Dear Sir,
I am writing this mail to you for the item having sub-order 8435182_01, Im trying to figure out my ordered item from more than 13 days, but there is no response from Tradus fellows. I tried their customer service number but there was IVR voice only saying 'go to that go to there' in Hindi and again same in english. I gave them mail requesting to let me know the status of my item, but the replied mail was we will get back in 3 days, and now its more than 10 days.

I had written mail 2 times earlier including one mail to their CEO Mr. Khosla but there was no response. I am totally lost what to do as their helpline number is also not available, I am totally unaware of such things earlier, if I was then had never select Tradus, now I am requesting you to solve the issues either as getting my money back or getting the delivery of the said item. Now there was hope of only of you Consumer Forum to take strict action against such fraud companies so that the thing that I had faced should not happen to other consumers.

    I have ordered samsung galaxy note 2 case, paid the amount for a new product but when i opened it seems like totally used product, it doesn't look like a new product, has many marks on the cover. corners are horribal straps has lot of skratches.

    I am extremely disappointed with the product received from tradus. this was my first experience to shop with you guys and turn our to be bad experience i had so far.

      I had ordered a DESIGNER DOUBLE BED SHEET at TRADUS worth Rs 399. But the product that was delivered to me is totally different from the one that shown in tradus website. I was not satisfied and returned the product as per tradus return process.

      After that, on 26 Mar 2013 18:10, I got a mail from [protected]@tradus.com, mentioning
      that my money will be refunded from tradus (Designer Double Bedsheet
      with 2 Pillow Covers against sub-order ID 7999490_01) and it might
      take 3-7 working days for this credit to reflect in my bank account.
      But there are already so many days passed and no money is refunded to
      me. I have already shared the bank statement also with tradus customer
      care.
      I didn't get any reply after that. I have already sent 10-12 mails, just
      to confirm the status of my refund. But there is no reply from tradus.
      Kindly cooperate and do the needful.

        I am a seller on tradus and they have put my account on hold telling that you are suspected for fraud. From last 10 days I have been writing to them to active the account so that I can receive the money. Nobody is replying, I have shipped good worth Rs. 4,00, 000. and have received only 1,20,000. They have cancelled orders worth 40,000 for no good reason and I didnt get the product back even. Now they have rest of the amount on hold. Can anyone help me in getting the amount back.

          Sir/madam,

          I had ordered the product 27 in 1 Hi-fi Musical Mantra Stereo (Akhand Jaap) from seller
          PVTRADELINKS on Tradus.com website. The order id is: 8161767 and Sub-order id is: 8161767_01 and the order date is: 23rd March and as per Tradus the product was dispatched and delivered via Quantium courier services. Despite the fact that I was out of town Tradus personnel claim that they have delivered the product to Saket Gadkari (me) and when I brought this fact to their notice they have stopped responding to my emails. The disputed amount is Rs.398/- kindly help me get the product or the money, thanks.

            Hello,

            I am Rakesh. I have recently ordered a TUPPERWARE with 8388658_02 (Order Placed :[protected]:10:34). I have not received it till now. when i contacted tradus customer support through email several times, its unfortunate that none of them have responded back. This is certainly not the way you do the business after accepting the money. I as a customer has every right to know if there are any delays.

            Whats more unfortunate is the product is delivered to some other person in another state and tradus has not idea on where the product went !

            Please do the needful

              Hi, I got the item (Vox 16 Inch Rechargeable Pedestal Fan With Inbuilt Power Bank and Led Light) delivered on[protected] and i find issues with the fan, it is getting tripped off when its running both in battery and power . It happened more than 3 times in a day. I feel that its a faulty product and not happy with it. Appreciate if you could respond to me!

              I have been sending this email every other day to the seller and TRADUS, but TRADUS does not even bother to hear my concern or reply back.

              Very poor customer support!

                    I have not received the item: Hard Disk through Tradus order no 8046670_01. Apparently the seller had given to Aramex with shipment number [protected] a wrong Pin Code (700201 instead of 711201) in Shipping Address and the courier could not deliver it. Delivery failure was reported on 19/03/2013. Since then I have repeatedly contacted seller through tradus platform but received no response from seller. I have escalated the issue twice to Tradus but all I got was a return mail saying my complaint is being attended. I have repeatedly talked to Aramex and given them the correct Pin code but still the courier did no further attempt at delivery. As on 30/03/2013 the status of shipment as per courier is that it is being returned to seller.
                    I have requested to Tradus through e-mail to kindly cancel the order immediately and make me a refund. But it appears Tradus has no customer care. All they ever respond with is an auto generated reply.
                    Please help to get my money refunded from Tradus.

