I booked parcel to trackon courier from chandigarh docket no [protected] dated 30 aug 2019 to office of the commandant, 42th bn, ssb
Bahraich-1 (Uttar pradesh), pin: 271 865, mob: [protected]. Now parcel hold in behraich hb till 3 sep 2019, what is the reason to hold the parcel give the reason. Consignee wandering.

Already been complaint log dated 05 sep 19, but no body will take seriously.

Trackon Courier Poor Service, Delayed ... From Chandigarh to BAHRAICH (UTTAR PRADESH), PIN: 271 865 - Its Been 12 Days But Till Date Not Delivered Yet to Consignee Address / Not Any Responce Or Pick Phone...
Please Treat It Most Urgent the Status or Give Us Contact Number of Office So Received Pack from Trackon Office...

Pls note consignment no [protected] has been booked on 3rd Sep'19 and reached to the delivery location om 5th Sep'19 but the office people of Perungudi office is so careless that they are not delivering parcel for past 5 days.
Every day I used to call on [protected] and get reply that someone is on holiday and other day today is holiday and never bother to deliver the parcel.
What is this the reason to run such un professional services where people are enjoying holiday and not bother to complete their services?
Need answer for such delay as it my business loss due to your staff carelessness.

My pan card has reached my city 10 days ago and i have not received it yet.They are not helping me regarding my pan card they say that they dont know where is the courier we sent it to u. They gave me number of their employee he talked to me rudely and didnt help me regarding my delivery of pan card they talk to me rudely

I have sent the documents from Delhi(India) to Symbiosis University(Pune). Its been a 10 days and they haven’t recieved the documents yet. I tracked my consignment online through AWB number and its showing that package has reached the location i.e Trackon couriers office in pune. This courier service is so poor that it wasted my whole 1 year only because the documents was not reached to the location.

My product despatched on 14aug but still even after 25days i m unable to get. Product to be despatched in address: at/po - kaliyaganj pin:733129;but on inquiry of the docket no:[protected] product is in malda & it shows reached its destination. Totally absurd. Bad part is repeatedly i am reminding malda office about the same but they are ignoring my request. Important medicine i had to get, that will have negative impact on my health. Hopeless... But still i have another way to get that in a lucrative manner.

I have shipment ([protected]) from delhi merchant and its not delivered to bangalore. Today i got message from merchant claiming its delivered. How can courier company cheat like this. Without delivery they sent delivered message to merchant.

Also no phone number responds to call and no online customer support. Where should i enquire my status of shipment.

Please somebody from trackon respond to this issue.

Trackon docket: [protected] /[protected]
Some 3 weeks ago due to rain, an air courier parcel was delayed close to a week, due to heavy rain situations - anyone can understand, i do. The parcel booked on aug 31 afternoon is being retained in destination point - webtracking shows: processing bag for hinjewadi from pimpri (Pune), past 4 days. Is this tolerable??? I recommend one week salary cut for pune - pimpri - hinjewadi staffs & executives including middle management.

Consignment sent for my daughter s. Ramya with her phone no. On the parcel.

I will never use this courier in my life and strongly recommend others that they do not use or rely on that courier.

My order number[protected] has not been delivered yet..it had reached Hyderabad junction on 2nd September. Please let me know what to do. Contact [protected].

It was booked on 28th August 2019. No one is picking up the call on the Hyderabad contact that is provided on the website.

I don't have any other way to reach the customer care. Please look into this as soon as possible.

And consignment not delivered. Consignment status still showing in transit.
Pathetic service, I thought it's better then spoton courier but now I realize I done a mistake to contact trackon and arrenge. Call back for me bcz 350 word are less...

Worst service and bad response from the office too. The courier took 8 working days to ferry a parcel from baroda to madurai. The delivery guy did not deliver since a road has been closed 2 kms away from my home. He did not have the brains to take the next street. The office also did not give a responsible answer when i went to collect the parcel in person. These guys are fit only to be lorry cleaners., could not even do the job of a delivery boy. Never use this courier service.

I have sent a courier to jaipur on 29.08.2019, on time of booking courier partner has confirmed that the package will be delivered in next 2 days guaranteed. But now after 7 days no delivery made. Tracking status also not updated after 03/09/2019 & fake contact number on site for concern state. (See screenshot enclosed)

I am very scared, as the package contains a dress and it was sent for replacement for size issue. Due to limited time for replacement policy it will be very difficult for us for getting replaced.

Trackon courier service is worst.. my courier was send from Gaya, Bihar to Bhagalpur, Bihar( just 5 hrs on train ). After 2 days when i tracked online it shows arrived at bhagalpur but was not delivered to me. When called to customer care they told to wait till evening. The courier was not delivered..even next day.At evening called and customer care and told to register complain. I received message (SMS) just 3 hrs after registering complain that my courier is delivered.. I got panicked and called customer care again the representative talking to me had no idea even after providing complain number. I requested her to give the number of person who delivered my courier so I can personally ask where he gave my courier. The representative had no idea. I have yet not received any information about my courier.Worst courier service consignment no- [protected]

From delhi trackon we have call in mithakhali branch on 30/08/2019 they told us that the material will come on dt 31/08/2019 we also said that we will collect it from your place. So we have call them on 31/08/2019 for the collection of the material but with out informing us they return the courier.

Sir, my one customer post a couriered a cover from trackon courier thalassery outlet (Delta) pod no. Pod[protected] as on 29-8-19. To calicut east nadakkave, just near trackon sub office. But i couldn't get the parcel upto 7.30 pm[protected] the courier boy says there was no correct address. But correct address was mentioned. As rajeev. Smart associates room no. 3/557 j, a. T complex, east nadakkave, calicut mob. [protected]. And also mentioned from address with cont. No. I had track with pod and visit 2 times. And called 3 persons mobile, they were not anwering my calls. That was a very important document for bank loan. So customer can't get the loan amt. Pls do needful and take an actionnregarding your agency

They are providing worst service and not giving any reply from few days they r not taking any steps regarding complain. We have to msg at that time they r giving reply. We are paying charges u r not giving in free. Worst service we are getting so many complaints from clients. Just take strict actions otherwise we have to closed work with them and i will twitt every screemshot and chats and customers feedback also

I haven't received my parcel with consignment id [protected]. I live in bangalore. The parcel is sent from chandigarh.
The tracking portal is saying it has been received at some location. But i am sure it hasn't reached my premises. This is not acceptable. I want to know where is my parcel. Action has to be taken asap.

I had deposited a sbi cheque bearing no. 280144 in icici bank sector 34 chandigarh. The cheque was dishounered by stating reasons exceed arrangement" and returned to icici bank. After dishonouring the cheque the clearing bank sent the same to the trackon courier, chandigarh which is not received by me till date. Further, while tracking the number given above, this shows no data.
Pl. Look into the matter at the earliest and oblige me.
