I haven't received my parcel with consignment id [protected]. I live in bangalore. The parcel is sent from chandigarh.
The tracking portal is saying it has been received at some location. But i am sure it hasn't reached my premises. This is not acceptable. I want to know where is my parcel. Action has to be taken asap.

I had deposited a sbi cheque bearing no. 280144 in icici bank sector 34 chandigarh. The cheque was dishounered by stating reasons exceed arrangement" and returned to icici bank. After dishonouring the cheque the clearing bank sent the same to the trackon courier, chandigarh which is not received by me till date. Further, while tracking the number given above, this shows no data.

Very poor service and also refer to the attached file and see the condition when received.
Last time also when i ordered hey gave me such poor service... Just have a look on the date when ordered and wen delivered... It took around 10 days and that time also i have to go to their office and collect the parcel.

I submitted a parcel through trackon on 29th of july from chandigarh, which was supposed to be delivered in panipat.

Firstly 3 days afterward someone from trackon called saying no one is present at this address. I asked him to wait for a few days and till that time i tried to contact amazon (As it was a self return). When amazon could not contact seller, i asked him to return it. So that it can come back...

As per the contact number in your website the parcel in is punjagutta hub, but no one is picking up the phone over there. The customer complaint number of hyderabad is also not picking up the phone. When ever my couriers are delivery by trackon serivices, every time the delivery person is having problem to deliver the product to my address, every time they are asking to come to some where on main and collect the courier.

Even the delivery persons are not having atticates how to talk to person.

Kindly take care of this complaint and suggest your deliver persons to learn some atticates...