                          Hello sir. My name is subhash I placed an order for an electrolux microwave oven on the website www.tradus.com,and made debit card payment for the same on 2nd of march 2013(order number 7882620 ), when contacting the seller regarding the dispatch of the goods , i was wrongly informed that it was already been dispatched . then on contactig tradus customer services i was told it would be sent only by 8th of march, then i was told that the shipment has been made on 7th march and i was given an invalid tracking number to have me waiting further finally tradus cancelled the order stating the oven was lost in transit which was not been dispatched in the first place. the same evening i recieved a call from the seller stating the shipment was stopped by electroux company and he offered an inferior product for the same price which he claimed to have features it never had for which i declined. then i was told that refund will be made as soon as payment gateway is open. They informed me that the refund has been made, which i doubt because of the unprofessional experience from the website. the refund was claimed to be made on[protected]. but i have not received the refund as yet. Going by the word of successful refund of tradus i ordered another microwave oven from flipkart on cash on delivery but i dont have the money to pay them as i have not received the refund. i had to bear default from my bank for insufficient balance when i tried to withdraw money to pay for the other oven from the ATM. moreover i have to stand embarrassed in-front of the courier delivery guy for having him to bear his losses. please take serious actions against these frauds and avoid the misery to the common consumer . i have attached a copy regarding the communication between the seller, company and myself. thanking you for the help.
                          Same thing happen to me After 10 days when I have made the booking and made the online payment there is no progress in tradus delivery.

                            On 28/02/2013 I had placed a order of Digital camera on TRADUS.com.And I had made payment by my DEBIT CARD(Rs.8130) on the same day.My Sub-Order ID: 7852314_01.And on my website account it displays that the order had been dispatched from the seller.(Blue Dart #[protected]).When I checked the courier website it shows that my order had been deliver to Chennai Some one Srikanth.Then I tried many numbers provided by tradus as there contact numbers.But on calling on this number they seems to be fake.No respond is given to my e-mails or complaints on tradus.
                            So I request you to help me to get my refund and any genuine contact number by Tradus .com.

                              It has been ten days but still not received any refund when trying to contact them I am getting my mails back saying "The user or domain that you are sending to (or from) has a policy that 550-5.7.1 prohibited the mail that you sent" plus they dont give any phone number on the site. Sir please look into the matter.

I also got a confirmation message from my bank stating that the amount has been converted into 9 EMI's along with a processing fee. I had sent a mail to Tradus at [protected]@tradus.com on 07/11/2013, requesting that the order be cancelled and a refund be processed as they had failed to deliver the product to me on time (the order summary that I had received from them stated that the product shall be delivered latest by 07/11/2013).                                 Dear sir i purchased pack of 2 trouser @rs 599 on 3rd march 2013 and made payment thru my debit pnb debit card.it is a mega deal as showing at that time .my order id is 7892603_01.seller fashion ERP shipped it on7th march thru firstflight courier and its tracking no is BO0656159 .After 7 days whenever i m trying to track it ,it shows nothing only shows contact customer support.i think tradus.com provide me a fake awb no.i have many times trying to contact seller but he did not reply me any time.after it i m trying to tradus that timeline is over to get my order,everyone can understand easily that if courier detail is totally fake and till now i dont get my order so tradus.com should return my money.

                                Plz help me if anyone can..

                                i ordered to tradus for Computer Speakers on 7th of may, 2011. i was expecting that it will reach to me within 2-3 days. i tried to contact them but there is no any no. to contact tradus. finally i mailed them about the product status, but they did not bother. i mailed them again then they said the maximum time of shipping is 5-7 days.... after 2 day of this mail i sent a mail again about the seller contact information. nd then they said we dont provide this type of information according to our norms.finally after 7th day of order i have not received the product yet. it sure they are making fool to customers.

                                So i requested to all my friends ..please dont buy anything from TRADUS and secure yourself from froud.

                                  I have order for the product online and my money was deducted from my credit card.many time I have send e-mail to tradus.com as there is no customer service number to raise the complain. I am keep sending me the e-mail we are checking with courier company **Which is another Ford company **Aramex**. but I have not received my order till date. (If I check it online status Aramex website it shows it is deliver to SHOBHA which I do not know who is shobha)

                                  I have called to Aramex courier company and he raised the complaint for my order and still I am wating since long time.

                                  I have purchased a bedroom set from Big Bazar Kalyan on Cash Memo # T36/1358 on 5th Oct'08 Today we are on the 25th and I am yet to receive delivery for same.

                                      I have ordered an item on 22nd February, 2013 which is a John Carry Formal Shirt. On 26th February, I have received a mail from the Tradus team where they said "Seller still has the time 28/02/2013 to ship out your product. If Seller is unable to do the same within the stipulated timelines, then we will Cancel your Order & initiate the refund process within 24 working hours and will inform the same to you."
                                      Then I have sent a mail to Tradus team as well as seller also, but none of them responded to my mail. I want my money back, please help.
