I have mailed two to three times to trade india's team but issue is not resolved and under process, neither got any call want about concern nor resolved issue.
Money has been deposited by online for membership ₹26999/-
As I am not happy with their false commitment and getting service, before the deposit amount they called me lot of with good features and after depositing money they got silent.
These services are starting time then how can I trust I would get services with features. They just maklde me fool.

So kindly return back my depositing money against membership.

This is the second time i fell prey to TRADEINDIA...

Last time also they took money for three year term and not a single conversion happened...

this time inorder to compensate their representatives Mr. Vikas Deep and Mr. Ravi Prakash of Bangalore again convinced me to re start the business since i had stopped...I was advise to pay Rs. 90000/- for three year term and that i will have my company ASMR on the top of the listing page with industrial leader tag on my products...

However...that did not happen...only one search term shows industrial tag but most and other products i am not even second or third listing...

I have been sending several reminders on mails with attachment asking them the reason for this and why ...but no response...

I have purchased Buy Trade Leads and made payment of 1000 rs, for which I got payment successful email from their payment gateway, but tradeindia sent a mail that they have not received the payment and to do payment again, I called many times in their customer care number but after waiting for 10 mins no one is answering, kindly help me to get my money refunded.

Calling me agin and again and misbehaving with us...
Their way of talking is very bad as an executive... Just because we are not buying there subscription.

I was wrongly checked the tradeindia.com website on 15th Feb, 2022 and gave my number and mail id. I was told them I was wrongly enquired by mistake. But I'm receiving many calls from tradeindia.com not only one number receiving many calls from many different numbers on more than 9 days and receiving calls from now onwards. I'm working in a company, calls from trade India are disturbing me more times. Hereafter I won't receive a call from trade India.

I was offered a package at Rs.70800 from company representatives on a video call as of January 11, 2022.

I told them the requirements and mentioned categorically that I am dealing with the company as a third party and will use all the required details of the parent company and need to enroll 140 distributors in a time frame of three to four months. To this representatives agreed and we closed the deal. However, when things proceeded, things were altogether different. I raised the issue immediately, however, even after more than one month I am waiting for the reply and refund.

Look forward to an immediate refund of Rs.70800.

i refer to your mail we have given our product marketing looking to your assurance and intention to rally track back to your business being very old player in field However i really feel sorry no results and no attitude to improve as we have paid contract money more then 90 days and not received single inquiry from your end asking us to give opportunity to a company is in field since last many decades. really cannot understand and digest
I herewith forward the email confirmation from your end on the subject of buy lead /inquiry Sir be truthful and we are ready to update our price and other relevant as you are obliging us by promoting our product ? really reduces and Sir money Rs.40, 000.00 paid is not a donation its a business deal must reciprocate
However all products as main product explained in mail is OK with us. I request you please share the inquiry /buy lead you have forwarded to me since last paid money.. Your approach is not convincing and not acceptable Please give me results and value of my money or please full refund my money to avoid any legal consequence

I am TradeIndia's 10 year old coustmer.But this time I am Very fed up from their poor servise.Any of my problem is not listened and false promises are made everytime.
From next time I will not continue with this company.

Please help me to get back my fund - as they not delivered the work- I have all agreement and details and payment

Trade india Mumbai baranch sales executive only doing commitments for selling packages never give proper response and support to customer

Sales executive told us on 14th dec 2021 that your catalogue will be live in 4-5 days and even after 7 days that was not live and after that live only 3 services, given around 10-15 services.
After giving deadline they are refusing to give Refund.

Kindly give us refund as we are not going to use your services.

We from Jacsons engineers had been given a scheme regarding promoting our company in tradeindia. Deal was about 35, 000 inclusive of tax.will complete online service. after completing work of catalogue they demand for extra payments for online n mobile viewing. that was not really told before the deal.now they telling that the amount we paid is not refundable.so our 35, 000 is block and asking again for more 35526/- to start online on mobile n more facility. This company use to make fools to us. And not giving proper details about schemes .and claiming payment from party's.

We would like to ask for a full refund for the Trade India Subscription, that We bought from on 18-9-21. The reason we're requesting a refund is because it looks different to the picture described by Mr. Abhishek Tripathi before purchasing the subscription.
When we were buying the subscription, we were told that these categories have thousands of customers but we have just received irrelevant queries so far with no improvement.

It's been more than 2 months of purchasing it but your service team is unable to fix the irrelevant queries and keywords mapping.
we have not received any leads so far except four irrelevant leads for computer printers. On last call with Avinash and his superior on Friday, 12 Nov they told us they can't fix the issue so we can request for the refund.

We have been trying to reach on email but their is irresponsible even not replying us. Their team is failed to fix the issue on multiple counts.

I have taken of 2 year package from TradeIndia. They called me multiple times to get their package. I took risk and subscribed for a package of Rs. 43000 for 2 years. They told me that they will give me all the enquiry from my area. But now they were asking to enhace my package with Rs, . 60000 so that they give enquiry to us. They didnt tell me that this package will enhance after taking this package.

Their call centre person had called for promotional marketing call, asking us to activate by taking their package and giving business growth. We denied and rejected the promotional package! their person on the call became rude and started yelling at top of his voice then why we are on their platform and so.

I had enquired for PVC tape on trade india they had forwarded me company details name HS tapes. Mr vineet has send me comnercial and taken money after that didn't respond to my call.
Then i contacted to trade india but they said why you have transferred money we can't help.
Then Mr sanjay lama came in contact and he round me arround 3 month niw that cheater has also not responding.
Still trade india is providing their contact when we enquire.

I have taken an yearly package from TradeIndia/GetDistributor(Infotec Network Ltd). They called me multiple times for weeks to get their package. I took risk and subscribed for a package. Its been more than 2 months and I didn't got any business through them. Their CRM Team doesn't respond to you mostly. Whereas they commit for always available Account manager & CRM team.
Totally Unsatisfied

After 3 months of on and off conversation with trade india executives I am disappointed to write it down that the have refused to refund the amount, which I raised against false commitment of their new employ. They took the subscription by committing services which were way above the amount of package I was told. And then now asking for more money to upgrade the package.
I want my refund back. Or else I have to move to consumer court.

As the term & conditions were not explained for the services they going to give us for our business and we ask for the term and conditions the company didn't given any indications of conditions they are just asking for more & more funds to activate our services
