, to not be able to track the courier or feel responsible enough to reply to the customer. Icai should take action against such services by trackonindia. It is the worst service provider ever.

After everything i called them again today twice, and one last time told them that i am not hanging up the phone, they finally connected me to the concerned department. The lady spoke to me in a rude way and instead of apologizing, lied to me that she called me on another number in india. When i asked her why she did not call me on the number provided by me 5 times (Which is of outside india) she was arguing with me saying they cannot call on this number. They do not have facility to call outside india. I also called my brother to confirm if they called him, but he did not receive any call from them.

She even had no idea, where the courier needs to be delivered to and asked me to wait for another 10 to 15 days.

She also cut the call in between without even me completing.

Is this the kind of behavior this courier agency employees does with its customers. They do not know how to talk to their customers or deal with them. Hanging up the call on face is so not acceptable.

It is my humble request to icai to kindly change their courier services to some better agencies like dhl.

A consignment having docket no. [protected] was booked (paid) from mumbai on 11.09.2019 and till date it has not yet been received.

There is no response on the numbers mentioned on tracking.

Whereas while tracking the consignment it shows that it has already reached baddi on 16.09.2019

My order was received at porur hub by September 9. Today it is September 19. Daily they are saying different reason for not delivering my order. I have never met a courier service like this.worst service ...delivery boy on leave is the reason told by them often..how could a courier service telly like this..

I was ordered the books on 28th of August 2018 and such books was reached to the malakpet branch tranckon Courier on 29th august 2019.Such Courier kept with them.1 st time they attended the call and afterwords they are not attending the calls and sometimes they are rejecting the call. If they attend the call they are telling that the boy was not there to this area. we are not employed the boy.They are not providing the good service. I am very much sad because of there behavior and the way they are talking.

My chacha ji sent me a courier from rudrapur to me at #1147, sector - 46, near bakhtavar chowk,
Gurgaon on 13/09/19. But till today after noon i had not received the same. Then i followed up for the same and got to know that the courier has been returned back to rudrapur. There no any single person visited he location and i had not received any single call at my given number.
Tha worst services and worst customer services of trackon is providing.

I have got a massege from NSDL that they have booked an important document thru Trackon
courier on 7th September 2019 and expected delivery date was 17th September but untill now the document not delivered, I asked Trackon courier branch pratapgarh today 20th September they replied whenever they will receive document they will inform to us still I am waiting my document.

My pan card has been dispatched on 06-sep-2019 by trackon couriers pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected], on my address.
The pan card was expected to be delivered by 16-sep-2019.
But till now card not received. I called to many distributors of trackon in patiala. But no one give me any status of my pan card. Kindly do needful.

My house is hardly 250m from courier office (Kayamkulam, kerala). Till now they didn't deliver my urgent parcel (Pan card).

I have contacted them several times. They are very tough in their behavior. I don't have their manager's contact number. I have tried their main office (Kochi). Unfortunately both numbers are wrong!!!

Please consider this as top priority and kindly advise them to deliver my material today itself.

I had applied for pan card on pan card on 24 aug. It was sent to my hone address through trackon courier. This was sent from govt of india on 28 aug is not yet delivered to me. Track on courier trivandrum has kept in some local akshaya kendra and refusing to deliver to my home address. I am worried if they have lost the pan card also. It is almost a month since i applied for pan card

Tracking no [protected] bina call kiye bina rto parcel kar diya, address bhi right hai,. Aisi ghatiya service trackon ki hai, jo bina delivery ke parcel rto kar dete hai. Customer ko ek call bhi nahi kiya gaya. Proper bangalore ka sahi address hote huye bhi incomplete address tracking me galat show kar raha hai.. Urgent delivery karwawo, rupay parcel ki delivery karne ke liye courier party ko diya hai, rto ke liye nahi.

I have send a important document from gurgaon to raipur on date[protected] from trackon courier and in portal it's showing deliver on[protected].

The envelope is not delivered to correct address, where it is supposed to be.

Tried calling multiple time the no. [protected], the no. Is always busy. Dropped email to [protected]@trackoncourier.com and received message mail failure because of over quota.

I have complaint no. C928725.

Because of this kind of negligence, action should be taken to this fraud company.

My pan card was coming through trakon couriers. My parcel reached the destination hub 10 days back ( ack no.[protected] but they are not delivering my parcel. Even they do not pic any calls. Their customer service is also not helping me. Wrost courier service i have ever experienced

My pan card come in patiala (147001) no. Is[protected] via trackon couriers pvt. Ltd and
My residence address is opposite punjabi university professor colony patiala main road nh 147002
But they are not delivered my parcel at my residence address and say "we can not delivered to your house"
All currier and parcel come in my house but they are not delivered

My trackon tracking number/awb: [protected], i supposed to get the shipment from university via trackon courier as there is some important documents in it. However, without even a single attempt they are returning the shipment back to origin/university, neither i have received any call nor text before delivery attempt.

Such pathetic and worst service ever provided by the trackon courier. I spoke to ms naina and ms poonam regarding the same they admitted that they had not attempt it once, i have logged the complaint to them (Complaint no. T925405) and have the recorded conversation had with both the representative.
